Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said during a CNN appearance Tuesday it was “reprehensible” and “disturbing” for President Trump to refer to the Justice Department as the “deep state.” (Snip) He continued, “It doesn’t say anything about pledging loyalty to this president or any other and if not doing so is what constitutes being part of the ‘Deep State,’ I think that represents a fundamental misunderstanding of what this country is all about and what this government is all about and I find that characterization disturbing.” This is in reference to President Trump tweeting Tuesday morning:
Comments: I find it reprehensible that this Obama loving hack attacks Trump for speaking the truth. Trump is absolutely correct that Abedin allowed classified passwords to be found by foreign agents. Clapper´s failure to even acknowledge her gross negligence and commission of a crime by Abedin is just breathtaking and excusable. It is even worse that the hack Tapper didn´t acknowlege Abedin´s crime either. They both attacked Trump rather than address that huge elephant in the room. I utterly despise these people.
This is ´rich´ coming from Mr. Deep State himself. Clapper/Brennen/Comey/Rosenstien/Strozyk/Ohr/Mueller/S. Rice/Yates/S. Power/Huma Danger/Hildebeast/Blabbermouth DWS..... and the Head of the Rotting Fish himself, Obummer.
All rotten, all crooks.
Add in the Lamestreams.... NYSlimes/WaPooPoo/Advocacy Press/ABC/NBC/CBS/McClatchy PMSNBS/CommieNewsNetwork, etc.
All Aiding and Abetting the criminals.
It is plain to me that, if the TRUTH ever really comes out, this is ONE THOUSAND times bigger/worse than the Watergate scandal that the Lamestreams love to refer to.
Let President Trump know that you support him, and also please support Judicial Watch.... JW is doing the job that the law enforcement ´community´ SHOULD - but apparently REFUSES- to do.
Fine, don´t call it Deep State, call it the Iron Triangle as the NY Times did in 2017. NY Times says all presidents eventually learn they´re powerless over the Iron Triangle, ie, the Washington press corps (including itself), West Wing staff, and federal bureaucracy.
What´s reprehensible is this old gargoyle and others like him using their Deep State to spy on and then try to destroy a legally elected president in order to aid a Money-grubbing Marxist, and then trying to turn it on the country as a whole. People like him need to die in prison.
One of the Deep State Masters denying he is exactly as described.
This is the same as the media for decades angrily denying its bias. BO´s election made the media daring enough to completely expose themselves and Trump´s election made them so crazy that they confirm their bias every day. They are called "fake news" and it seems they cannot stop themselves from confirming it by generating endless lies to attack Trump.
The Deep State colluded with Hillary and the DNC to attack Trump based on a political smear document Hillary paid for. They shopped it around to the Deep State echo chamber to add credibility and obtain FISA spying against a presidential candidate they did not want. They continue to leak and lie, assisted by the media, to keep the Dead Parrot investigation going. From time to time, up pops Hillary, Clapper, Brennan, Rice, Lynch, Holder, and BO the HIMSELF, to divert and deny. The Slimes runs suppositional fiction articles about drunk babblings. It´s like Whack-a-mole. One pops up, says something idiotic, gets WHACKED, and up pops another.
It all sounds so bizarre that these people could be so arrogant and stupid but the only other explanation would be that they are all so horribly incompetent that they should be immediately be fired and institutionalized to protect the public and themselves from their own insanity.
He obviously does not understand the Constitution...he says that bureaucrats swear to uphold the Constitution, but apparently does not recognize that under the Constitution members of the Justice Department answer to the President, not the other way around.
‘Reprehensible’ this word should have been used when you as Director of National Intelligence didn´t realize that the UK tubes (Subways) were under attack by terrorist. The next day while you were on a Talk Show interview and asked about it,this was the first time you heard of it. So Budda STHU!
J. Clapper wouldn´t know the truth if it slapped him on the side of his head. Pres. Trump spoke the truth. The entire DOJ needs to be disbanded (including little Jeff) and rebuilt. The deep state gets it´s energy from our corrupt justice department.
Sorry, Clapper; as the saying goes, if the name fits... Many of the legacy holdovers in the Justice Department seem to swim in partisanship, rather than rise above it. Enough have acted as swampy saboteurs of Trump´s administration to deserve the label "Deep State."
Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) on Tuesday condemned President Trump’s combative attitude toward the press and called on Congress to protect journalists worldwide. “Whether Trump knows it or not, these efforts are being closely watched by foreign leaders who are already using his words as cover as they silence and shutter one of the key pillars of democracy,” McCain said in an opinion piece published in The Washington Post. McCain called the Trump administration’s treatment of journalists “inconsistent at best and hypocritical at worst,” particularly when it comes to condemning attacks on the press abroad. McCain cited foreign leaders who have
A Republican lobbyist currently supporting a Trump aide charged over the Russia probe told Wednesday how he was pepper sprayed and punched by a masked man in his driveway. Jack Burkman told DailyMail.com he was doused in the face with spray and struck on the head by an unknown assailant who pulled up in a black SUV outside his home at 7:25pm on Tuesday, in what he said was a ´professional hit´. (Snip) He also launched his own investigation into the murder of Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich, whose death in 2016 has become the focus of conspiracy theories.
A Prunedale, Calif., man says vandals toppled 100 beehives and killed hundreds of thousands of bees after dousing them with diesel fuel. Mike Hickenbottom told KSBW-TV that the Italian and Russian honeybees on his property were attacked Saturday. Hickenbottom says the bees are stored on his property during the winter, and beekeeper Alfonzo Perez leases the hives to pollinate almond trees on farms across the state. Hickenbottom says neighbors have complained about the bees in the past, but the bees are not aggressive. An estimated 200,000 bees died. The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office is investigating, and authorities said no arrests had been made. Prunedale
Michael Wolff´s controversial Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House is coming to television. Endeavor Content — the financing and sales arm formed in October between sister companies William Morris Endeavor and IMG — has purchased film and television rights to the No. 1 best-selling book. The massive deal is said to be in the seven-figure range. Endeavor Content plans to adapt the book as a television series. A network is not yet attached, as Endeavor will now begin shopping the series. Wolff will executive produce the series, with veteran Channel 4 and BBC executive Michael Jackson — now
The White House slammed Republican Sen. Jeff Flake of Arizona Wednesday as someone desperate for attention, after he gave a speech in the Senate criticizing President Trump’s hostile relationship with the media. “He’s criticizing the president because he has terrible poll numbers. He’s looking for some attention,” said White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders. She also accused him of being a “mouthpiece” for the repressive regime in Cuba on a recent trip there, and said it was ironic that he would attack Mr. Trump for not tolerating dissent. She said Mr. Flake’s accusations were “utterly ridiculous.”
Shortly after the New Year opened, I noted that President Donald Trump had begun mounting a #CounterResistance to California’s political war against his administration. I recommended 5 strategies for continuing the battle, including assistance in helping the “State of Jefferson” break free to dilute the Golden State’s electoral power. (Snip) The plan to separate the rural areas from the coastal regions also makes abundant sense. The fiscal and cultural priority differences are vast, as the one part of the state has held on to its freedom-embracing Western heritage while the other portion is trying to channel New York City. “There’s
President Trump denies having used a vulgar term last Thursday to describe dysfunctional Third World countries. Yet there’s no denying that the leftist media, believing he did, responded by repeatedly disgorging the term in a childish orgy of decadence. Of course, the media no doubt think they’re damaging Trump — but they’re actually damaging society. Let’s be clear: Leftists certainly object to the substance of Trump’s comments, that we shouldn’t continually absorb poor, unskilled, often functionally illiterate and unassimilable people from Third World nations. But they also object to his alleged style, labeling as obscene the use of s***hole (toilet) to
The head of the International Energy Agency (IEA) told U.S. Senators during a hearing that the U.S. is becoming the world’s “leader” in oil and natural gas production. IEA chief Fatih Birol said one of the “[f]our large-scale shifts in the global energy system set the scene for the coming decades” is “the U.S. becoming the undisputed global oil and gas leader.” “The remarkable ability of producers to unlock new resources cost-effectively pushes the combined United States oil and gas output in 2040 to a level 50% higher than any other country has ever managed,” Birol said in his Senate testimony. IEA
It’s been three months since the deadliest shooting in modern U.S. history took place near the Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada and we still know little about gunman Stephen Paddock’s motives. According to local Las Vegas news outlet Metro 5, key details surrounding the motive cannot be released because “additional suspects,” are still under investigation. Sheriff Lombardo previously claimed only one person is under investigation. Metro lawyer Nick Crosby believes information about the additional suspects could be revealed in 60 days. Metro 5 reports: "Inside a district courtroom on Jan. 16, a lawyer for multiple media outlets argued why information
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio (D.) on Wednesday appeared to blame oil companies for the damage that Hurricane Sandy caused in New York in 2012. De Blasio appeared on MSNBC´s "Morning Joe" to discuss his plans to divest New York City´s pension funds from fossil fuel companies within five years in an effort to fight climate change. The city´s five pension funds currently have about $5 billion in fossil fuel investments. De Blasio also said that New York City is suing five of the world´s most powerful oil companies—BP, Exxon Mobil, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, and Shell—for what he described as contributing
The first Somali person to become a police officer in Maine was arrested Saturday night for disrupting a concert and heads to court Wednesday to face multiple charges for her behavior. The 24-year-old police officer, Zahra Munye Abu, was arrested Saturday night at Palladium Nightclub in Worcester, Mass., for assault and battery and was charged with three other counts of misdemeanor, according to the Portland Press Herald. Abu was bailed out of jail at 1 a.m. Sunday, but the bail amount has not been disclosed. “She was (given) several opportunities to leave and refused. Eventually she was placed under arrest,” Worcester police
The State Department touted the work of the Southern Poverty Law Center and George Soros´s Open Society Foundation in announcing a new grant extended to British organizations to create a program teaching high school students about the United States´ tactics in countering hate crimes. The Embassy of the United States in London included the progressive groups among "organizations of interest" listed in the grant description of the "Youth Exchange on Social Cohesion" program, through which $50,000-75,000 will be awarded for the development of a program that brings UK high school students stateside to learn about American strategies in building communities that
NBC plans to televise any players who refuse to stand for “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the Super Bowl, but there may be nothing to show. It appears that NFL players are no longer taking a knee during the national anthem, namely because none of the teams with still-active protesters has qualified for the postseason. By the end of the regular season, only five teams featured at least one player regularly sitting or kneeling on the sidelines for the anthem: the Seattle Seahawks, the San Francisco 49ers, the Miami Dolphins, the New York Giants and the Oakland Raiders. None of those franchises made the
Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ), no doubt gearing up to run for president in 2020, became unhinged during Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee Tuesday.Booker glared crazily at Nielsen as he smashed his fists in protest of President Trump’s alleged “S***hole,” comments made during a meeting with Democrats on DACA. (Photo/Tweet/Video) Daily Caller published a partial transcript of Booker’s tirade: “I hurt,” Booker cried. “When Dick Durbin called me I had tears of rage when I heard about this experience in this meeting. “For you not to feel that hurt and that pain and to dismiss
On Monday’s broadcast of CBS’ “Late Show,” Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) stated that President Trump can begin to prove he’s not racist or bigoted by supporting the bipartisan immigration compromise. Schumer said Trump’s comments “over and over and over again can be described as nothing but racist and obnoxious. He says he’s not a racist. Well, … I have a challenge for Donald Trump. Okay, actions speak louder than words, if you want to begin, just begin that long road back to proving you’re not a racist, you’re not bigoted, support the bipartisan compromise that three Republicans and
Ever since Donald Trump entered the political arena, his intelligence has been viciously attacked and his supporters have been labeled as moronic deplorables. In a recent Trump tweet, the president responded to the most recent attack by saying he is a stable genius. The mainstream media never bothered checking evidence of Obama´s intelligence before one historian declared him "the smartest man with the highest IQ ever to be elected to the presidency", even though his academic records were sealed. What these attacks do prove is who the real brains are and who are the dummies: Alan Dershowitz may be for real
A crazed, bug-eyed Cory Booker, junior senator from New Jersey, blasted Department of Homeland Security secretary Kristjen Nielsen during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing yesterday on immigration. Booker became so unhinged in his staged outrage that he repeatedly threatened Nielsen, with clenched fists pointed in her direction. Equal to Booker´s overt violation of Nielsen´s right to be treated without hostility and intimidation was the deranged content of his tirade. Nielsen had stated earlier she did not hear the president say the "s-hole" word at last week´s White House meeting on DACA. Booker went ballistic and accused Nielsen of covering up
From his perch in the Ohio governor’s mansion, Republican John Kasich is keeping a keen eye on President Trump’s every move and showing a willingness — some say eagerness — to hurl rotten tomatoes toward the leader of his party when he gets upset with the act.He has become a go-to anti-Trump source for the media and often doesn’t even wait for the press to call. Instead, he leaps in to pile on after presidential missteps. While insisting he wants Mr. Trump to succeed, Mr. Kasich has pointedly refused to rule out mounting a primary challenge against the president in 2020.
Former Gov. Jeb Bush (R-Fla.) on Monday threw his support behind former GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney, who is reportedly weighing a Senate run in Utah. Mitt would make a phenomenal addition to the U.S. Senate. I hope he runs. https://t.co/3Vcg6txQmN — Jeb Bush (@JebBush) January 15, 2018 Bush´s endorsement on Twitter comes shortly after Romney criticized President Trump for reportedly describing African nations, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole countries" during a meeting with lawmakers on immigration reform last week.
Wednesday on CNN’s “New Day,” Dr. Sanjay Gupta, the network’s chief medical correspondent, proclaimed that based on President Donald Trump’s coronary calcium scores going back to the previous decade, Trump has heart disease. Gupta’s diagnosis came a day after Trump’s doctor, Navy Rear Adm. Dr. Ronny Jackson, offered his assessment of Trump’s health at a White House press briefing. “When you look at the findings you just put up there, Alisyn — this coronary calcium score is a score a lot of cardiologists use to try and be predictive and be proactive,” Gupta said. “And if the number gets up
Three-quarters of the members of a federally chartered board advising the National Park Service abruptly quit Monday night out of frustration that Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke had refused to meet with them or convene a single meeting last year. The resignation of nine out of 12 National Park System Advisory Board members leaves the federal government without a functioning body to designate national historic or natural landmarks. It also underscores the extent to which federal advisory bodies have become marginalized under the Trump administration. In May 2017, Zinke suspended all outside committees while his staff reviewed their composition and work. In a
CNN´s chief medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta said Wednesday that he believes tests reveal that President Trump has heart disease. Gupta said dating back to 2009, President Trump started to have "these tests that are actually looking for the presence of calcium in the blood vessels that lead to the heart." "Steadily, up until just this past week when he had it performed again, those numbers have gone up," he said. "When they get to a certain range ... that means he has heart disease." Gupta then talked about his interaction Tuesday with President Trump´s doctor, Navy Rear Adm. Dr.
WASHINGTON- President Donald Trump relentlessly congratulates himself for the healthy state of the U.S. economy, with its steady growth, low unemployment, busier factories and confident consumers. But in the year since Trump´s inauguration, most analysts tend to agree on this: The economy remains essentially the same sturdy one he inherited from Barack Obama.Growth has picked up, but it´s not yet clear if it can sustain a faster expansion. Hiring and wage growth actually slowed slightly from Obama´s last year in office. Consumers and businesses are much more optimistic, but their spending has yet to move meaningfully higher. "I don´t see any
The sign at Costco explaining the jacked up price of a case of Gatorade has gone viral. (Photo/Tweet) On January 1, Seattle had several new progressive laws go into effect. Along with mandatory paid sick leave, mandates for employers to post work schedules 14 days in advance, and severe restrictions on short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.), Seattle imposed a massive new soda tax — 1.75 cents per OUNCE on sugary drinks. In response, at least one major retailer advertised in detail the reason for the significant increase in prices. Costco, famous for selling products in bulk quantities, faces especially stiff
