Could Julian Assange be
on brink of freedom?

London - A London court will rule on Tuesday whether it would be in the interests of justice to pursue action against WikiLeaks´ founder Julian Assange for failing to surrender to bail back in 2012. If the judge rules in his favour, then Assange, 46, would be free to leave the Ecuadorean Embassy in London where he has been holed up for more than five years. However, he might still elect to remain in the embassy, where he has been granted political asylum, because he fears Britain would arrest him under a U.S. extradition warrant, the existence of which has neither been

"Secret Arrest Warrants"? Really?

Assange did nothing wrong and everything right in the defense of Democracy. the world owes him a huge thanks and a resounding applause for what he and his Wikileaks people did. Because of him - at least, partially - we were able to save this Republic from the clutches of Hillary Clinton and the media goons who infect our country to this day.. the exposure of the subversive underground characters within our intelligence and law enforcement agencies prove it.

I´m pleased to have hackers digging into Deep State operations, especially given the weaponization of the federal government against US citizens. Assange is a hero for his work to unmask our KGB. Without him and people like him we would be completely at the mercy of the corporate propaganda machine.

Hillary Clinton received the Radcliffe Award at Harvard on Friday. The twice-failed presidential hopeful told the audience she would be the CEO of Facebook given the chance “because it’s the biggest news platform in the world.” Odd… The Attorney General of Massachusetts, Maura Healey posted the photo of Hillary in the sweltering heat. At the age of 46, DeWayne Johnson is not ready to die. But with cancer spread through most of his body, doctors say he probably has just months to live. Now Johnson, a husband and father of three in California, hopes to survive long enough to make Monsanto take the blame for his fate. (snip) “The internal correspondence noted by Johnson could support a jury finding that Monsanto has long been aware of the risk that its glyphosate-based herbicides are carcinogenic … but has continuously sought to influence the scientific literature to prevent its internal concerns from reaching the public sphere and

More than 200 farmers from South Africa have applied for humanitarian visas in Australia after allegedly suffering attacks for being white, according to the Australian Home Affairs Ministry. “The type of criteria they of course have to meet – or the key one – is evidence of persecution, so that´s exactly what we will be looking at,” Home Affairs Deputy Secretary Malisa Golightly said. Home Affairs said 89 refugee visa applications relating to 213 people had been received, although they did not specify their ethnicity or any other details. News reports emerged earlier this year revealing that white farmers in South Africa

Every year more than one thousand underage Dutch girls are groomed and then blackmailed into sex slavery by young pimps with migrant backgrounds, an investigation has revealed. With gifts, drink, and drugs, so-called ‘loverboys’ will seduce a girl into agreeing to become his sex partner before taking pictures or video footage of the encounter which will then be used as leverage to force her into prostitution, Dutch newspaper Algemeen Dagblad reports. “These men are mostly Moroccans, Turks, Caribbeans, and Roma. The lion’s share of them have a migrant background,” said Gideon van Aartsen from Watch Nederland, an initiative

Satchel Paige, the legendary master of the sinking curve ball and famous doctor of philosophy, had a few wise words that Robert Mueller could use just now: “Don’t look back, something might be gaining on you.” Mr. Mueller seems to be transforming himself from the hunter to the hunted. A mole in the Trump campaign has been exposed as an agent of the FBI despite frantic efforts to keep the scheme a secret. Voices, some of them voices of Democrats, are raised to tell Mr. Mueller that it’s time to put cards on the table, to ring down the curtain, to

After Pyongyang railed this week that the U.S.-South Korean Max Thunder military drills were a rehearsal for an invasion of the North, and imperiled the Singapore summit, the Pentagon dialed them back. The B-52 exercises alongside F-22 stealth fighters were canceled. But Pyongyang had other objections. Sunday, NSC adviser John Bolton spoke of a "Libyan model" for the North´s disarmament, referring to Moammar Gadhafi´s surrender of all his weapons of mass destruction in 2004. The U.S. was invited into Libya to pick them up and cart them off, whereupon sanctions were lifted.

Los Angeles - The number of cases of sexually transmitted diseases in California reached a record high last year and officials are particularly concerned by a spike in stillbirths due to congenital syphilis, state health authorities said Monday. More than 300,000 cases of chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis were reported in 2017, a 45 percent increase from five years ago, according to data released by the California Department of Public Health. Chlamydia and gonorrhea are most common among people under 30, the report said. Rates of chlamydia are highest among young women, while men account for the majority of syphilis and gonorrhea cases.

New York — The Associated Press said Tuesday that it will begin conducting an elaborate election voter survey designed to replace the traditional in-person exit poll, which has been criticized in recent years for inaccuracy and failing to keep up with changes in how Americans vote. AP is convinced that science is on its side. Still, it’s a bold and potentially risky move for the news cooperative, which counts political coverage as a strong suit and which has, until recently, pooled resources with ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and Fox News to conduct exit polling in major elections.

No man in America is more entitled to the nation’s admiration and gratitude for sacrifice than John McCain. He’s a hero in anybody’s book, with no asterisks. An exclamation point, but no asterisk. The criticism of a young White House aide was harsh for remarking, in a private working session where everything was off the record, that since the senator was “dying, anyway,” he should not be in the calculus for reckoning how the vote might go in the confirmation of Gina Haspel. The aide, one Kelly Sadler, has been roasted and toasted since by critics large and small, Republican and Democrat,

Asking a U.S. senator for his views on morality is the ultimate fool’s errand. As the innkeeper of “Fawlty Towers,” the British sitcom, was fond of saying in moments of neighborly frustration, “you might as well ask the cat.” Yet there the Democrats on the Senate Intelligence Committee were, seeking by any means necessary to derail the nomination of Gina Haspel for director of the CIA, trying to look as wise as a tree full of owls parsing the fine points of theology, morality and ethics as if they were earnest sophomores at the seminary. At issue was whether Mzz Haspel considers

Hillary Clinton continued to attack the Electoral College system used to elect U.S. presidents on Friday, calling it an "odd system" and contrary to the idea of "one person, one vote." President Barack Obama took a light swing at his successor during a tech conference in Las Vegas on Wednesday. His eight years in office were scandal free, he told the audience. "I didn´t have scandals, which seems like it shouldn´t be something you brag about," Obama joked. President Donald Trump’s presidency has thus far been racked with scandalous allegations, but Obama later hedged his barb. "But actually,” he said, “if you look at the history of the modern presidency, coming out of the modern presidency without anybody going to jail is really good. It´s a big deal." The reason his

Until 1968, Walter Cronkite believed what his government told him about the Vietnam War. He was an old-school journalist, a patriot, a man who came of age covering World War II as a wire-service reporter and then taking over as the anchor of “The CBS Evening News” at the height of the Cold War. Like most journalists of his generation, he embraced the fight against communism and understood why the United States had intervened in the war raging in Vietnam. When he’d visited Vietnam on a reporting trip early in the war, he’d been annoyed by the attitude of the young

Starbucks is closing more than 8,000 of its coffee shops across the US on Sunday for a four-hour, anti-bias training session – almost two months since an employee at a Philadelphia location called the police on two black men accused of trespassing as they waited, without making a purchase, to be joined for a meeting. Since the incident, which sparked protests and threats of a boycott against a chain known for actively promoting a diverse workforce and taking liberal stands on issues such as same-sex marriage, senior executives have repeatedly apologized.
