Poor Hillary Clinton

Since 1796, the year George Washington vacated his post as the nation’s first president, presidential elections have had winners and losers, (and now and then more one or more loser per cycle,) all of whom were left feeling depressed by the outcome, and many who felt it unfair. Until 2016, none had thought to make it an issue of gender, largely because one gender had been shared by all comers. But in 2016, that was changed by the serious entry of Hillary Clinton, who managed to lose to Donald Trump against all odds. Afterward, she blamed her female sex for

"serious entry of Hillary Clinton?" Really? She bought her way to the nomination with "borrowed" money and a sense of entitlement that embarrassed the dems into running her.

Hillary made the mistake of thinking that the Deplorables were paying attention to the fake MSM. No, we have been following her crooked path for years, and we knew what she was even before we found out about the illegal server. Her crimes are many and we were not going to vote for her no matter what her gender. Now that she is a proven crook and cry baby, there is no chance in h___ that we would vote for her or any Clinton should Chelsea try to run.

Hillary´s whining protestations validate, rather than explain the election result.
Under President Hillary would she be whining that ISIS is killing people "because she is a woman"? Would the economy be collapsing because "people are being mean to her"?
Hillary is a spoiled, ugly, nasty, entitled child who accomplished almost nothing in her life except illegally enriching herself. At corruption, BJ and Hillary are a great success.

There´s a lot to remember, and hence a lot gets forgotten. The author´s reminders of the political, media assassination the ´Dudley-Do-Right´ Romney and the deplorable attacks on Sarah Palin are great reminders of how REAL hard times go.

The curious DACA order from a DC District Court judge

Back in February, the Supreme Court bailed out on the DACA question, declining to hear an appeal to a ruling from a San Francisco judge who thought the President couldn’t end the program. Sadly, that decision has left the door open to additional mischief from the courts, and now one of the strangest rulings yet has been handed down. A federal judge in the District of Columbia has concluded that not only can’t the President fully terminate the program but that the White House has only three months to come up with a better justification for its actions or he

Authorities have arrested the man accused of shooting three people, including two police officers, in North Dallas on Tuesday. Armando Juarez, 29, earlier identified as a person of interest, and an unidentified female were apprehended after a police pursuit that ended near uptown, authorities said. "We got our man," Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings said at a press briefing. Rawlings did not take questions, but he did ask for prayers for those who were shot. All three victims were out of surgery. Emergency dispatchers received a call shortly after 4:12 p.m. to go to a Home Depot, Dallas Police Chief Renee Hall said in a

Police released a video Tuesday showing a former financial adviser to Hillary Clinton getting involved in a heated, profanity-laced confrontation with several officers. "You may shut the f--- up!" the woman, Caren Z. Turner, 60, shrieks at an officer at one point. Most recently, Turner has been a commissioner with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and was chairwoman of its ethics committee, Politico reported. She was forced to resign last week because of the interaction with police during Easter weekend. “The Port Authority has zero tolerance for ethics violations,” PA spokesman Ben Branham told the website. Believe it or not, there are still things to be said about Chappaquiddick. One of them is that the real thing that protected Ted Kennedy from the wrath of the crowd after his failure of nerve in that night of dark water was much less his family’s money and power than the strength of the victim mystique. This began with the death of Joseph Kennedy Jr., in 1944 in a suicide mission, continued with the death of their sister Kathleen Kennedy, and crested with the assassination of Jack Kennedy, which traumatized the whole nation. The unbelievable rerun with the murder of

Several key Trump administration proposals, taken together, would help cure an absurdity so ingrained and ideology-caked in American society that almost no one discusses it anymore: while millions of unskilled immigrants sneak illegally into America to do jobs that Americans won’t do, Americans won’t do them because the government pays them as much for idleness as an honest day’s labor pays. The administration would gain a strong rhetorical advantage if it packaged these ideas together in one inspirational proposition: let President Trump say that, no, the federal government didn’t create the urban underclass, but it inadvertently nurtured and institutionalized it

I am not here today comparing “The Bushes” to any other political tribe or family extant or extinguished! That needs fully to be understood before I open my mouth wider. The highly publicized death and burial of the family’s matriarch puts in my mind, and I hope the minds of others, a matter little remarked on since the 20thcentury. To wit, the norms and the decencies, the styles and the modes Americans once took for granted in their common life. “The Bushes” have over the decades exemplified just such norms and modes: whose passing, and that of Barbara Bush as a physical presence,

Natalie Portman, until this past weekend, has always been someone Israel could take pride in. Born in Jerusalem but raised in the United States, she never forgot her birthplace, was a fluent Hebrew speaker and for her debut as a director, decided to take Amos Oz’s memoir A Tale of Love and Darkness and turn it into a Hollywood film. But on Thursday night, all of that changed. Portman went from being someone Israelis spoke about with pride to someone condemned for deciding not to attend a ceremony in Jerusalem in June where she was supposed to receive the prestigious

James Comey loves to preach to us lesser mortals about ethics and such. Like Jimmy Carter before him, James Comey has let the J.C. initials get to his head and thinks he can walk on water. Now that he is trying to plug a book at the same time, he is in danger of electrocution. Comey’s contribution to Bartlett’s Familiar Quotations, for now, is this classic: “No reasonable prosecutor would bring such charges.” The idea that Comey has a clue of what defines reasonableness is itself impugned each time he opens his mouth. It’s not just Hillary Clinton who can’t quit Russia. The whole Democratic Party keeps going back to 2016. In a move that reeks of desperation, the DNC filed a civil suit Friday against President Trump’s campaign, Russia and WikiLeaks, alleging a vast (right wing!) conspiracy to tip the election to Trump. The suit’s flamboyant charges made headlines, but that only served to obscure the real meaning. Namely, that top Dems are giving up their fantasies that special counsel Robert Mueller will deliver them from political purgatory by getting the goods on Trump. The trashy suit is their way of trying to keep impeachment

Perhaps the most enduring puzzlement about Donald Trump the president and candidate is his ability, if that’s what it is, to attract a faithful political base founded on fervent evangelical Christians, despite his frequently reinforced reputation for less than righteous acts and statements. During the 2015-16 campaign, each emerging example of Trump misbehavior, from off-color references to women and allegations of affairs, convinced Eastern elites and media to believe the billionaire’s upstart political rebellion was doomed any day. [Snip] Among allegedly conservative Republicans, Trump approval has climbed into the mid-80 percent range. All this despite continued stormy allegations by a

On the domestic and foreign fronts, the Trump administration has prompted economic growth and restored U.S. deterrence. Polls show increased consumer confidence, and in some, Trump himself has gained ground. Yet good news is bad news to the Resistance and its strange continued efforts to stop an elected president in a way it failed to do in the 2016 election. Indeed, the aim of the so-called Resistance to Donald J. Trump is ending Trump’s presidency by any means necessary before the 2020 election. The election is over and Republican Debbie Lesko has won a West Valley congressional special election in a district that has leaned right for decades. Here’s what else we learned from the unexpectedly competitive race to replace Trent Franks, the veteran Republican who resigned in December amid a sexual-misconduct scandal. The unofficial results show a dramatic underperformance by a Republican in the solidly GOP district. That’s a problem for Republicans, who now need to sort through the results to determine how problematic the landscape will be for them in November. Republicans have a 17 percentage point registration advantage in the district. President Donald Trump
