Nagging Questions for the Special Counselors …

1) If the FISA Court orders to explore the purported Trump-Russian collusion were predicated on phony Steele/Fusion GPS documents and suppositions that prove largely untrue (Comey himself testified under oath that he could not verify their contents), then are subsequent transcripts of court-approved surveilled conversations somewhat poisoned? And, if so, not permissible to be used in collation with later sworn FBI statements to prove inconsistencies, lying, or obstructing? Would someone like Flynn eventually have grounds to appeal his confession? 2) Given the overwhelming progressive consensus by summer 2016 that Trump was not going to be president and that his likely

One really has to wonder why there are still no solid indictments over this grotesque mess. 2018 had damn well better produce something of substance or this crap is going to only get much worse.

If it is a "Crime" to lie to the ´agents of the people´....then why would it not be criminal for said agents to lie to the people themselves, having derived their just powers from the higher authority, that being the people. (?)

If a true and massive scandal had been uncovered (like Uranium One) and a few add on side cases of process crime tacked on...that would be different.

But when your catch is no bigger than your bait then who´s zoomin´ whom ?

The left seems to thrive on traitorous criminality. First in the person of their mulato so-called president, then in the clearly thieving Clinton, and in this perpetually lying Comey individual.

Stiff as they are in pompous self-regard, do ANY of them perceive the difference between right and wrong?

Everyday somebody comes up with something new to add to the Timeline for the Dossier.

The fellows and gals at Fusion have taken it back to April 2016!

And that´s getting into the 4CHAN territory where some of their regular posters claim to have written up much of the most salacious parts YEARS BEFORE!

Agent Strzok´s involvement in so much of the Dossier development, and his use in questioning Hillary and her ladys in waiting, suggest somebody at DOJ/FBI was a real nutcase ~ this guy seems to have been the top dog in COUNTER INTELLIGENCE!

That´s what HE DID (and doesn´t do anymore of course). But think about it, why would a major actor in Counter Intelligence be involved in questioning people about 30,000 lost emails..... certainly they have staff lawyers and agents who could have handled that.

Was there a broader conspiracy that had Strzok ON THE OTHER SIDE.... and working to keep the lid on what went on in the Clinton State Department?

My questions - isn’t knowingly submitting a fraudulent document as evidence to a court a felony? And if so, why aren’t the people who submitted it under arrest and awaiting their days in court?

You’d think that the members of the FISA court would be outraged that they were duped and used in a Clinton scam and would be demanding that heads roll.

The idea that the rank-and-file FBI is "good" doesn´t stand up when one considers that the "hierarchy" doesn´t operate alone, and not one of the "rank-and-file" seems to have come forward with any information. The FBI operates within its own vacuum. The dirt thickly covers just about every niche of the Hoover Building.

Reply #7 asks the pertinent question, but the answer may well be, "are the judges in the FISA Court as partisan as many other Courts" ?
and yes, if the ´evidence´ was fraudulent, the
folks that entered the evidence should be prosecuted.

This all boils does to one thing, it was not for the love of Hillary, it was all high level people trying to keep their big paying, high profile government jobs...Comey, Rosenstein, McCabe, the agent who interviewed Hillary & Flynn.... With Hillary they had a guaranteed job. The sad part is Trump is keeping all these democrats in the JD. Rosenstein is Session’s boss.

Well if the Obama FBI/DOJ did not use the so-called “dossier” unverified Information as bogus predication in a fraudulent presentation to the FISA court to obtain search warrant(s) to spy on Trump, his campaign, his Administration, and a lot of other Americans, why don’t they just come out an say so?

That they have not should tell you something!

It’s also interesting all the above is now being described by the FBI/DOJ as being outside the preview of the Mueller investigation. Well maybe so, but it definitely would be within the preview of the ongoing DOJ/IG investigation.

We are told that the information contained in the “dossier” was obtained from Russians in Russia and that the FBI has been yet unable to verify it, but may sometime in the future. In that respect Reagan had it right when he said when dealing with the Russians, “trust but verify” must be the watchword for the USA, apparently not with the Obama crew and their bureaucratic apparacheks when it comes to spying on their political opponents. If such political spying is not brought to a screeching halt it will not be long before the USA slides into the ways of the old banana republics.

About two years ago, I moved to San Francisco from Manhattan in order to pursue a position in economic research at the Hoover Institution. My only interaction with California had been limited to a week in the Piedmont-area of Oakland, California during my junior year of college. Over the course of that first visit, I experienced the “quintessential” San Francisco that characterizes most people’s expectations of the city. She bragged of winning “diverse, dynamic” coastal states while accusing Trump supporters of “looking backwards,” opposing rights for blacks and women and hampering Indian-American success. Hmm: As National Review’s Jim Geraghty noted, two red states she lost have elected Indian-American governors: Louisiana’s Bobby Jindal and South Carolina’s Nikki Haley. Worse, she claimed many women only voted for Trump because of “ongoing pressure to vote the way that your husband, your boss, your son, whoever, believes you should.” Ouch. “She’s annoying me.
