Dianne Feinstein Says A ‘Bad Cold’ May
Have ‘Slowed Down’ Her Mental Faculties

Daily Caller, by Peter Hasson

Original Article

Democratic California Sen. Dianne Feinstein suggested a “bad cold” may have impaired her mental faculties and caused her to release Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee without telling committee chairman Chuck Grassley. Feinstein published Simpson’s testimony on Tuesday, catching Republicans by surprise. Simpson’s testimony, taken during August of last year, covered his firm’s role in producing the infamous anti-Trump dossier for the Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee. Feinstein, 84, expressed regret on Wednesday for keeping Sen. Grassley in the dark, and suggested it was because of a “bad cold.” “The one regret I have is that I

Comments:
Good. Grief. How absolutely pathetic. I guess she couldn´t very well admit that the reason she did it was because she is a spiteful, corrupt Democrat. s/o She insults our intelligence like all Democrats always do. First she was ´´pressured´ now she had a cold. Amazing.

Of course, even if she had all 3, the brain dead LIE-beral Demon-RATs in Cubafornication would still vote to re-elect her...

Reminds me of the opening lines in Monty Python´s Dead Parrot sketch.

"´ello, Miss?" "What do you mean, Miss?" "I´m sorry I have a cold."

Same difference. And you know that whoever replaces Feinstein will be worse.

Poster #7 has it nailed, whom ever replaces her will be worse. We here, in the now sanctuary state, have long known this fact. We finally got rid of Babs Boxer by her long overdue retirement and look what we got as a replacement. Good grief, another lefty crook elected by the crazy majority of California voters most of who cannot read or speak the English language. They do know that the D on the ballot means free stuff and that is what they are all about. I remember back, I am a native son of a native daughter, when California was a Republican state. I even remember back when the Democrats and their party were loyal citizens. I guess that really dates me I’m older than DiFi, The California that we old timers knew and loved is now a dead zone run by brain dead elected and appointed crooks and I guess those of us who let it happen are now reaping the whirlwind of increased taxes and increased fees and insane regulations and laws in every part of our daily lives so as to support the crazy majority in the lifestyle they have become used to at, of course, the expense of the minority of the sane who actually work for a living.

Read the whole thing. It just made Simpson look like a slippery liar, and didn’t really tell us anything new. Headlines were made based on incomplete reading of it, but they were nonsense. I don’t see how it benefited Democrats, and it just made clear that Simpson held back the information about hiring Orh’s wife, even when pressed on personnel issues like that.

Here is what happened: Remember the statement that a secret operation was ongoing to catch the ´leakers"- that is issuing of document loaded with key, hidden ID words and issuing them individually to the member of the committee to find out who the leakers were. Well, they found out on this one it was Senator Feinstein herself. Busted, exposed for the GD liar she is. Really, she should be (and probably is) in some really deep 541T). Expect her next announcement to be "I´m retiring"- she will be given a few options, and if she rejects any of them, she will be arrested. It will be like her accepting a quasi ´plea deal´. She´s toast!

I mean, she was SO stupid to do that - she should have been immediately thrown out and NEVER given access to any political position. Not even dog catcher.

I can´t remember if she gave the "bad cold" excuse back then - but it was a pretty significant "leak" - she leaks so badly, she needs to wear three pairs of Depends.

House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes told Republican colleagues in two closed-door meetings this week he has seen evidence that shows clear "abuse" of government surveillance programs by FBI and Justice Department officials, according to three sources familiar with the conversations, raising more questions about whether the controversial anti-Trump dossier was used by the Obama administration to authorize surveillance of advisers to President Trump. The California Republican made his comments in private meetings with GOP colleagues as he tried to round up votes in favor of renewing a key section of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, known as Section 702, which

Following President Trump’s Thursday comments, it’s worth noting that former President Obama called the African country of Libya a “shit show” just two years ago. The comments were recorded in an interview with The Atlantic. The wide-ranging interview was based on Obama’s foreign policy over his eight years in office. During one portion of the interview, Obama said described Libya as a “mess” to the interviewer but behind closed doors called the country a “sh*t show.” According to the Atlantic: “So we actually executed this plan as well as I could have expected: We got a UN mandate, we built

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) bagged the senior MS-13 leader for the Northeast U.S. along with 11 other high-ranking members of the gang in a Thursday crackdown operation, the New York Post reported. The 17 defendants — five of whom are not MS-13 members — are facing charges including second-degree murder, drug trafficking, and conspiracy. They face up to 25 years in prison if convicted, the Post reported Thursday. The unnamed Long Island-based leader operated two cells, code-named “Hollywood” and “Sailors.” He reported and transferred proceeds directly to MS-13 heads in El Salvador, according to the DEA. “It started as a small-scale

NBC plans to televise any players who refuse to stand for “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the Super Bowl, but there may be nothing to show. It appears that NFL players are no longer taking a knee during the national anthem, namely because none of the teams with still-active protesters has qualified for the postseason. By the end of the regular season, only five teams featured at least one player regularly sitting or kneeling on the sidelines for the anthem: the Seattle Seahawks, the San Francisco 49ers, the Miami Dolphins, the New York Giants and the Oakland Raiders. None of those franchises made the

Mitt Romney took a swipe at Donald Trump on Monday, condemning the crude comments the president was said to have made about Haiti and African countries -- calling them “inconsistent (with) America’s history and antithetical to American values” with a reference to Martin Luther King, Jr. The poverty of an aspiring immigrant’s nation of origin is as irrelevant as their race,” Romney tweeted. “The sentiment attributed to POTUS is inconsistent w/America’s history and antithetical to American values. May our memory of Dr. King buoy our hope for unity, greatness, & ‘charity for all.’”

This Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the NAACP wants man-made global warming to be seen as a civil rights issue, arguing King’s vision of a society free of racial injustice can’t be achieved without addressing warming. “We see climate change as a civil rights issue,” Jacqueline Patterson, head of the NAACP’s environmental and climate justice program, said in an online radio spot for the Yale Center for Environmental Connection. Environmental activists have been increasingly framing global warming as a matter of “environmental justice,” since “minority and low-income populations are disproportionately affected by global warming,” Patterson told Yale’s online radio Climate

The most recent attack on the president is designed to throw him off balance during the debate on immigration. Senator Durbin, doing his best Claude Rains imitation, stated, "I cannot believe that, in the history of the White House, in that Oval Office, any president has ever spoken the words that I personally heard our president speak yesterday." Durbin was responding to Trump´s alleged comment that Haiti, El Salvador, and certain African countries are "s---holes." Many of the reports omit mention of El Salvador because it does not fit the anti-black allegations. Senator Durbin is not a young man, and he

On Monday’s broadcast of CBS’ “Late Show,” Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) stated that President Trump can begin to prove he’s not racist or bigoted by supporting the bipartisan immigration compromise. Schumer said Trump’s comments “over and over and over again can be described as nothing but racist and obnoxious. He says he’s not a racist. Well, … I have a challenge for Donald Trump. Okay, actions speak louder than words, if you want to begin, just begin that long road back to proving you’re not a racist, you’re not bigoted, support the bipartisan compromise that three Republicans and

Actress and yogurt salesman Jamie Lee Curtis knows exactly whom to blame for a false alarm that told Hawaiians an incoming ballistic missile was detected. It was all President Trump´s fault. Duh. Now, never mind that Trump was in Florida at the time. On the golf course. And forget that Hawaii´s Emergency Management Agency (EMA), run by the Hawaiian state government, apologized for setting off the false alarm when someone pushed the wrong button. In a Saturday afternoon post on Twitter, Curtis attacked Trump, writing "YOU DID THIS!" "This Hawaii missile scare is on YOU Mr. Trump. The real FEAR that

Ever since Donald Trump entered the political arena, his intelligence has been viciously attacked and his supporters have been labeled as moronic deplorables. In a recent Trump tweet, the president responded to the most recent attack by saying he is a stable genius. The mainstream media never bothered checking evidence of Obama´s intelligence before one historian declared him "the smartest man with the highest IQ ever to be elected to the presidency", even though his academic records were sealed. What these attacks do prove is who the real brains are and who are the dummies: Alan Dershowitz may be for real

TRENTON, N.J. — Days before his inauguration as New Jersey’s 56th governor, Phil Murphy had Hollywood on his mind.
