WASHINGTON -- Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) confirmed that he said his "piece" to President Trump in an Oval Office meeting Thursday at which the commander in chief allegedly derided immigrants from "shithole" countries. Graham, who was one of a handful of senators inside the meeting to discuss immigration reform, issued a statement that touched on his version of what unfolded as another lawmaker in the room, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), told MSNBC that Graham confronted Trump on his remarks. The Washington Post reported that Trump made the comment during an Oval Office meeting with immigration negotiators including Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and

DACA - Obama broke the law when he illegally used an executive order to supersede congressional action concerning DACA. The USA has spent billions upon billions of USA taxpayer dollars since 1950 on foreign aid to third world hellholes to improve the lives of their citizens. After all these years there are still the hellholes. President Trump is correct! Let the citizens of those hellholes clean up their own societies.

Realize that all the leftistliberal Democrats have left to attack President Trump is a bogus race card.

In this matter, the Senators were in a “closed door” private meeting with the President at the White House to discuss changes in the immigration laws. In that case all the participants in the meeting are entitled to a level of confidentiality, so that the participants can openly discuss their current positions on the issue. Running to the liberal media in an attempt to embarrass the President is not cool and serves no purpose other then to try to gain a Democrat political advantage.

In this case it already appears to have backfired, as most of the people in the country know that Trump was echoing their view when it comes to “S**thole” countries sending masses of their unwanted poor, uneducated, unskilled, and socialist oriented populations to the USA where a big percentage of them then depend on government provided social welfare benefits and services to survive.

Also, Durbin seems "shocked, shocked" that a president wold talk like that in the Oval Office? Has he never heard of LBJ?

Maybe it´s my reading comprehension, but I don´t see Graham confirming Trump using the cesspool language. I see him proclaiming he objected to, and confronted the president on the idea of immigration from perceived failed states, and he (Graham) oddly enough, ranked Ireland among them.
But the s--thole still begins and ends with Durbin. Fitting.

The Tampa Bay Times, one of the largest US newspapers by circulation, plans to lay off around 50 people starting Thursday in a direct response to a new tariff imposed by President Donald Trump´s administration. The Tampa Bay Times confirmed the layoffs to the Tampa Bay Business Journal. In March, Paul Tash, the Times´ chairman and CEO, wrote in the paper that new tariffs on imported newsprint would increase the company´s costs by roughly $3 million a year. It’s really not that complicated. But President Trump’s Syria strikes have reopened the debate over what defines his foreign policy. Is he an interventionist or an isolationist? Foreign policy experts claim that he’s making it up as he goes along. But they’re not paying attention. President Trump’s foreign policy has two consistent elements. From threatening Kim Jong-Un on Twitter to moving the embassy to Jerusalem to bombing Syria, he applies pressure and then he disengages. Here’s how that works. First, Trump pressures the most intransigent and hostile side in the conflict. Second, he divests the United States from the conflict leaving the relevant parties to

He described, with a sense of poignant loss, the magnificent edifice that the Deplorables had by inattention let the seeds of nationalism overgrow. But perhaps it not the noise of the jungle that is responsible for the present cacophony. At least some of the frenzy rocking the West stems from the efforts of an ideology trying to hold on to its old dominance. Wounded tigers can be dangerous. The two men were exactly right: The right thing to do in Starbucks is not to order anything, because the coffee is disgusting. The resolution was signed by 39 senators in the 100-member Senate, which is controlled by Pruitt’s fellow Republicans. Although Republicans can defeat it, the resolution is symbolically important because it represents the most senators ever to call for a Cabinet member’s ouster in resolution, its sponsors said.
