Tehran - Iran's Revolutionary Guards said Wednesday that the unrest that had rocked Iran over several days was at an end, and that a maximum of 15,000 people had taken part nationwide. "Today we can announce the end of the sedition," said Mohammad Ali Jafari, commander of the Revolutionary Guards. "There were a maximum of 1,500 people in each place and the number of trouble-makers did not exceed 15,000 people nationwide," he said on the Guards' website. If true, too bad. Iran is due for a real revolution. It may be over for now, but the people of Iran know what freedom is and they know it´s not what they´ve got. It ain´t over.

They just snapped their finger and "Poof", no more sedition. There´s a pile of dead bodies somewhere.

I hoped that someone would arm these people. All they got is that we are monitoring the situation.

Of course, this could be fake news.

Rep. Mike Conaway, R-Texas, announced that the House Intelligence Committee´s interview phase of its investigation into collusion and Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential campaign has concluded. Conaway told reporters Monday, "We found no evidence that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it colluded with the Russians." The Intelligence Committee did find, however, that Russia took active measures to meddle in the 2016 election, and that the majority expects it to undertake similar measures again. Now, Conaway said, the committee will move on to write its report, the first draft of which the GOP majority

Rep. Maxine Waters, who spent the better part of the inauguration season calling for the impeachment of President Donald Trump — before he even took over the White House seat, mind you — and the better part of Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation calling for the same, has found a new “let’s get ‘im, guys” cause to crow, and it’s named Stormy Daniels. Honestly, Waters is like a parrot with a vocabulary of one word. “This business about Stormy is not going to go away,” she said, during an interview with MSNBC. A porn star suing President Trump offered Monday to return $130,000 she was paid to keep mum about their alleged sexual affair so that she can talk about the relationship. Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, offered to pay back the money in a letter to Mr. Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen, seeking to settle her lawsuit to void a nondisclosure agreement. In the letter, Ms. Clifford’s lawyer Michael Avenatti said the money would be repaid by Friday and Mr. Trump had until noon Tuesday to accept the offer. “This has never been about the money,” Clifford’s lawyer, Michael Avenatti, told NBC News

Comedian Kathy Griffin is embarking on her comeback, some nine months after she provoked outrage — and lost much of her work — by posing with a fake severed head that appeared to depict President Donald Trump. Griffin announced on HBO’s “Real Time With Bill Maher” on Friday night that she had just booked upcoming shows at New York’s Carnegie Hall and at Washington’s Kennedy Center — “Trump’s backyard,” she called it. “I’m dipping my toes into touring again,” Griffin said, adding that the Republican president and his supporters would prefer she never worked again. With the current in the East River between Manhattan and Queens running south at about three knots and the downed helicopter lashed to a tugboat, rescue divers on Sunday night had only one option. They told the tugboat captain to cut the propellers and resigned themselves to drifting with the current as they tried to cut five passengers out of the helicopter, their bodies underwater and cinched with harnesses heavy enough to let them lean over and snap photographs of the New York City skyline. By the time the divers plucked them out, it was too late. By the time the divers plucked them out, it was too late. The five passengers —

Trump brought up the issue when the crowd started chanting "Build that Wall." Trump called Pena Nieto a "really nice guy" who made his request respectfully.

Rigid sexual orientations have defined the preference of men and women for decades; however, a new study is attempting to do away with strict definitions of sexuality. The study, published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, argues that there’s no such thing as a “straight” man or woman. Rather, people operate on a spectrum. Researchers showed men and women different kinds of pornographic material. Rather than relying on self-reporting, the study looked at physiological responses to the sexual material. Namely pupil dilation, which is a sign of sexual arousal. The study found that women’s eyes dilated when they viewed a man and
