“Who Needs a Controversy Over the
Inauguration?”: Reince Priebus Opens Up
About His Six Months of Magical Thinking

Vanity Fair, by Chris Whipple

Original Article

Months after his chaotic resignation as chief of staff, and with his successor on the hot seat, Priebus comes clean about everything: the inauguration crowd-size fiasco, the decision to fire Comey, the Mooch, the tweets, how he helped saved Jeff Sessions’s job, and his mercurial former boss. “I still love the guy,” he says. Just after six a.m. on January 21, 2017, at his home in Alexandria, Virginia, Reince Priebus was watching the cable morning news shows, getting ready to leave for the White House. Suddenly his cell phone went off. It was Donald Trump. The new president, sworn in

I would have thought that Mr. Priebus might be more intelligent than to talk to Vanity Fair. Perhaps wounded vanity has clouded his judgment.

To establishment Republicans like Preibus the msm fake news reports on the size of the Inauguration crowd is perfectly ok with him. He’s not a fighter he’s always just accepted ridicule, condescension, and fake news from the msm. George Bush was no different and don’t give that bs that he didn’t want to dignify them with a response. President Trump fights back if the msm reports a lie he tells them the truth. This fighting back against the msm makes the establishment Republicans very nervous! So screw them!

I once respected Reince Priebus too. Turns out he was a full blown RINO which we all knew but I thought he personally had some integrity.

Just watch. He will jump in with Romney, Corker, et al, to try to get Trump impeached. I despise these people. With friends like Republicans who needs enemies like Democrats?

I especially despise Sean Spicer (& Mooch, another traitor, I saw that one coming, what an obvious jerk) who wanted so desperately to be included in the in crowd that he went on SNL to help them mock him. He is an IDIOT. Thank goodness for Sarah Sanders. So far, she is much stronger than him and doesn’t cry and fall down on the floor when SNL pulls their juvenile insults.

haha- I read this and got quite a kick out of it. It shows us a completely different insider look at the Trump White House operations we pretty much already had an accurate idea of. Trump is definitely a force to be reckoned with. I tried to get an image of what other heads of state must be reading into it. My guess is- "Do not mess with this trump character!"

He is not that easily controlled, has a temper, is head strong and very decisive. Once he makes up his mind, he goes with it. He most definitely is not a bluffer. When he says something- he means it. He is not at all cut of the same cloth the other mamby-pamby American Presidents were cut from.

The leftist push for gun control in the wake of a Florida school shooting took a turn for the bizarre — and creepy — Tuesday morning, after a billboard in Louisville, Kentucky was vandalized with the words, "KILL THE NRA." The billboard is apparently "calling out the National Rifle Association following the recent school shootings in Kentucky and Florida," according to local media. The message was signed, "Resist 45" — the calling card of a local Kentucky group that "opposes President Donald Trump" (to put it mildly) — likely some of the same people who have been suggesting Republicans have

In the U.S. federalist system, each state government decides how to generate revenue — that is, which taxes to collect, and how. No state tax code is identical and, largely as a result, what the average American pays annually in taxes varies from state to state. 24/7 Wall Street reviewed the tax burden of residents in each state — the portion of income that goes to state and local governments’ taxes — from the report, “Facts & Figures 2017: How Does Your State Compare?” provided by tax policy research organization Tax Foundation. Most justices, for instance, try to step down under politically like-minded presidents. “That’s not 100 percent true,” Chief Justice William H.
