Does James Comey have a perjury problem?
American Thinker, by Monica Showalter

Does James Comey have a perjury problem? A look at his past testimony with Congress, saying he had never heard of Russia´s gas giant, Gazprom, might just suggest that. Last year, in testimony before the House on supposed Russian meddling in the last U.S. election, Comey held this exchange:* Rep. Jackie Speier (D., Ca): Do you know anything about Gazprom, Director? FBI Director James Comey: I don´t. Speier: Well, it´s a -- it´s an oil company. The exchange flabbergasted Russians. Never heard of Gazprom, the biggest and most powerful company in Russia? And more to the point, the very company

Comments:
Comey pretended earlier that he never heard of the Russian oil company that was the pretext for spying on Gazprom consultant Carter Page.

The FBI needed just one person approved by FISA to surviel, and Carter Page filled the bill. That allowed them to get their nose into the Trump campaign.
The FBI knew exactly how to play that game. So did Lady Lucifer´s campaign.

Back in March 2017, he was explaining to reporters at the Newseum about the wonderful new series from Dick Wolf ("Law and Order") about the FBI.

Director Comey gave Wolf extraordinary access to the NY FBI office for this series (from September 2015 to September 2016).

Comey did this because he thought it very important to help rebuild a good relationship between the FBI and the American public.

People need to know that the FBI doesn´t take sides.

I guess the lovebirds Strzok and Page didn´t get the memo that that was the official policy of the FBI: no sides

Could Mr. Comey be put under oath and asked about his comment in that article and whether he knew - or not - that agents had contravened this policy?

BTW, what happened to the tv program?

Saudi Arabia´s powerful crown prince, Mohammed bin Salman, has won international plaudits for his program to transform the reclusive and deeply conservative kingdom. So the recent arrests of a handful of women’s rights activists, ranging in age from their 20s to their 70s, were met with widespread surprise and condemnation. But while the latest detentions have drawn criticism, they come amid a much wider crackdown on those who have called for changes in the absolute monarchy or fail to publicly support the prince. While engaging in an international charm offensive to publicize his sweeping plans to transform Saudi society and economy, the

The people who are best described as members of a renewable energy cult are lately promoting the idea that we should run the country on 100% renewable energy, whatever that is. I say "whatever that is" because different branches of the cult have different definitions of renewable energy. It seems to be a matter of fashion and prejudice. One definition of renewable energy is that it is naturally replenished on a human timescale. Solar energy and wind energy fit in nicely with that definition. Most fans of renewable energy explicitly reject renewable hydroelectricity if it involves damming a river. Most renewable

A new report out from Bloomberg (first spotted on Axios Vitals) signals that China has more ways to defeat us than merely through its military buildup: Federal prosecutors in Mississippi charged [Chinese national] Yan, 41, in September with leading an empire built on the manufacture and sale of drugs related to fentanyl, one of the world´s deadliest and most profitable narcotics. Back in December 1972, Nicaragua was hit by a horrible earthquake. It killed 10,000 people, devastated villages, and may have been the beginning of the end of Somoza´s reign.
