overwhelmingly´ against Trump in 2020

Former Democratic National Committee (DNC) chairman Ed Rendell says if former Vice President Joe Biden runs against President Trump in 2020 he would "win overwhelmingly." In an interview with New York´s AM 970 radio host John Catsimatidis, Rendell said Biden is the Democrats´ "superstar" and has a real chance of winning in 2020. "There´s only one person I can say who will definitely win the election and has a superstar appeal in almost every state in the union, and that´s Vice President Biden," Rendell said. "Of course, people say he´s too old. But he´s only a year and a half

Rendell wants to make Biden a 3 time loser?

If Biden is the Democrats "Superstar", the DNC is in far worse shape than I ever imagined.

The Democrats have nothing on the bench except for the old-timers. They need someone who is new. They need new ideas. They are the party of nil ideas. No solutions. They can´t run on anti-Trump rhetoric. 2018 will be the demise of the current Democrat leadership. When they lose this November they´ll be a need for a change for 2020.

Joe had two brain aneurysms in 1988, one on each side of the brain.(that, in itself, is unusual.)Both aneurysms were surgically repaired, a fact ignored by the media.
His odd, goofy behavior is mostly a result of what will turn out to be organic brain disease/disorder.
Saying that he is in better shape than the president is absurd.

They could run a cardboard cutout of Yogi the Bear against Jesus Himself, and a (D) behind Yogi´s name would give him 40% of the vote. It´s getting those last few percentage points needed to win that is the challenge.

Joe Biden isn´t what they need to get those points. If they´re going to run someone old, the candidate has to at least act youthful, full of energy and ideas.

"Immature", which fits Biden, is not the same as "youthful".

Biden lacks the air of excitement that our mega star achiever president already has me addicted to. I am so laughing at the liberals who will not do the White house respect thing so the Trumps are free to live the way they are accustomed to at Mar-a-Lago as we see by the New Years Eve party.

How lucky they are that some noisy liberal vows not to attend something so they don´t have to hold it?

The days of adulation of actors and athletes are waning and new heroes are coming to the fore?

Rendell whistling in the dark as America rises to our new challenges? Works for me.

Let me update this a bit.

Joe Biden has had brain surgery THREE TIMES, all unsuccessful.

He continues to exhibit the same old symptoms, and his son died, in fact, from an hereditary brain tissue problem ~ just like Joe´s ~

All that happened in the surgery was the repair of some minor aneurisms but they weren´t the real problem.

Even the Democrats aren´t crazy enough to nominate an elderly brain damaged sex pervert........

..... Oh! I´ve been corrected. This would the the SECOND TIME in just this century.

It’s billions of dollars over budget and seven years behind schedule, and appears to have no plausible way of living up to its goal of getting riders across the state in three hours or less. Welcome to what’s arguably the nation’s largest infrastructure project and California’s biggest boondoggle. The highly hyped bullet train has been a challenge from the start. No one thought it would be technically, financially and politically easy, but the way the project has been mishandled has some Californians fed up and demanding answers. The warning signs for the toy industry started last year when “Cars 3” -- considered a surefire success -- proved lackluster for licensees like Mattel Inc. Now, toymakers’ big bets on movie tie-ins look downright bleak. Playthings based on the “Star Wars” saga -- the franchise that kicked off the whole phenomenon four decades ago -- were down in 2017 despite a new film, “Star Wars: The Last Jedi,” in December during the all-important holiday-shopping season. Call it “Star Wars” burnout, or better yet “movie fatigue,” said Gerrick Johnson, an analyst for BMO Capital Markets. Hollywood and toymakers have fixated

Senate Democratic Leader Charles Schumer’s (N.Y.) efforts to unify Democrats and prevent a shutdown are complicated by lawmakers with presidential hopes who are pushing for a hard-line stance against any short-term spending measure that doesn’t protect certain young immigrants from deportation. Senate Democrats such as Cory Booker of New Jersey, Kirsten Gillibrand of New York and Kamala Harris of California have signaled they will not support a short-term spending bill that leaves the fate of these immigrants, often called Dreamers, up in the air. All three potential presidential candidates, along with two others, Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and Bernie Sanders

MOSCOW — Even thermometers can´t keep up with the plunging temperatures in Russia´s remote Yakutia region, which hit minus 67 degrees Celsius (minus 88.6 degrees Fahrenheit) in some areas Tuesday. In Yakutia — a region of 1 million people about 3,300 miles (5,300 kilometers) east of Moscow — students routinely go to school even in minus 40 degrees. But school was canceled Tuesday throughout the region and police ordered parents to keep their children inside. In the village of Oymyakon, one of the coldest inhabited places on earth, state-owned Russian television showed the mercury falling to the bottom of a

This therapy session between NBA officials and players at All-Star weekend can’t come soon enough. As USA TODAY Sports reported last week, the sustained tension between the league’s referees and so many of its players has become such a concern that they will have a meeting in Los Angeles next month. Saturday night brought more flare-ups, as the Toronto Raptors were incensed at late calls in their loss against the Golden State Warriors. Raptors star DeMar DeRozan said it felt like they were playing “five on eight,” a comment that will likely bring a fine from the league. The Dallas Mavericks’

ATLANTA — They had gathered to commemorate Martin Luther King Jr., but many of those who delivered speeches on the national holiday created to honor the slain civil rights leaders focused their remarks on another man: President Donald Trump. (Snip) Trump has denied saying "anything derogatory" about Haitians, and said he did not use the vulgar language that has been reported. And his weekly address to the nation, released Monday, was dedicated to King. How illegal immigrant Dreamers amassed

Democrats called it the Trump shutdown. Republicans labeled it the Schumer shutdown. But in reality, it was the Dreamer shutdown. The recipe for the current congressional gridlock is complex, but at the top of the list of ingredients are the illegal immigrant Dreamers who pushed Democrats to launch the filibuster that sent the government careening into a partial shutdown. It’s a stunning display of political leverage for a group that, at most, numbers several million, can’t vote now, and even under the most generous proposals wouldn’t be able to cast ballots for another decade. Yet they have amassed an extraordinary amount of

It´s no secret that Mitt Romney is, in all likelihood, going to run for a Senate seat in Utah. What´s less clear, however, is why the man who was the 2012 Republican presidential nominee and is now retired and occupying an elder-statesman role in a party torn into warring factions would want to serve as a junior senator. Once elected, Romney would find himself embroiled in day-to-day congressional fights and less free to voice his criticisms of the White House, while losing some of the deference he´s been shown by members of his own party. But listen to any number of Republicans and

Malia Obama, who is studying at Harvard University, has boyfriend! But some black people on Twitter have questioned her choice in men, because Malia´s new homey, Rory Farquharson, is white. (5 tweets) This racism on the part of some in the black community, who are bruddas and sistas to us all, is very sad. Most white people want us to grow together as a community. I just wish everyone of all races felt the same way. Questions for discussion: After years of Obama´s race baiting, President Trump is the first "post-racial" president to follow him. Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” Speaker of the House Paul Ryan (R-WI) questioned President Donald Trump’s new campaign ad saying Democrats “will be complicit in every murder committed by illegal immigrants” if they continued the shutdown. Ryan said, “They are certainly not helping us keep the government open. They are certainly not helping us get to a solution on immigration. When you shut down the government you stop negotiating on immigration reform. They’re complicity with not getting things done.” He added, “I’m not going to comment. I just saw that. I don’t know if that’s necessarily productive. It’s no

The Daily Caller journalist Chuck Ross has some extremely interesting information released today surrounding former top FBI Counterintelligence Agent Peter Strzok and DOJ/FBI liaison attorney Lisa Page which includes a disclosure by top FBI officials that text messages between Strzok and Page have gone missing. (Snip) According to information relayed to Senator Ron Johnson, the period of time the FBI has “lost” is from December 14th, 2016 to May 17th, 2017, the exact day that Special Counsel Robert Mueller was assigned to lead the Russia collusion probe. As CTH has previously outlined the same “small group” inside the DOJ and FBI,

Investigators in both House and Senate were stunned late Friday when, receiving a batch of newly-released texts between FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, they also received notice from the bureau that the FBI "failed to preserve" Strzok-Page messages from December 14, 2016 through May 17, 2017. Given the amount of texting that went on between Strzok and Page, who were having an extramarital affair, that probably meant thousands of missing documents. A number of critical events in the Trump-Russia affair occurred between December 2016 and May 2017, including: Conversations between Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn and Russian ambassador Sergey

Question: Do you think Donald Trump spends more time thinking about Hillary Clinton than Hillary Clinton spends thinking about Donald Trump? Sure does seem like it. The other day, President Trump was discussing Russia at a press conference with the prime minister of Norway, when he suddenly announced that Clinton “was not for a strong military and Hillary, my opponent, was for windmills, and she was for other types of energy that don’t have the same capacities at this moment certainly.” Yeah, it didn’t make any sense. Appearing on CNN, he tried to justify keep the 4 page memo that reportedly exposes the individuals who acted as part of a cabal to undermine the Trump campaign with help from NSA spying, and then pushed the “Russia collusion” conspiracy theory as part of the “insurance policy.” Americans are too ignorant, you see. WASHINGTON – Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) called the government shutdown a “manufactured crisis” created by Democrats who want a permanent Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) fix, which he referred to as a “non-emergency” issue that does not belong in the short-term spending bill to continue federal government operations. “The one non-emergency issue our friends on the other side of the aisle are trying to shoehorn into this discussion doesn’t reach that status of emergency until March. This is pure folly. The American people know so, that´s why in a recent survey a majority said keeping the government open

Just this week, the California High-Speed Rail Authority, the organization charged with overseeing
