Congressional investigators find irregularities
in FBI´s handling of Clinton email case

The Hill [Washington, DC], by John Solomon

Original Article

Republicans on key congressional committees say they have uncovered new irregularities and contradictions inside the FBI’s probe of Hillary Clinton’s email server. (Snip) That evidence includes passages in FBI documents stating the “sheer volume” of classified information that flowed through Clinton’s insecure emails was proof of criminality as well as an admission of false statements by one key witness in the case, the investigators said. The name of the witness is redacted from the FBI documents but lawmakers said he was an employee of a computer firm that helped maintain her personal server after she left office as America’s top

Comments:
With every passing day there is more damning evidence of the crimes that Clinton committed that were ignored by Comey and the FBI. It is especially irksome because all the Democrats do is scream about obstruction related to Trump when Comey and those worked with (McCabe) could be charged with obstruction in covering for the crimes of Clinton and those connected to her. Reading articles like this does nothing but infuriate me. The Clintons have gotten away with way too many crimes for way too long.

Contd. FTA: "Lawmakers on the House Judiciary Committee who attended a Dec. 21 closed-door briefing by FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe say the bureau official confirmed that the investigation and charging decisions were controlled by a small group in Washington headquarters rather the normal process of allowing field offices to investigate possible criminality in their localities. The Clinton email server in question was based in New York. "

FTA: "Gaetz said he could not divulge the specifics of what McCabe told lawmakers, but that he left the Dec. 21 session believing the FBI had deviated from its “normal objective practices” while investigating Clinton.

FTA:   “To the extent that the Assistant Director of the FBI was involved in that investigation.......,his testimony did not raise any concerns that would justify the Republicans’ outsized obsession with Hillary Clinton’s emails two years after the fact,” said Rep. Jerrold Nadler..."

Seriously Nadler? What an insufferable hack he is. We all know for a fact that if the name Trump was inserted in the place of Clinton that Nadler would be screaming for his immediate arrest and impeachment. Their hypocrisy and the aiding and abetting of the criminal Clintons absolutely sickening and outrageous! I´m so glad the Republicans are doggedly pursuing this.

Now things are starting to break loose to wind up charging Hellary and her evil minions with the crimes that they so obviously committed.

Get all Obama/Hellary thugs in DoJ and FBI and Hellary and Huma and more?

That would be Christmas, New Years, and ten 4th of Julys all rolled into one. I hope that Sessions and Rosenstein and the IG are up to it.

They could show a pattern of behavior for hillary starting back with Whitewater and all the many many scandals she is the center of. Wrap those all up in the same prosecution and send her to prison for the rest of her life. How glorious would that be?

And this report did not mention Huma and hubby´s computer secrets. When Hum´s feet hit the fire, do you think HRC will remember her?

It´s not an email matter, sweater meat!

It was a criminal dropbox of national secrets offered to those fortunate few who paid the toll at the Clinton Foundation donor´s roll.

"Irregularities" sounds like a nice word from a Sherlock Holmes novel or mishandling of a deposit in the accounting department. Treason and criminal negligence is what we have here on the part of Clinton, Abedin, Obama and the FBI. Why is the witch still out there riding her broom?

I still don´t believe we will ever see Hillary in Jail. It doesn´t matter what they find or what she did or didn´t "intend" to do. I don´t see anyone at the FBI or DOJ who is going to actually prosecute her. Maybe some poor guy like one who set up her Illegal Server in his Bathroom might be the Fall Guy and do Time. But this is never going to affect Hillary!

They are/were hoping to run out the clock on all of this, and at the rate they are going, it may actually happen!

I guess we have to wait for the IG report, but seems Congress has enough evidence of many crimes that we should see some convictions.

FTA.“You have a conference call with Secretary Clinton’s attorneys on March 31, 2015, and on that very same day her emails are deleted by someone who was on that conference call using special BleachBit software,” Grassley said. “The emails were State Department records under subpoena by Congress.

“What did the FBI do to investigate this apparent obstruction?” Grassley asked. “According to affidavits filed in federal court — absolutely nothing. The FBI focused only on the handling of classified information.”

I was always amazed the focus wasnt more on the destruction of those emails. She and her flying monkeys all knew it would be very difficult to prove anything without the actual evidence. And of course if she was the newly elected President, she would skate, like she and her husband had always done.

Last night on one of the FNC, they had on the service member that was convicted of taking a picture on his submarine.. "classified". He admitted he did it, but never intended to do anything wrong or unlawful. Who cares, says our justice system.. he has now lost his home, his retirement, is a felon, cant get a job.... tell me how this is "justice", Hillary? Makes me sick.
