It Seems The DNC Chair Really Hates His Job

Say, whatever happened to that guy who got stuck with the job of being DNC Chairman last year? You remember him, right… Tom Perez? He’s sort of dropped off the media radar lately. Maybe he’s just busy raising money and gearing up for the midterms. That would make sense, but things aren’t always that simple in the real world. I noticed a press release from the RNC this week which claims that Perez has been holed up in his office quite a bit and DNC insiders are saying that although he campaigned for the position with great gusto, Perez actually

Maybe Hillary will "loan" the DNC some money. Just watch out for the "interest rates" Tom; usually your immortal soul or some such.

Of course Hillary and Tom don´t really like each other much.

Perez is finding out that just being angry all the time isn´t a guarantee for getting necessary funds. The guys with the cash want to win. The angry wing of the dem party doesn´t know how to do that. (Kind of like how the elite wing of the Republican party didn´t know how to win either.) Neither do they understand the need. They are furious. They should get what they want, right? Even if they often have a hard time defining exactly what that is.

Well, well, well the dog caught the car he was chasing so desperately and now doesn´t know what to do with it or has found out it wasn´t what he thought it would be.

"Dog" in this case is just a metaphor and my apologies to all the members of the canine persuasion who are far superior to this lowlife piece of trash. And yes he is so creepy.

The Media Changed More Votes Than the Russians

Among large newspapers, only two endorsed Donald Trump. The rest endorsed Hillary Clinton. The media’s torrentially biased coverage of the campaign amounted to a giant disinformation operation designed to dissuade people from voting for Trump. To hear the architects of that operation complain about the election meddling of a handful of Russian Facebook trolls is comic. The government that meddled the most in the election was our own. Instead of exposing that interference, the media facilitated it. Journalists served as conduits for criminal leaks from Obama administration officials eager to defame Trump. Instead of exposing Hillary’s dirty tricksters, the media took

In what feels like the 27th year of the Trump-Russia-Collusion Investigation, what we have most recently learned is that a lawyer no one ever heard of may have made a false statement to the FBI and even erased a few emails concerning events that happened years before the election and have something to do with the Ukraine. We have further learned that a group of Russians in St. Petersburg have been trolling us since at least 2014 (what took them so long?), playing both sides against the middle and even going so far as to organize a post-election demonstration in

It was an hour or so before tip–off. The Dallas Mavericks were hosting a nationally televised game during the 2010–11 NBA season. And, deep inside the American Airlines Center, a recently–hired Mavericks support staff employee was eating dinner in the media dining room. As the woman sat down, the team president and CEO, Terdema Ussery, asked if he could join her. She grew nervous, not because Ussery was her boss’s boss, or because he was one of the most prominent figures in the Dallas sportscape. It was because his reputation as a serial sexual harasser of women preceded him. At this

President Trump gave his full backing to 2012 Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney on Monday, saying Romney´s bid for a Senate seat from Utah "has my full support and endorsement!" The president´s tweet suggested he may have buried the hatchet, at least temporarily, with the GOP foe who called Trump a "phony" and a "fraud" in 2016. Trump wrote Monday evening that Romney "will make a great Senator and worthy successor" to the retiring Orrin Hatch. In response, Romney tweeted, "Thank you Mr. President for the support. Yet you shielded her from prosecution, which kept her in the presidential race. Don’t you owe Bernie Sanders and the American people an apology for meddling in the election?

On Sunday, Axios´ Johnathan Swan reported that the U.S. Secret Service had to step in to protect White House chief of staff, John Kelly at a function in Beijing, China, last November. The incident occurred during President Trump´s state visit to the communist nation. According to Swan, the Chinese prevented a military aide carrying Trump´s nuclear forces-command case ("the football") from entering the Great Hall of the People. When notified of what was happening, John Kelly apparently moved to escort the military officer inside the building. At this point, a Chinese official grabbed Kelly and the two men briefly pushed each

Republicans in Congress can’t get a piece of legislation moved forward to crack down on illegal incursions across our borders. But the filing also knocks the teeth out of the “collusion” claim. That is, the charges are a strong sign that there’s nothing to Democrats’ charge that Team Trump worked with Russia to steal the 2016 election. Mueller confirms that the trolling entity, the Internet Research Agency, used fake accounts on Facebook and Twitter to spread disinformation, sway public opinion and promote rallies. The “strategic goal” was “to sow discord in the US political system.” Indeed, IRA began

In the era of #MeToo equalizing the perpetrators of rape with those of inadvertent microaggressions, perhaps no one remains in elite New York media qualified to make such a judgment, anyway. This week, Abramson´s reputation seemingly landed her a 4,000-word New York magazine cover story, which resurrects the sexual harassment complaints against Justice Clarence Thomas:
