Top 10 Shi*holes
Nobody Wants to Visit

PJ Media, by Megan Fox

Original Article

Unnamed sources are once again claiming president Trump said outrageous things, including calling Haiti and parts of Africa "shi*holes." No one is sure this actually happened, but it sounds true, so the Washington Post ran with it. But it brings up an interesting point. Are we allowed to point out that there are places in the world that are not ideal, or are we pretending all countries are equal? This seems demonstrably ridiculous, yet the left is acting super-offended at the suggestion that some countries are shi*hole-ish. (Snip) The following is my list of shi*holes I never want to visit,

I´ve actually been to Haiti. Royal Caribbean owns a patch of land on the country´s north coast where it takes cruisers for a day of fun in the sun. Undoubtedly the nicest place in the country. I´ve also been to the two American s*!@holes on the list. Been to Detroit several times in recent years, most recently last summer. Downtown is OK and the burbs are fine, but definitely some slum areas you wouldn´t want to break down in. I went to Nawlins many times as a kid, it was always a fun place to visit, but haven´t been there post Katrina, so I can´t say first hand what it´s like today.

Perhaps these angry liberals should all be required to experience the cultural plumbing curiosities of poverty filled semi-rural China. Given that most of the application that Barack Obama’s Department of Justice submitted to the FISA court to obtain a surveillance order on Carter Page has been redacted, what we can say about the application is limited. Still, a few things stand out. First, the FISA application expresses confidence that Page was an agent of the Russian government, and engaged in criminal activity: (Snip) But Page has never been charged with anything. Accordingly, the least we can say is that Obama’s FBI and DOJ were wrong. Second, the application’s description of Christopher Steele and the provenance of his dossier was misleading at

Progressives and their neocon brethren have been predictably outraged this week, because at the press conference after the Helsinki summit on Monday, our president appeared to give the detested Vladimir Putin the benefit of the doubt. Despite the contrary views of Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and many others, Trump said he believed Putin that the “Russian state” had not interfered in the 2016 presidential election. So, to our perpetually hysterical media, Trump is now a traitor who is siding with Russia over his own country. Yet the childish reactions have obscured a number of important facts. To begin with,

The 14th Amendment became part of the U.S. Constitution 150 years ago in July of 1868. Among other things, it enshrined our traditional common law practice of granting citizenship to those born in the United States who are subject to its laws—specifically it guaranteed that the recently freed slaves and their descendants would be citizens. The 14th Amendment also applied to the children of immigrants, as its authors and opponents understood at the time. President Trump’s immigration position paper, however, famously endorsed an end to birthright citizenship. Michael Anton, a former national security official in the Trump administration as well as
