Trump´s Move to End DACA
Program Blocked by Second Judge

Bloomberg, by Patricia Hurtado

U.S. President Donald Trump’s move to end a program protecting hundreds of thousands of children of undocumented immigrants from deportation was blocked by a federal judge in Brooklyn, New York. It’s the second time in less than two months that a U.S. judge ruled that rescinding the Obama-era program as proposed would be illegal. U.S. District Judge Nicholas Garaufis ruled Tuesday that the government hasn’t offered legally adequate reasons for ending the program, known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals -- or DACA. The judge issued a preliminary ruling which ordered the government to keep processing renewal

Judges who imagine it´s proper to rule on the basis of a short memo hurriedly drafted by an incompetent boob might someday run up against a drum head court sentencing them to a firing squad!

The only way the rule of law may be maintained is by maintaining the rule of law.

Cheap substitutes always lead to chaos, violence, and death!

The use of the term "blocked" seems very loose, and the author does not define it. I wonder if that is true. Can this judge block, or do they merely rule, which is subject to multiple appeals, and the administration continues with what they were doing. If Bloomberg want to be considered a professional organization, they need to go back and finish what they started.

Was the original DACA program by Obama legal, or not?
And, even if it´s legal, it was set to expire March 5th.

Under what legal controlling authority can a judge become the executive branch or Congressional branch?
After all, if DACA is something Obama had the legal authority to implement, then Trump can extend it. However, since all this has been happening, I doubt it´s that simple.
So, then it´s up to Congress to pass a law which this judge is ruling on nothing since there would not be any legal matter which he adjudicated.

We are a Constitutional REPUBLIC. Impeach these judges who usurp the will of the people.

This has been going on for far too long. These judges cite no Constitutional theory, nor Law passed by the Legislature, a Legislature elected by the people.

A delicate balance in the Body Politic is being destabilized by a Leftist cabal verging on conspiracy to overturn an election and change our Constitution by simply disregarding it while asserting power over it.

We´re in very dangerous times.

#13, it is only a Consitutional Republic when the laws are followed and respected.

The demonrat socialists find that the Rule of Law and the restrictions placed upon them by the system of "checks and balances" are restrictive against their plans to take the country down, so they just ignore the law.

They simply do what they want and the media brands anyone who complains about it gets ruined with character assassination based on false narratives they themselves create.

Its all about someone being hurt if we follow the law. We are intolerant of others and shames if we expect the law to be enforced.

When the executive branch takes the law unto itself like it did for 8 years of the Nobama regime, there are a lot of trds in the punchbowl to deal with-- DACA is just one of those.

Find enough sympathetic judges who give reasons that are not found in the law, and you have someone who also ignores the law that is clearly stated in the Constitution that CONGRESS is in charge of these matters.

So instead of ILLEGAL ALIENS they are given a pass as being brought here "through no fault of their own" and made to appear eager to be here and to WANT citizenship.

The path to citizenship is clear--NATURALIZATION. These are not children, but they are presented as having equal rights as citizens.

To try to make things right, is to invite scorn upon you for a problem that affects ALL of us.

This jackass judge does not have the legal authority to order the President to do anything. DACA was an unconstitutional power grab by the magic mulato and he even said that he over stepped his authority with DACA.
