Schumer´s shutdown reveals: Democrats
will destroy America just to spite Trump

The Hill [DC], by Tommy Hicks, Jr.

Original Article

Posted By:Pluperfect, 1/22/2018 4:53:57 AM

Donald Trump was inaugurated one year ago after promising to make America great again. Throughout the campaign everyone knew what he believed, though it was not clear what his opponents stood for. The Schumer shutdown has revealed the totality of the Democrats’ agenda: animosity and amnesty. When President Trump set out to deliver historic tax cuts for the American people, Democrats sat on their hands, rather than participating in the legislative process. Now they’ve come off the sidelines to actively sabotage the government established to serve the American people. Their stated reason for doing so is even more astounding than the act itself. Never before

The Schumer shutdown shows us not only what the Democrats believe but what they are capable of doing. And why they cannot be allowed to take control of Congress in November.

The same can be said for RINO´s! It´s time to oust THEM, too!!!

I no longer believe that the democRAT party is just the other side. They are actively trying to weaken America any way possible and they are actively doing it out west. One look at California should confirm anyone´s doubts in that regard! If you own a business in CA just consider yerself a host for democRAT parasites! You will be eaten up by them. As they run out of Other People’s Money they jump on anything productive and just keep grabbing more and more so long as it´s still twitching to satisfy their insatiable appetite for votes from the deadbeat population that they are actively pumping UP with more and more Illegals! They’re on a virtual Venezuelan death spiral! Now imagine what’s in store for the rest of the country under democRAT domination!!

The Democrats have pronounced to the world exactly how they feel and hae put in place policies they beleive reflect those beliefs. All ne has to do is look at the words Dems use. The most important thing for Dems is illegals. They love illegals so much they call them ´Dreamers´. Those folks so pure and full of optimism for the future. But Americas, the people born and rasied here that work to fund the goobernment are called ´Deplorables´. Evil knuckle-dragging rubes that Democrats feel need to be expunged from the Earth.

The democrats know they are in trouble as an electable party. They need millions of new voters to keep them in power and Americans aren´t biting, so they´re pumping as many non Americans in as they can... pure evil.

Obama wanted to destroy America and the Swamp people were all for him...so why shouldn´t Schumer and the rest do the same now?

As another poster said on an earlier thread: after all, in 2016 they were terrified an outsider was going to get in the government to see what they´ve been up to.

I agree with the above posters. I believe that the shutdown is to distract from the Nunes’ memo and to try to tank the economy, to offset President Trump’s tax cuts. They do have a visceral hatred for the President as demonstrators proved at women’s march celebrating Roe vs Wade. But it’s more than just that, President Trump is symbolic of their hatred of the country as founded, of the Constitution, and especially white people as being taught in our schools, universities and even some churches for the last fifty years. The Democrat Party has become a party of hate, a criminal enterprise where the end justifies any means including murder! God help us!

I appreciate calling the shutdown the "Schumer Shutdown." It reminds me of Scott Adams showing us the brilliance in President Trump´s tweets. "Sloppy Michael Moore", etc. The Schumer shutdown has that same ring to it, and I hope it hangs around his neck like a millstone.

And, many republicans are happy to help them. However, they will not win the PR war on the shutdown against Donald Trump. Branding it The Schumer Shutdown is a brilliant move. You can tell by how quickly the dems tried to counterattack by calling it The Trump Shutdown. It was too late. The administration has done a good job of fighting back. This is EXACTLY why I voted for Trump.

All we have seen is the liberal Democrats continuing to defend and protect illegal aliens. That’s not a good scenario for the future as the liberal Democrats, through their political actions, are encouraging more mass illegal immigration on into the future, by leaving the impression in the minds of an untold number of intending future illegal aliens that the liberal Democrats will continue to defend and protect illegal aliens and support future amnesties on into the future.

Economists attempting to understand the relationship between new technology and productivity growth could do worse than looking to the early days of the humble public clock, as Lars Boerner, from the London School of Economics, and Battista Severgnini, from the Copenhagen Business School, have done in a paper for LSE’s Economic History Working Papers series. It might seem obvious that new high-tech inventions can be an economic boon — and in this case, the authors do find that early adopters of the clock saw high population growth, a proxy for premodern economic growth, of about 30 percentage points between

WASHINGTON - Congress on Tuesday rolled back some of the restraints imposed on banks after the 2007-2009 global financial crisis, but big players like Goldman Sachs Group Inc (GS.N), Morgan Stanley (MS.N) and JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM.N), will not be breaking out the champagne. While Wall Street banks lobbied hard for a range of provisions that would have weakened the 2010 Dodd-Frank reform law and boosted their profits, they got trumped by their smaller rivals, according to lobbyists, Congressional staff, bankers and disclosure records. For example, the bill reduces federal oversight of banks between

With the 2018 midterms months away and the 2020 presidential election cycle approaching rapidly, Democrats are considering how to improve their poor showings in 2014 and 2016. The party has been debating — sometimes heatedly — how to do this. Which voters should they target? How should Democrats target them? But here’s what’s clear: White voters have been fleeing the Democratic Party, and that’s a big reason Democrats are looking to rebound from back-to-back losses. Whites have slowly but consistently moved away from the Democratic Party. These recent losses are on top of Democrats’ losses among Southern

Conservatives aren’t the only ones with reasonable gripes about the news that Barack and Michelle Obama have signed a multiyear production deal with Netflix. Forget the increasing politicization of entertainment for a moment. Why are the taxpayers still laying out vast sums every year for pensions, health insurance, staff and office expenses for ex-presidents? The Former Presidents Act was passed in 1958 in response to the plight of Harry Truman. A man of modest means with no savings, the 33rd president thought putting himself on a corporate payroll, endorsing products or otherwise profiting from his time in the White House would

The president could, of course, resist a grand jury subpoena by asserting his right under the Fifth Amendment not to be a witness against himself. However, for political reasons, he may not wish to do that. And he may not need to. Another off-ramp for the president, which he may choose not to take, is to remove the special counsel.
