Woman who declared her gun range

New York - A gun rights activist who once dubbed her shooting range a “Muslim Free Zone” has announced her bid for governor of Arkansas. Jan Morgan, a former journalist turned gun range owner, said in a campaign video that she would be challenging the state’s current, Republican governor in the GOP primary in May. Ms Morgan described herself as “a born again Christian, a genetically conservative wife, mother, small business owner [and] certified firearms instructor". “I am committed to fight for you, but I can only do so much from the position of citizen activist,” she said in the video. “If you want me to be your voice, I need a

Wonder what Senator Tom Cotton thinks of this? Will the "real" GOP support her? She sounds like she has the "right" pedigree.

Out-friggin-standing. Nice to see a real tea party activist in the running. Notice what she said about the current governor:

Ms Morgan has been a vocal critic of Mr Hutchinson, who she accused of "campaign[ing] like a conservative Republican but govern[ing] like a liberal Democrat."

Does that sound familiar? Yes, it does. Sounds just like most of the (progressive repubs and the liberal democrap) swamp creatures that are protecting the deep state anti-america, anti-Trumpers today.

The tea party got us the House, the Senate and the Presidency. The swamp and the media are going to do everything they can to undercut her just like they did Roy Moore. I hope and pray that she wins this bid for the governorship despite the new enemy, the ´progressive´, ´elite´ republicrats who obviously hate conservatives.

What´s the argument against a Muslim ban at a private business?
You don´t let in children or drunks because of possible casualties and they haven´t even been given a mission from the Koran.

I understand that this is the candidate whom our current Republican governor fears the most. He whole-sale imported D.C.´s way of doing politics when he took office several years ago.

McDougal said she is "relieved to be able to tell the truth" about her story. McDougal, who alleges she had a sexual relationship with Mr. Trump over 10 months in 2006 and 2007, had sued over the $150,000 contract she had with American Media, Inc., the company that owns The National Enquirer, for keeping her from speaking about it. Dozens of senators sign resolution

Washington - Dozens of Democratic U.S. Senators on Wednesday introduced a resolution calling for Environmental Protection Agency chief Scott Pruitt to resign on allegations of ethics lapses. Those relate to the agency’s purchase of a $43,000 sound booth for his office and spending on travel and security. The resolution was signed by 39 senators in the 100-member Senate, which is controlled by Pruitt’s fellow Republicans. Although Republicans can defeat it, the resolution is symbolically important because it represents the most senators ever to call for a Cabinet member’s ouster in resolution, its sponsors said.

President Trump stands ready to pull the U.S. out of the Iran nuclear deal next month, Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Bob Corker said Wednesday. The Tennessee Republican said there was a chance frantic last-minute negotiations with America’s European allies could produce a “framework” to address Mr. Trump’s longstanding complaints about the deal, but that the president appears fully prepared to walk away if he does not get what he seeks by the May 12 deadline. The 2015 deal, strongly backed by the Obama administration, put new curbs on Iran’s nuclear programs in exchange for lifting a slew of international

President Donald Trump rode into office on the wings, in part, of a promise to clean up the Deep State, drain the swamp and boot from places of influence those who’ve worked behind the scenes to undo America’s greatness, one unconstitutional usurpation at a time. It must be working. How else to explain how nuts the left’s been acting of late? Just look at James Comey and his “A Higher Loyalty” book. In it, he paints Trump as a liar, a mafia-esque leader — a man of small hands, a president who’s brought the the country to “a dangerous time,” to an era “where basic facts are disputed, fundamental truth is questioned, lying is

I first met Barbara Bush in the living room of their Houston home. “What are you doing here?” was her greeting. I explained I was press secretary to her daughter-in-law Laura Bush as part of her son’s campaign to win the Republican presidential nomination. “Well, you better not break anything,” she ordered. Easier said than done. Anyone who’s ever overseen the setup for a network television interview knows it requires much moving of furniture so the interviewer and interviewees face each other in the most awkward, most forced-looking arrangement. As if they are to have a staring contest. Most important, it seems, is that the

So France, feeling the pinch and reeling from its umpteenth terror attack in recent times — a police officer was just killed by a gunman who claimed ties to ISIS — has now announced a new pitch to pacify the radicals of Islam and help integrate them into courteous society. Good luck with that. Islam is a faith that thrives solely on dominating. It’s not exactly compatible with modern, more democratically run societies — never mind with other religions and beliefs. The goal of Islam is not so much to peacefully convert but rather to spread at all costs, by whatever means, and then to establish sharia and bring all into subjugation with its

Freeze-drying dead bodies

A controversial burial method that uses liquid nitrogen to freeze and disintegrate a dead body is being heralded as the future of cremation by its creator. Dubbed “promession,” the process takes place in a custom-built machine – just slot your dead relative’s corpse into the device, and watch as it removes their coffin, freeze-dries the water out of them, and shakes whatever’s left into dust. This powder is then popped in a biodegradable bag (the size of a pack of potatoes) and buried in a shallow grave, and any leftover metals (like tooth fillings) are given back to the family. As BBC Earth Lab notes, liquid nitrogen can cryogenically

Expectant mothers are asking strangers to guess their baby’s sex by posting scan pictures online, in an obscure new internet craze. Traditional medical scans cannot determine whether a baby is male or female until 20 weeks. But some experts think it is possible to predict the foetus’ sex at 12 weeks, by analysing the skull shape and nub area between the legs. Boys predominately have squarer chins, a chunkier skull shape and more pronounced brow ridge, whereas girl’s skulls have a smaller brow ridge and more pointed chins. Babies with a nub – or genital tubercle – angled at greater than 30 degrees are likely to be boys, while girls’ nubs
