Sudden FBI departures
indicate that the jig is up

American Thinker, by Thomas Lifson

Original Article

Posted By:magnante, 2/9/2018 9:22:23 AM

Choose your metaphor: rats leaving a sinking ship; cockroaches scurrying away from the light; or maybe just people cutting deals to save their butts. Yesterday saw the FBI fan feculated. The blandness of this Politico story titled, “Two more officials cited in FBI texts step down,” conceals really, really big news. The jig is up. Each of the “officials” that is “stepping down” is leaving under duress, and likely facing serious legal consequences for their acts that have been disclosed. Acts that go to the heart of the fraudulent application for the Page FISA warrant, and the obstruction of justice

It seems they´re stepping down, to keep their pensions and other perks. That should not be allowed. They should not be rewarded for their behavior.

If no one goes to jail and everyone gets there pension - there is no justice.

That is a bad precedent to set. And, it sets the stage for a schism that could turn violent.

That people who work for the government are not only into politics, but support people that will benefit themselves personally is only a surprise to the incredibly naive.
The scandal is that the FBI hires people so profoundly ignorant that they don´t know how to have a private conversation. Morons who give their private conversations to the world will do no better with government secrets.

FAR: ´´If no one goes to jail and everyone gets there pension - there is no justice.´´

FTA: ´´Each of the "officials" who is ´stepping down´ is leaving under duress and likely facing serious legal consequences for acts that have been disclosed...´´

We would all like to see a firing squad at dawn for these traitors, but that isn´t the way the legal system works. Have faith. We have a new sheriff...

I feel sorry for these corrupt FBI officials. They were only given a choice of job in an increasingly crowded HR Dept or accepting a guaranteed lavish pension and avoiding the crushing legal fees. What kind of country have we become?

Makes me want to wear a hajib from Macy’s to protest the evil Trump. Hey, if this horrible level of corruption is good enough for Obama’s and Hillary’s Chicago, it’s good enough for what is left of our Country and its Constitution. And, how often do get to read about an attempted coup against the US and its duly elected president?

If there are no consequences for willfully violating the law, then laws are not really laws but "suggestions." Either there is equal justice under the law for all citizens or we have no justice and have become a banana republic. If that is the case, then America is no longer America, which is what the globalists and Dems seem to be working "hand in glove" toward.

Not to worry... this is all coming together as it should. The public would not be able to handle what has been done by our last administration if released all at once.. using today as just an example. The media is still focused on the oppo memo, and on the Porter guy in the WH (which BTW have any of us even heard of before), while major firings of TOP level people in the FBI and DOJ are underway.

The fact that it is now known about the Mark Warner texts to try to connect with Steele is getting almost no coverage is so frustrating! But, little by little we have to have faith in the few good guys left that are working through this. And good shout out to Sundance at CTH. He is on top of this.

There will be more at the FBI! And, nobody is talking about those at DOJ. How about Samatha Powers who attempted to unmask 260 Americans. What has happened to her? I haven´t seen her before any committee who would ask WHY she felt she could do that. There is much, much more to come before we drain the Swamp!

I AM worried.

I am not satisfied with these birds "facing serious legal consequences". I want them to FULLY EXPERIENCE "serious legal consequences".

The clock is ticking on the Nov 2018 election. Mueller and the msm will be pulling out the stops to flip the House to the Dems (I expect to see Mueller handing down indictments on Halloween to maximize impact on the November vote with no time to respond/refute before election day)

Replacing Nunes with Schiff puts an end to any further scrutiny of the FBI.

An opinionated tabloid cover can be effective, but only if the point made is so obvious that an entire audience can see and relate to it. It also helps if it is humorous and has a witty headline. The end result of indoctrination in government schools and mass media that teaches “urban youths” that American society is racist, corrupt, unfair, and unworthy of compliance is the crumbling of civil order. When a substantial group of young males (the segment of society most prone to acting out with violence) think that they have no stake in the continuation of existing social and property relations, they are able to impose anarchy in local areas. When enough people think and feel this way, the forces of order – police, and in extremis the National Guard – can be overwhelmed and powerless
