Former Democratic National Committee (DNC) chairman Ed Rendell says if former Vice President Joe Biden runs against President Trump in 2020 he would "win overwhelmingly." In an interview with New York´s AM 970 radio host John Catsimatidis, Rendell said Biden is the Democrats´ "superstar" and has a real chance of winning in 2020. "There´s only one person I can say who will definitely win the election and has a superstar appeal in almost every state in the union, and that´s Vice President Biden," Rendell said. "Of course, people say he´s too old. But he´s only a year and a half

Rendell wants to make Biden a 3 time loser?

If Biden is the Democrats "Superstar", the DNC is in far worse shape than I ever imagined.

The Democrats have nothing on the bench except for the old-timers. They need someone who is new. They need new ideas. They are the party of nil ideas. No solutions. They can´t run on anti-Trump rhetoric. 2018 will be the demise of the current Democrat leadership. When they lose this November they´ll be a need for a change for 2020.

Joe had two brain aneurysms in 1988, one on each side of the brain.(that, in itself, is unusual.)Both aneurysms were surgically repaired, a fact ignored by the media.
His odd, goofy behavior is mostly a result of what will turn out to be organic brain disease/disorder.
Saying that he is in better shape than the president is absurd.

They could run a cardboard cutout of Yogi the Bear against Jesus Himself, and a (D) behind Yogi´s name would give him 40% of the vote. It´s getting those last few percentage points needed to win that is the challenge.

Joe Biden isn´t what they need to get those points. If they´re going to run someone old, the candidate has to at least act youthful, full of energy and ideas.

"Immature", which fits Biden, is not the same as "youthful".

Biden lacks the air of excitement that our mega star achiever president already has me addicted to. I am so laughing at the liberals who will not do the White house respect thing so the Trumps are free to live the way they are accustomed to at Mar-a-Lago as we see by the New Years Eve party.

How lucky they are that some noisy liberal vows not to attend something so they don´t have to hold it?

The days of adulation of actors and athletes are waning and new heroes are coming to the fore?

Rendell whistling in the dark as America rises to our new challenges? Works for me.

Joe Biden has had brain surgery THREE TIMES, all unsuccessful.

He continues to exhibit the same old symptoms, and his son died, in fact, from an hereditary brain tissue problem ~ just like Joe´s ~

All that happened in the surgery was the repair of some minor aneurisms but they weren´t the real problem.

Even the Democrats aren´t crazy enough to nominate an elderly brain damaged sex pervert........

Senate Democratic Leader Charles Schumer’s (N.Y.) efforts to unify Democrats and prevent a shutdown are complicated by lawmakers with presidential hopes who are pushing for a hard-line stance against any short-term spending measure that doesn’t protect certain young immigrants from deportation. Senate Democrats such as Cory Booker of New Jersey, Kirsten Gillibrand of New York and Kamala Harris of California have signaled they will not support a short-term spending bill that leaves the fate of these immigrants, often called Dreamers, up in the air. This therapy session between NBA officials and players at All-Star weekend can’t come soon enough. As USA TODAY Sports reported last week, the sustained tension between the league’s referees and so many of its players has become such a concern that they will have a meeting in Los Angeles next month. Saturday night brought more flare-ups, as the Toronto Raptors were incensed at late calls in their loss against the Golden State Warriors. Raptors star DeMar DeRozan said it felt like they were playing “five on eight,” a comment that will likely bring a fine from the league. The Dallas Mavericks’

A 6-year-old Florida boy fighting rabies has died, his father said Sunday. Ryker Roque was being kept under anesthesia in an Orlando hospital in a desperate bid to save him from the deadliest virus there is. (Snip) "(I) found a bat, put it in a little bucket, put it on the porch and I had asked my son, ´don´t touch it under any circumstances´," Roque told NBC News. "So, apparently he put his hand in there and touched it and he said it only scratched him, so I frantically googled it real quick and it says to wash his hands

Guess which state has the highest poverty rate in the country? Not Mississippi, New Mexico, or West Virginia, but California, where nearly one out of five residents is poor. That’s according to the Census Bureau’s Supplemental Poverty Measure, which factors in the cost of housing, food, utilities and clothing, and which includes noncash government assistance as a form of income. Given robust job growth and the prosperity generated by several industries, it’s worth asking why California has fallen behind, especially when the state’s per-capita GDP increased approximately twice as much as the U.S. average over the five years ending in

JOHANNESBURG – Members of a South African opposition party stormed into some H&M stores across the country on Saturday to protest a promotional image of a black child wearing a sweatshirt with the words “Coolest monkey in the jungle.” Local media reports said the Economic Freedom Fighters urged shopping malls to evict the Swedish clothing retailer, which has apologized after an outcry in other countries. People have called the image racist and inappropriate. Television footage showed clothing in one of the South African stores scattered everywhere. H&M in South Africa says it had removed the sweatshirt from sale.

NBC plans to televise any players who refuse to stand for “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the Super Bowl, but there may be nothing to show. It appears that NFL players are no longer taking a knee during the national anthem, namely because none of the teams with still-active protesters has qualified for the postseason. By the end of the regular season, only five teams featured at least one player regularly sitting or kneeling on the sidelines for the anthem: the Seattle Seahawks, the San Francisco 49ers, the Miami Dolphins, the New York Giants and the Oakland Raiders. None of those franchises made the

Schumer said Trump’s comments “over and over and over again can be described as nothing but racist and obnoxious. He says he’s not a racist. Well, … I have a challenge for Donald Trump. Okay, actions speak louder than words, if you want to begin, just begin that long road back to proving you’re not a racist, you’re not bigoted, support the bipartisan compromise that three Republicans and

Mitt Romney took a swipe at Donald Trump on Monday, condemning the crude comments the president was said to have made about Haiti and African countries -- calling them “inconsistent (with) America’s history and antithetical to American values” with a reference to Martin Luther King, Jr. The poverty of an aspiring immigrant’s nation of origin is as irrelevant as their race,” Romney tweeted. “The sentiment attributed to POTUS is inconsistent w/America’s history and antithetical to American values. May our memory of Dr. King buoy our hope for unity, greatness, & ‘charity for all.’”

This Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the NAACP wants man-made global warming to be seen as a civil rights issue, arguing King’s vision of a society free of racial injustice can’t be achieved without addressing warming. “We see climate change as a civil rights issue,” Jacqueline Patterson, head of the NAACP’s environmental and climate justice program, said in an online radio spot for the Yale Center for Environmental Connection. Environmental activists have been increasingly framing global warming as a matter of “environmental justice,” since “minority and low-income populations are disproportionately affected by global warming,” Patterson told Yale’s online radio Climate

Ever since Donald Trump entered the political arena, his intelligence has been viciously attacked and his supporters have been labeled as moronic deplorables. In a recent Trump tweet, the president responded to the most recent attack by saying he is a stable genius. The mainstream media never bothered checking evidence of Obama´s intelligence before one historian declared him "the smartest man with the highest IQ ever to be elected to the presidency", even though his academic records were sealed. What these attacks do prove is who the real brains are and who are the dummies: Alan Dershowitz may be for real

From his perch in the Ohio governor’s mansion, Republican John Kasich is keeping a keen eye on President Trump’s every move and showing a willingness — some say eagerness — to hurl rotten tomatoes toward the leader of his party when he gets upset with the act.He has become a go-to anti-Trump source for the media and often doesn’t even wait for the press to call. Instead, he leaps in to pile on after presidential missteps. While insisting he wants Mr. Trump to succeed, Mr. Kasich has pointedly refused to rule out mounting a primary challenge against the president in 2020.

TRENTON, N.J. — Days before his inauguration as New Jersey’s 56th governor, Phil Murphy had Hollywood on his mind.
