WASHINGTON -- Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) confirmed that he said his "piece" to President Trump in an Oval Office meeting Thursday at which the commander in chief allegedly derided immigrants from "shithole" countries. Graham, who was one of a handful of senators inside the meeting to discuss immigration reform, issued a statement that touched on his version of what unfolded as another lawmaker in the room, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), told MSNBC that Graham confronted Trump on his remarks. The Washington Post reported that Trump made the comment during an Oval Office meeting with immigration negotiators including Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and

Dick Turban is a liar.

DACA - Obama broke the law when he illegally used an executive order to supersede congressional action concerning DACA. The USA has spent billions upon billions of USA taxpayer dollars since 1950 on foreign aid to third world hellholes to improve the lives of their citizens. After all these years there are still the hellholes. President Trump is correct! Let the citizens of those hellholes clean up their own societies.

Realize that all the leftistliberal Democrats have left to attack President Trump is a bogus race card.

In this matter, the Senators were in a “closed door” private meeting with the President at the White House to discuss changes in the immigration laws. In that case all the participants in the meeting are entitled to a level of confidentiality, so that the participants can openly discuss their current positions on the issue. Running to the liberal media in an attempt to embarrass the President is not cool and serves no purpose other then to try to gain a Democrat political advantage.

In this case it already appears to have backfired, as most of the people in the country know that Trump was echoing their view when it comes to “S**thole” countries sending masses of their unwanted poor, uneducated, unskilled, and socialist oriented populations to the USA where a big percentage of them then depend on government provided social welfare benefits and services to survive.

Maybe it´s my reading comprehension, but I don´t see Graham confirming Trump using the cesspool language. I see him proclaiming he objected to, and confronted the president on the idea of immigration from perceived failed states, and he (Graham) oddly enough, ranked Ireland among them.
But the s--thole still begins and ends with Durbin. Fitting.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced Wednesday that the Department of Justice (DOJ) will provide documents to Congress on the Obama-era program dubbed "Fast and Furious" that allowed criminals to purchase guns in Phoenix-based gun shops in order to track them into Mexico. The Justice Department, then run by Eric Holder, declined to provide documents on the program to Congress in 2012 and was held in contempt of Congress. Today´s decision ends six years of litigation with the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. “The Department of Justice under my watch is committed to transparency and the rule of law. Last year at this time, many Republicans were optimistic about the opportunity to pick up enough Senate seats in 2018 to approach, or maybe even reach, a filibuster-proof majority — i.e. 60 seats. After all, ten seats held by Democrats in states carried by President Trump would be in play. By the end of the year, however, many Republicans were questioning whether the GOP could pick up enough seats to offset the anticipated loss of several held by Republican Senators. Control of the Senate seemed to be up-for-grabs. These days, the truth, or the best guess at it, probably lies somewhere in

If you haven’t ever seen a stately whooping crane in the wild in Florida, better hurry. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service wants to transplant a bunch of them to Louisiana. The whoopers, as they’re sometimes called, live in a couple of different places in the state. The ones the federal agency is targeting live in the Kissimmee Prairie area of Central Florida, around Leesburg. They are part of a long-term experiment to spread the endangered birds into new habitat. The cranes, named for their bugling cry audible up to 2 miles away, once filled the skies from Florida to the Rockies.

When I think about heroic activists, one name stands tallest: Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. He fully embraced non-violence as the means to combat injustice, and by never raising a hand against his opponents, he won. Today, some anti-gentrification "activists" would do well to learn those lessons. In communities all around the nation, people see opportunity in lower-income neighborhoods. They enter the areas, start businesses and renovate structures. They raise property values and create jobs and boost our standard of living. They also drive out prior residents who were renters. This process is the natural result of a market economy. That being

By a single vote, the Florida Senate on Monday approved a sweeping response to the Marjory Stoneman Douglas massacre that includes too little gun control and too much emphasis on transforming schools into armed fortresses. Republicans altered an unpopular plan to arm teachers to allow personnel such as principals, counselors and librarians — but not most teachers — to secretly carry guns. That is window dressing for what remains a dangerous plan to put more guns on campuses. Only law enforcement officers should carry guns in schools.
