Most NFL fans hate it when players bow the knee...but they make their decision baised on the context.

Just watched some Tebow highlights from his NFL days - exciting player you can root for. I hope he can come out to the west coast for a few baseball games this year, I´d drive several hours to see him play.

Tim Tebow is a wonderful person. The liberal press cannot find a dark side to him no matter how much they dig. He hit .231 in A+ ball last season. And needs to rapidly improve his hitting in order to advance to the big leagues. I´m rooting for him.

Ironically, he´ll get promoted to the bigs for revenue reasons. And he has enough fans to vote him to start in the all-star game at his position. That should really get the Tebow-haters´ blood boiling.

AUSTIN (KXAN) - The latest of four bombings in the Austin area in the past 16 days has a "higher level of sophistication" than the previous three, according to an update from Austin Interim Police Chief Brian Manley. "We are clearly dealing with what we expect to be a serial bomber at this point," Manley said. Hours after the bombing Manley said it is "very possible" the device in Sunday night´s explosion was triggered by a tripwire. In a press conference around 10 a.m., he said the device that exploded has similarities to the other explosive devices, based on preliminary results, even

The stereotype of Democrats is that they want to take away everyone´s guns. Under former President Barack Obama, gun sales skyrocketed, especially after any mass shooting that received nationwide coverage, over the fear that he and the Democrats in Congress would be successful in restricting everyone´s access to firearms. It didn´t help that Obama at times talked about confiscation a la Australia. But his administration generally just took half-measure actions that made it seem like they were doing something on the federal level, but, in reality, they did nothing to prevent mass shootings and really only infringed on people´s rights. In the first broad demographic study of trends in gender-affirming surgeries in the United States, researchers found that the number of operations increased fourfold from 2000 to 2014. Some of the significant rise, according to a study published Wednesday in the journal JAMA Surgery, may be related to an increase in insurance coverage for the procedures. “Early on we recognized there’s been a lot of work on health disparities having to do with age, race and so on that get collected in health-care settings,” said Brandyn Lau, an assistant professor of surgery and health sciences informatics at the Johns Hopkins University

Last summer, Leon Davis cared for dozens of squirming piglets after a rescue operation in Duncan, B.C. One of the 57 animals the Nanaimo SPCA branch manager nursed back to health was Molly, a Vietnamese pot-bellied pig who finally found her forever home last month. But just weeks after the adoption, Davis heard the news: Molly had been butchered and eaten by her new owner after problems were reported with the little pig. "First reaction I´d say was shock. Heartbreak. You know, all the animals that come through our care or branches we get attached to," Davis said. "To hear that somebody did this

The successful Stanford University project could even open the door to finding a cure for type 1 diabetes by creating healthy pancreases to regulate blood sugar. While scientists have previously developed human-pig hybrids, sparking excitement that they could use them grow human organs, no team has been able to take it to the next step. But Stanford´s team, which has already successfully transplanted pancreases into mice, is tipped to be the first after now that they have produced a

This group is meeting later, officially to review how the Commonwealth is run by its secretariat and governors. It said the issue of the succession of the head of the Commonwealth was not part of the group´s mandate, but described the day-long discussions as "open". Breast cancer patients could be encouraged to cut asparagus and other foods from their diets in the future to reduce the risk of the disease spreading, scientists say. Researchers are investigating whether a change in diet could help patients with breast tumours after studies in mice showed that asparagine, a compound first identified in asparagus but present in many other foods, drives the spread of the disease to other organs. When scientists reduced asparagine in animals with breast cancer, they found that the number of secondary tumours in other tissues fell dramatically. The spread of malignant cells, often to the bones, lungs and brain, is the main cause of death among patients who are diagnosed with breast cancer.

James Kallstrom is no joke. With nearly thirty years in the FBI, several of them as the Assistant Director, Kallstrom knows how the agency functions far more than most. So when he says there was a plot to protect Hillary Clinton from prosecution and to illegally influence the 2016 Election people should pay attention. Kallstrom goes on to call the entirety of the FBI investigation against Donald Trump completely phony. Maria Bartiromo’s own take appears very much to compliment Mr. Kallstrom’s assertions. The Deep State shenanigans run very deep and in 2016 are linked to the Obama White House. Barack Obama

Where they do not spring from simple malignancy, critics’ arguments that Trump used Russian intervention to win the election are mostly an excuse to avoid the plain truth that Hillary Clinton deservedly lost because she was an awful candidate. And the country is better for that result. We aren’t persuaded, either, that the Russians’ paltry $100,000 in Facebook spending had anything to do with Trump’s win, given that very little of it
