It´s Time for Congress to
Pass the ´John McCain Rule´

A year after the election and the Democrats, the media, establishment Republicans are still apoplectic over the inauguration of President Donald Trump. It’s obvious they hate him. When did the media stop looking at Donald Trump as an entertainment figure and begin to loathe him? True, bat-guano, off-the-charts loathing. The answer, of course, is when Donald Trump challenged President Obama to produce a birth certificate. Even today, few things get a liberal Democrat or the media more riled up than questioning President Obama’s qualifications to be president.

I never considered the possibility of John McCain taking Obama to court over his eligibility to be President.

The best part (and worst part because McCain did not do it) is that John McCain could have made the argument that he was taking this to court in order to get the issue clearly resolved.

I´m guessing a majority of Trump Voters don´t believe Obama was born here (or in Hawaii). After seeing how corrupt his administration was, especially how he went after Trump before he was elected by illegal surveillance, it speaks to the fact that nothing was beneath him! Someone funded his college, rise to being a presidential candidate and also called the shots while he was president. My guess is it was Soros!

FTA "The manufactured “Russian dossier” on Donald Trump is simply a little “payback” for questioning President Obama’s legitimacy. The Left will never give up, they will crawl over broken glass and will not rest until they unseat President Trump."

The deep state began planning to get of Trump from the moment he won the Republican nomination. They thought Hillary was going to win but they wanted to send a message to outsiders not to attempt a run for President or they could end up like Trump. All that has been going on was a trap that AG Sessions ignorantly walked right into it.

A dual national is not a “natural born citizen” under Article II of the U.S. Constitution, thus Obama was never eligible to run for President.

Obama did not just have a "split allegiance," with one American and one foreign parent, he was raised and influenced by people who were radical communists with gay sexual perversions, such as Frank Marshall.

He is completely undocumented. His birth certificate was a forgery, and we have never been allowed to see any of his other records. The left attacks anyone who questions his legitimacy because they know there isn´t any.

Democrats know that Obama was not qualified to be President. They didn´t care. They wanted a black man for the office because it was a shoo-in for the times. Democrat party leaders don´t care about the Constitution, and most lay democrats looked the other way, because they wanted to win.

History will eventually get it right and the democrat party will suffer a long time for what they have become.

IIRC Zippy may or may not be was a dual citizen by todays´ law he would have been. Note - his mother was only 17 or 18 when he was born. I had read that since she was underage - the immigration law at that time stated she was ´too young´ to confer citizenship upon her child. Thus Zippy wasonly a British citizen -if indeed Obama Sr. is his father - and I suspect that he is - tho´ I doubt they ever lived together etc. Apparently his Mom was in Seattle at college soon after he was born. Oh, but wait there is more! Zippy was also adopted by her first husband and automatically became a citizen of Indonesia. And when she sent him back to Hawaii at age 10 - she never filled out the correct forms to ´restore´ US citizenship or to make him a US citizen. So yeah - the bum is ´illegitement´ in more ways than one.

I think the author is brilliant. While everyone was chasing their tail on a questionable birth certificate, the crux of his article is that the 2008 election was about the very topic in Jill Pryor´s article.

Then imagine Bill Ayers and BHO in the Ayers´ kitchen. Bill tell BHO he should run for POTUS. BHO says I can´t, I´m not a NBC. Bill says, "Well according to this article by Jill Pryor your situation hasn´t been tested in court. It´s not law until the courts says it´s a law. All you have to do is prevent your opposition from taking you to court and you might be POTUS."

And then there´s this little tidbit--BHO made Jill Pryor a federal judge in 2012.

While the media had everyone looking at BCs the real challenge was from the courts.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders was vocal on Twitter Sunday, issuing biting criticism of former President Barack Obama. In Sanders’ typically blunt vernacular, she claimed that President Obama did not deserve any credit for the apparent improvement in the economy. However, while the economy is doing well and Trump largely deserves praise, Americans would be wise to pay attention the labor force participation rate. (Snip) Indeed, many critics were worried that the economy would fail miserably under President Trump. Liberal New York Times columnist Paul Krugman predicted economic ruin with no end in sight under the new president.

Brown University decided to change its graduate program´s application process. The change would allow potential students to ´self-identify´ as a person of color, The College Fix reported. Apparently, the university decided to make the change after faculty complained that international and Asian American students weren´t being "treated as members of historically underrepresented groups." Because of the lack of recognition, some students were missing out on invitations to multicultural events. This policy is said to help the university reach its goal of doubling historically underrepresented groups by 2022, the Brown Daily Herald reported.

The educational achievement of white youngsters is nothing to write home about, but that achieved by blacks is nothing less than disgraceful. Let´s look at a recent example of an educational outcome all too common. In 2016, in 13 of Baltimore´s 39 high schools, not a single student scored proficient on the state´s mathematics exam. In six other high schools, only one percent tested proficient in math. In raw numbers, 3,804 Baltimore students took the state´s math test, and 14 tested proficient. Citywide, only 15 percent of Baltimore students passed the state´s English test.

Maxine Waters (D-CA) has rebranded herself in the Trump Era as a strong public servant standing up to the corrupt, demagogic president. Repeatedly, she has harangued the president during speeches that range from AIDS fundraisers to LGBT Gala award dinners. Today in Michigan, Waters led a raucous chorus at a women’s rally, chanting “Impeach 45! Impeach 45!” But, people would be wise to remember that her career is one of corruption and failure. Rep. Waters has passed just three bills in her 27 years in Congress. That means on average, Waters produces something noteworthy for constituents every 9 years.

At the Ali Forney Center gala in New York City, Waters jumped right into the liberal audience’s applause by making the off putting, only a mere four months after multiple Republican members of Congress were gunned down by a democrat mad-man who actually wanted to take them out.

There is an article each week about some left-wing professor spouting some nonsensical theory that denigrates American society, portraying a dystopian nightmare filled with a white patriarchal system of oppression, hell bent on terrorizing women, minorities, and anything else non-white male. Townhall has written multiple articles about such professors. One reader asked why is it that we highlight these stories. In other words, “Who cares? We don’t attend these colleges, so why should we be concerned with what a crackpot professor says?” But, these stories are important to highlight because they show a larger problem within our society.
