Milo Yiannopoulos fighting

New York Post, by Oli Coleman

Embattled provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos appears to be in yet another fight — this time with his own lawyers. On Monday, Yiannopoulos, who is suing publisher Simon & Schuster for shelving his book “Dangerous,” said he would rep himself in court after Meister Seelig & Fein filed papers withdrawing, because Yiannopoulos “has insisted on pursuing actions with which [the firm] has a fundamental disagreement.” Partner Jeffrey Weingart wrote that Milo’s “lack of co-operation .?.?. has rendered [the firm’s] representation .?.?. unreasonably difficult to carry out effectively.” Yiannopoulos had a different version of events, telling Page Six in a s

As a Libertarian I like Milo.

He is hated by the Left because he has escaped from the Gay Plantation and is very Conservative, funny and influential.

He´s more self-congratulatory than Trump.

Give this guy a chance.

Non-traditional types should find their true home on the Right.

Winning elections requires that we embrace those who choose not to be controlled by the Left.

Simon & Schuster claim in the $10 million suit his book was “unacceptable for publication.”

But a pack of lies called "What Happened" was just fine, and merited an expensive book tour to boot!

Stay strong Milo!

Here is what this is all about:

From that Article: "So when Threshold Editions, a conservative imprint at Simon & Schuster, gave him a six-figure publishing contract, the blowback was swift and furious. There were calls for a boycott of all of the company’s books, a vast catalog of some 2,000 titles from 50 imprints. Some of Simon & Schuster’s authors — including Karen Hunter, Danielle Henderson and Bradley Trevor Greive — denounced the publisher on social media. The Chicago Review of Books said it would not review any of the company’s books this year."

It is the boycott from their leftist associates that has forced S&S to renege on the contract for Yiannopoulos´ book that is the cause of it. S&S is in a huge crack over their subsidiary, Threshold Editions, making a firm publishing agreement with the Rightist writer. That debate has got to be shut down. The American People must be kept ignorant of the evil the Left represents. I imagine Yannie´s Lawyers are under the same Leftist attacks. They are effectively silencing his right to freedom of speech.

Milo is brilliant and not easily shaken. Suing S&S will is the right thing to do, and the associated publicity will guarantee his book is a huge seller once it is finally published.

Since when is a lawyer´s opinion relevant to what their client wants to do? If it is allowed under current law, the lawyer´s personal corporate opinions should be kept in the desk drawer.

They are simply worried about how this is going to affect their future caseload I suspect, not whether Milo has an actual case or not. Milo doesn´t go on wild goose chases.

WASHINGTON — In a series of startlingly candid conversations, President Donald Trump told former FBI Director James Comey that he had serious concerns about the judgment of a top adviser, asked about the possibility of jailing journalists and described a boast from Vladimir Putin about Russian prostitutes, according to Comey’s notes of the talks obtained by The Associated Press on Thursday night. The 15 pages of documents contain new details about a series of interactions with Trump that Comey found so unnerving that he chose to document them in writing. Those seven encounters in the weeks and months before Comey’s May

Another wave of student walkouts is expected to disrupt classes Friday at hundreds of schools across the U.S. as young activists press for tougher gun laws. The protests were chosen to line up with the 19th anniversary of the Columbine High School shooting, which left 13 people dead in Littleton, Colorado. At 10 a.m., students plan to gather for moments of silence honoring the victims at Columbine and other shootings. From there, some students will head to rallies at their statehouses. Others will stay at school to discuss gun violence. Some are holding voting registration drives. Organizers say there will be walkouts in

Former FBI director James Comey´s memos are out. Shortly after the Justice Department sent copies of former FBI director James Comey´s memos to Congress at the request of a group of House Republicans, news organizations got ahold of the 15-page, partially redacted documents. The memos, which detail private conversations Comey had with Donald Trump before and after he took office, outline interactions with Trump that Comey found to be questionable. Embattled attorney Michael Cohen has dropped a pair of much-touted libel suits against BuzzFeed and the private investigation firm Fusion GPS over publication of the so-called dossier detailing alleged ties between President Donald Trump and Russia. Cohen abandoned the suits late Wednesday as he continues to fight to recover documents and electronic files seized from his home, office and hotel room last week by federal authorities as part of what appears to be a broad criminal investigation into his conduct.

Greenhouse gas emissions continue to drop in the U.S., and the Environmental Protection Agency is crediting “American ingenuity” instead of global mandates. The EPA’s annual report highlights continued reductions in emissions — about 2 percent below 2015 levels and 11 percent below 2005 levels. Between 2005 and 2016, the report said, emissions in the U.S. electric power sector dropped by roughly 25 percent. The comprehensive report looked at U.S. emissions and removals by source, economic sector, and emissions going back to 1990.

Havana - Cuba turns to a model Communist Party official, Miguel Diaz-Canel, to steer it through a period of uncertainty when it finally turns the page on the Castro era in a vote on Thursday. The 57-year-old First Vice President is the pre-ordained choice of Raul Castro as he steps down, ensuring that the vote in the National Assembly to appoint him will be little more than a formality. The successor to Fidel and Raul Castro has spent three decades climbing to the summit of the Communist Party. He is ideally placed to continue to implement the economic reforms initiated

Conservatives can be expected to disagree reasonably over Justice Neil Gorsuch’s opinion Tuesday in Sessions v. Dimaya, in which he concurred with the Court’s liberals and cast the deciding vote in a 5-4 ruling invalidating an immigrant’s deportation. But it is not reasonable to claim that Justice Gorsuch has somehow sold out his principles to become the next David Souter. His opinion in Dimaya is actually a conservative one, based on an originalist reading of the Constitution. The majority held that Section 16(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act is unconstitutionally vague. The law, as written, provides a legal basis for the

Advocates in the field argue that the Earth needs to be treated with love. In addition to reducing harmful environmental practices, ecosexuals believe that humans should physically make love to the Earth.
