An FBI informant involved in the controversial Uranium One deal has told congressional committees that Moscow paid millions to a U.S. lobbying firm in a bid to influence then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton by helping former President Bill Clinton’s charities during the Obama administration. The Hill first reported late Wednesday that informant Douglas Campbell gave a 10-page statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee, House Intelligence Committee and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, and was interviewed for several hours behind closed doors by committee staff. In the statement, obtained by Fox

Comments:
With that kind of money, you´d think they´d show up in some tax returns. Anyone looking for that through the Clinton Family Corrupt Foundation? And, more important, NSA should have tapes of calls to Russia (and back?). With Hillary and the Russians, there was collusion AND corruption.

Yet will any one of this massive cabal of criminal Dem thugs from the Sec of State, to the whole top layer, including the head of the FBI, to top DoJ, including the AG Lynch even be brought in front of a grand jury, let alone be charged and convicted?

I sincerely hope so, but I fear that there is no will to do it in Washington, no will at all to support the rule of law.

Chloe Melas, a reporter for CNN, broke a major story on Thursday: After an investigation that took six months, she reported that several women were accusing the actor Morgan Freeman of sexual harassment. The improper behavior ranged from unwanted touching to suggestive comments that made women feel uncomfortable. But the initial tip did not come from a phone call, email or letter. It came from Ms. Melas herself. She had been sent to cover a publicity event last year for “Going in Style,” a film starring Mr. Freeman, Michael Caine and Alan Arkin. Ms. Melas, who was pregnant at the time with her son Leo, said that

Washington - The Trump administration has told lawmakers it has reached a deal that would keep the Chinese telecom firm ZTE alive, a person familiar with the matter said. The move could allow trade negotiations with China to move forward, but would probably provoke an intense backlash in Congress. Under the agreement brokered by the Commerce Department, ZTE would pay a substantial fine, hire American compliance officers to be placed at the firm and make changes to its current management team. Judd said he originally supported the move because past deployments have been helpful to the Border Patrol, but that this time, “that has not happened at all.” "When I found out the National Guard was going to be on the border.

The Food and Drug Administration issued parents some stern warnings about teething medicines for their babies, and simultaneously told manufacturers and retailers that if they didn’t “voluntarily” stop selling the product to the tiny toddler demographic, they would face legal action from the feds. Voluntary compliance — gotta love the federal definition of that, yes? But the bigger question with this FDA message to consumers is this: Why now? And the bigger theme, of course, would be this: Shouldn’t parents, rather than government, be the final deciders of what’s best for their babies? After all, the FDA has been warning about the

President Barack Obama took a light swing at his successor during a tech conference in Las Vegas on Wednesday. His eight years in office were scandal free, he told the audience. Until 1968, Walter Cronkite believed what his government told him about the Vietnam War. He was an old-school journalist, a patriot, a man who came of age covering World War II as a wire-service reporter and then taking over as the anchor of “The CBS Evening News” at the height of the Cold War. Like most journalists of his generation, he embraced the fight against communism and understood why the United States had intervened in the war raging in Vietnam. When he’d visited Vietnam on a reporting trip early in the war, he’d been annoyed by the attitude of the young

Teams will be fined for any personnel that "do not show proper respect for the flag and Anthem” on the sidelines. Other journalists were hearing similar things from players they talked to.
