Al Franken Still Hasn’t Said
When He’s Actually Resigning

Daily Caller, by Peter Hasson

Franken announced last Thursday that he would be resigning “in the coming weeks” after eight different women accused him of groping or forcibly kissing them. “The timing of Franken’s resignation remains unclear, as is his motive in delaying it,” New York Magazine’s Ed Kilgore noted at the time. Franken has yet to offer any more specificity about when he’s going to follow through in resigning. Franken’s office did not return multiple requests for comment on the subject. Franken begrudgingly offered his resignation after 35 Democratic senators called on him to do so, three weeks after he was first accused

Hes just waiting to see if Judge Moore wins. If Moore wins, he is not stepping down. If the dem wins he is. Thats the dem strategy. After all, he hasn´t actually admitted to what he has been accused of. He has an excuse for every single allegation - proof or no proof, doesn´t matter. So we will find out tonight or tomorrow.

I see no reason for him to resign (or even comment on) his mild sexual indiscretions.

Vastly more important, he is disgusting human being who has put his intellect to work to profit from the destruction of Western civilization.

For this reason, I hope he exiles himself from the planet quite soon.

His little performance whine was just what some of you so aptly call Barbara Streisand.

I agree with #3. It’s all about the Democrats now moving on to old sexual abuse charges that cannot be proven or disproved in another attempt to remove President Trump from office. The bogus Democrat generated “collusion” investigation against Trump is going down the tubes and this is all the Democrats have.

Why would he resign? He was washed up as a comedian, has no talent, and probably cannot find a job. As a democrat senator he gets $160000 or more a year, all the kickbacks he can elicit, interns to harass, office allowance, good medical care, and all sorts of other perks we don´t know about.
Who would give that up?

If anyone believes that the Democrats or liberals are trying to clean up their swamp, I have a bridge to sell you.

This is not about abstinence or purity, it is about getting even. Democrats or liberals are sore losers. This is about looking under every leaf of a Republican or conservative.

This smells of Obama´s campaign in Illinois with Mark Kirk. Look at Mark Kirk´s divorce papers and he loses or resigns. Don´t remember.

No more Clintons, no more Obamas, and no more Bushes. The ruling elite are not going to take over. Al Franken thinks he is part of the ruling elite. I have no idea if he will resign.

Liberalism - don´t you love it? Not. Liberals embrace the "anything goes" mentality but conservatives are hanged by it.

The democrats are in ´sniffing distance´ of a majority in the senate. Franken isn´t going anywhere. The problem is he´s a roadblock for sexual accusations if he remains. If their house is ´dirty´ how can the accuse the President of the same thing. A bit of a problem because power is in their grasp to block President Trumps agenda and Schumer smells the bright lights of the cameras for majority leader.

MOSCOW — Even thermometers can´t keep up with the plunging temperatures in Russia´s remote Yakutia region, which hit minus 67 degrees Celsius (minus 88.6 degrees Fahrenheit) in some areas Tuesday. This therapy session between NBA officials and players at All-Star weekend can’t come soon enough. As USA TODAY Sports reported last week, the sustained tension between the league’s referees and so many of its players has become such a concern that they will have a meeting in Los Angeles next month. Saturday night brought more flare-ups, as the Toronto Raptors were incensed at late calls in their loss against the Golden State Warriors. Guess which state has the highest poverty rate in the country? Not Mississippi, New Mexico, or West Virginia, but California, where nearly one out of five residents is poor. That’s according to the Census Bureau’s Supplemental Poverty Measure, which factors in the cost of housing, food, utilities and clothing, and which includes noncash government assistance as a form of income. Given robust job growth and the prosperity generated by several industries, it’s worth asking why California has fallen behind, especially when the state’s per-capita GDP increased approximately twice as much as the U.S. average over the five years ending in

In a recent Trump tweet, the president responded to the most recent attack by saying he is a stable genius. The mainstream media never bothered checking evidence of Obama´s intelligence before one historian declared him "the smartest man with the highest IQ ever to be elected to the presidency", even though his academic records were sealed. What these attacks do prove is who the real brains are and who are the dummies: Alan Dershowitz may be for real

From his perch in the Ohio governor’s mansion, Republican John Kasich is keeping a keen eye on President Trump’s every move and showing a willingness — some say eagerness — to hurl rotten tomatoes toward the leader of his party when he gets upset with the act.He has become a go-to anti-Trump source for the media and often doesn’t even wait for the press to call. Instead, he leaps in to pile on after presidential missteps. While insisting he wants Mr. Trump to succeed, Mr. Kasich has pointedly refused to rule out mounting a primary challenge against the president in 2020.

(Snip) Murphy is ready to end his obscurity. On Tuesday, when he is sworn in, New Jersey will become one of just eight states where Democrats run every branch of government. If Murphy has his way, New Jersey will become a proving ground for every liberal policy

Frederica Wilson added her name to a growing list of Democratic lawmakers who say they are fed up with President Trump and will boycott his State of the Union address at the end of the month. (snip) “For the first time since I began serving in the U.S. House of Representatives, I will not be attending the president’s State of the Union address,” Wilson said in a statement late Sunday. “I have no doubts that instead of delivering a message of inclusivity and an agenda that benefits all Americans, President Trump’s address will be full of innuendo, empty
