Doesn´t look like amnesty is happening

Sometimes I get ahead of readers, so I must apologize for not freaking out over President Trump´s meeting with congressional leaders over granting amnesty to 800,000 illegal aliens who claim they were abducted and brought here as children. I went over all this on Saturday, and I thought everyone understood. But OK, let us go over this again. President Trump has already won this battle. He won the battle in September when he said he would enforce the law, which means deporting all illegal aliens including this crew. He gave Congress six months to give this set of criminals amnesty. In Washington-ese,

Congress would have to pass a law giving amnesty. Could happen? Maybe. But is it really likely? No.

He´s negotiating. And in order to negotiate and cut a deal, you usually have to offer the other side something they want. Unlike oblamer, who wanted it all his way or the hiway.

What President Trump did by ending the unlawful Obama DACA Program on a date certain is give Congress an incentive to negotiate a permanent DACA fix by a date in March. The California judge’s opinion that Trump cannot stop the DACA Program actually serves as an incentive for the Democrats to delay any serious negotiations with Trump to find a permanent DACA fix by March. Chances are that’s part of the Democrat game plan to use DACA as a political issue during the run up to the 2018 election. That is unless the Supreme Court weighs in and deep sixes that judge’s decision.

For long months we have heard “negotiating language”. The President is “open to” and so forth. Nervous Nellie’s decide instantaneously that he has veered off course, that his promises are being broken, and on and on and on.

This article, in plain, simple Everyman language, explains why that reaction is not appropriate. Pay attention and try to understand what is happening.

He keeps them going. It’s up to them. He put it solidly, openly, in their court when he he shut down DACA. Nothing has changed. Nothing changed at that meeting except they couldn’t hide from the cameras and mics. (Remember: They have to face their constituents. Think about it.)

The Goodlatte GOPe plan offers AMNESTY to the DACA folks.

Not a pathway to citizenship, but AMNESTY for time served. How is this going to be documented for proof? THAT is why people are pouring over the border again, and at Nobama numbers!

Congress would have to approve the AMNESTY part. In the past, they wouldn´t fight against it with Nobama, so it must be a done deal to give in.

Surber is always an interesing read.

It remains to be seen if this is NOT a giveaway of AMNESTY.

With activist LIE-beral judges, there is only so much that Trump can do (and not that he really wants to since he is a successful businessman who likes the cheap labor). But at least he is trying.

And you know the Repuli-CAN´Ts in Congress will fold.

At this point, the Supreme Court is our only hope, and I have learned not to get my hopes up with them.

A big factor influencing illegal border crossings by illegal aliens is psychological. After President Trump was elected, the psychology was that Trump and his team were going to enforce the law and deport a lot of illegal aliens. Due to the complicated nature of the immigration laws that the Democrats and some wimpy Republicans have passed over the years, along with the Democrats and liberal judges who have been actively defending and protecting illegal aliens that did not happen. So that word has got back to the countries who sent large numbers of illegal aliens, that as in the past once inside the USA and especially in liberal Democrat Sanctuary Cities that an illegal alien’s chances of being deported are very slim indeed and that the Democrats will continue to defend and protect illegal aliens on into the future. That changed the psychology back to where it was during the Obama era causing illegal border crossings to surge bigtime.

On top of that over the Orbama years the Democrats have been pushing the deportation goalposts, contrary to existing immigration laws, into limiting future immigration law enforcement efforts leading to deportation only to illegal aliens who have serious criminal records, thus allowing all other illegal aliens who successfully make it into the USA to stay, to legalize, and to eventually be granted US voting rights, believing that most illegal aliens being poor, uneducated, unskilled and socialist oriented people, highly dependent upon government provided social welfare benefits, will be natural future Democrat voters, thus allowing the Democrats to cancel out enough “Deplorable” votes to transform the USA into a socialist utopia keeping the Democrats in perpetual political power.

The federal courts are going to declare amnesty. They need to be dismantled. They already ruled that the illegal and un-Constitutional DACA non-existent Executive Order cannot be terminated. Trump may have to declare the federal courts null and void.

Both national security AND American culture´s first priority is to stop the unregulated invasion by building the wall and enforcing existing Immigration Law. This Law includes prosecuting American businesses which have enabled ILLEGAL aliens to break this country´ Rule of Law by hiring them in stead of American citizens.

After the wall is built and the existing law is again enforced, THEN AND ONLY THEN seriously address the requests for an efficient Guest Employee program for the tech businesses, etc., as well as the so called, dreamers´ individual requests.

The courts may not declare amnesty. The courts can only rule on legislation/laws. Executive action is neither. Obama made an executive action, which is not legislation. President Trump may eliminate the executive action with one of his own. That is why the judge at the Ninth Circuit will be overruled.

Once a judge has been overruled a few times, he should be disqualified.

Regarding a poster above commenting that the federal court will eventually just declare an amnesty. The biggest weak link in the US Constitution relates to the US Supreme Court. If the leftist liberals and progressives ever get five or six liberal politicized judges on the Supreme Court, with the country being so divided politically, those liberal judges could simply declare what the laws will be, through opinions in legal cases sent to them, and the country would have no recourse accept through the Congress impeaching those judges which is very unlikely to happen.

The charge that Donald Trump “colluded” with Russia to steal the 2016 election was never serious. The Democratic National Committee’s civil suit in that regard makes the unseriousness transparent. “Obstruction of justice” is the charge Democrats want to use to remove him from office. And in fact, Trump’s campaign, his election, and presidency, have done a lot of obstruction. He has thwarted longstanding bureaucratic policies and has fired bureaucrats. Whether that has obstructed justice or favored it depends on the meaning of “justice.” The following explains the “justice” that the Democratic Party and its ruling class retinue correctly accuse Donald Trump

The most remarkable aspect of it is no longer that there have been sharp populist turns in the American, British, German, Italian, French, Hungarian, Polish, Czech, Austrian and other electorates (including, nascently, Brazil on the right and Mexico on the left).
