Here’s Why Omarosa Was Really
Driven Out of Trump White House Job

The Wrap, by Tony Maglio

Original Article

Posted By:LittleHoodedMonk, 2/13/2018 10:28:21 AM

Well, we finally know why Omarosa Manigault was fired from the Trump administration. According to a report published Tuesday by Politico, the “Apprentice” alum and current “Celebrity Big Brother” contestant had been using the White House car service as her own personal commuting taxi — and yeah, that’s not allowed. White House Chief of Staff John Kelly dismissed Manigault in December after learning that the former director of communications for the Office of Public Liaison had violated federal rules with her use of the White House car service, three administration officials told Politico.

Comments:
It is ironic that Omarosa would be "driven" out of the White House...because she illegally used their limo service. HA! With all her own money, she still wanted to steal from the taxpayers. Low class.

Glad to see the reins put on government officials. It is our hard-earned tax dollars paying for it all.

Not buying the car-use part. This would be a tiny, tiny infraction for someone at her level and they could easily have told her to reimburse the costs. Storming the President´s residence is a big deal and I would think that she let Kelly have it with both barrels before charging in to Trump´s quarters. The car is incidental nonsense but you don´t tell the entitled class of Black Queen Bees what they can and cannot do.

Rep. Mike Conaway, R-Texas, announced that the House Intelligence Committee´s interview phase of its investigation into collusion and Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential campaign has concluded. Conaway told reporters Monday, "We found no evidence that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it colluded with the Russians." The Intelligence Committee did find, however, that Russia took active measures to meddle in the 2016 election, and that the majority expects it to undertake similar measures again. Now, Conaway said, the committee will move on to write its report, the first draft of which the GOP majority

Rep. Maxine Waters, who spent the better part of the inauguration season calling for the impeachment of President Donald Trump — before he even took over the White House seat, mind you — and the better part of Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation calling for the same, has found a new “let’s get ‘im, guys” cause to crow, and it’s named Stormy Daniels. Honestly, Waters is like a parrot with a vocabulary of one word. “This business about Stormy is not going to go away,” she said, during an interview with MSNBC. With the current in the East River between Manhattan and Queens running south at about three knots and the downed helicopter lashed to a tugboat, rescue divers on Sunday night had only one option. They told the tugboat captain to cut the propellers and resigned themselves to drifting with the current as they tried to cut five passengers out of the helicopter, their bodies underwater and cinched with harnesses heavy enough to let them lean over and snap photographs of the New York City skyline. By the time the divers plucked them out, it was too late. By the time the divers plucked them out, it was too late. The five passengers —

I’ve heard the stories swirling around the President described in a number of ways: “scandalous,” “tawdry,” “unbecoming,” “tabloid trash.” But the word that first comes to my mind is “humiliating.” That the President of the United States is being sued by a porn star over an alleged affair they had years ago is humiliating for the country, certainly. That the figurehead of the Republican Party, not too long ago the party of family values, is alleged to have had another affair with a playmate just after his son was born, is humiliating for the GOP.
