Could Julian Assange be

London - A London court will rule on Tuesday whether it would be in the interests of justice to pursue action against WikiLeaks´ founder Julian Assange for failing to surrender to bail back in 2012. If the judge rules in his favour, then Assange, 46, would be free to leave the Ecuadorean Embassy in London where he has been holed up for more than five years. However, he might still elect to remain in the embassy, where he has been granted political asylum, because he fears Britain would arrest him under a U.S. extradition warrant, the existence of which has neither been

"Secret Arrest Warrants"? Really?

Assange did nothing wrong and everything right in the defense of Democracy. the world owes him a huge thanks and a resounding applause for what he and his Wikileaks people did. Because of him - at least, partially - we were able to save this Republic from the clutches of Hillary Clinton and the media goons who infect our country to this day.. the exposure of the subversive underground characters within our intelligence and law enforcement agencies prove it.

I´m pleased to have hackers digging into Deep State operations, especially given the weaponization of the federal government against US citizens. Assange is a hero for his work to unmask our KGB. Without him and people like him we would be completely at the mercy of the corporate propaganda machine.

Former President Carter said during a new interview that he prays for President Trump. "I pray that he´ll be a good president, and that he´ll keep our country at peace, and that he´ll refrain from using nuclear weapons, and that he will promote human rights," Carter told CBS "The Late Show" host Stephen Colbert. "So, yeah, I pray for him." Carter has in the past been critical of Trump and some of his policy decisions. Last month, he said he would prefer Trump not be impeached, even if special counsel Robert Mueller´s investigation exposes wrongdoing on the part of the president. "My own preference would

"The secret to @therealroseanne massive ratings is that it celebrates people with huge political differences who are able to laugh and love together as they passionately disagree," Lowe tweeted. The reaction from the left was stuffier than the attic in August. Some replies. "What our country is experiencing is an attack on our very democracy, not a difference of opinions. According to the insipid press, President Trump has ignited a trade war with China that will bring down both economies. The press is better at presidential election predictions than it is economics. "China is imposing tariffs on more than 125 US imports including fruit and pork, heightening fears of a trade war between the two countries," the Mirror reported. Oh no! The tariffs will affect less than 1% of the economy. Our exports to China were $169.8 billion last year. Our economy is roughly $19 trillion. We bought $478.8 billion in goods from China last year. The grassroots keep sending messages to Hollywood, but usually nobody’s home. Oblivious to real lives outside the California bubble, the masters of the fanciful, the absurd and the bizarre wouldn’t read the message, anyway. But the town that tinsel made is agog, if only temporarily agog, by the triumphant return of “Roseanne,” the ancient television comedy that went off the air 21 years ago. The first revival episode drew more viewers than its farewell finale two decades ago. “While nostalgia was expected to bring in eyeballs,” Deadline Hollywood, an aggregator of entertainment news, breathlessly reported on the morning after, “no one predicted

Thursday at Rutgers University, former secretary of state and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said she was concerned President Donald Trump had caused a “loss of leadership and leverage” in global politics. The reason: She is concerned American’s word “is no longer trusted.” When asked what her concerns about our “democratic stability” in the era of Trump were, Clinton replied, “I worry about the degradation of institutions, the dismissing of norms and values, because remember, a democracy is fundamentally held together by trust.” She continued, “I would like to get back to where Republicans and Democrats argue about all the policies

When the Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution of the United States, they feared the possibility of partisanship overtaking rights-based government. To that end, they crafted a system of checks and balances designed to pit interest against interest, promoting gridlock over radical change. The founders saw legislators, presidents and judges as ambitious in their pursuit of power. They could not have foreseen our politicians. Our politicians aren´t so much ambitious for power as they are afraid of accountability. (snip) So, what are the real differences between the parties? The State Department will publish new rules this week that would require most visitors and immigrants to the U.S. to turn over their recent social media histories, carrying out one of President Trump’s key security enhancements from his extreme vetting executive order. Travelers would also be asked to list previous phone numbers, email addresses and international travel during the previous five years, and to detail any immigration problems they’ve had, whether with the U.S. or elsewhere. They’ll also be asked about potential family connections to terrorism. And in a striking human rights move, would-be immigrants from countries where female genital mutilation is

With the U.S. Census Bureau reporting yet another year of population loss for the city, it doesn’t take an investigator to determine the causes. The city’s scary record of 343 homicides in 2017 affirms the city’s well-known reputation as a dangerous place to live. Even if 2018 has fewer homicides, it doesn’t take a fortune teller to predict that this year’s homicide rate will be high. Until the city substantially reduces its homicide and other crimes rates, people will continue to view the city as dangerous and be reluctant to stay or move here.
