Paul Ryan orders mandatory anti-sexual
harassment training for entire House

Washington Times, by Stephen Dinan

Original Article

Posted By:LittleHoodedMonk, 11/14/2017 5:20:30 PM

House Speaker Paul D. Ryan said Tuesday that the entire U.S. House will now face mandatory training to avoid sexual harassment and discrimination, moving to address the growing national scandal over behavior ranging from the boorish to the criminal. His comments came hours after a House committee held a hearing on harassment. Mr. Ryan said the House will now have a policy of mandatory training for every lawmaker and every staffer. “Our goal is not only to raise awareness, but also make abundantly clear that harassment in any form has no place in this institution,” he said.

Comments:
How the worm turns. After forcing this on US at our workplaces decades ago, NOW the children on the Hill will take their turn at it. Really? What took you so long?

Yeah, that´ll help. (Horse is already out of the barn.... or some time, boys.) Is this the first time that the members have heard of sexual harassment? Too bad Teddy Kennedy is not available for training.

I have been through sexual-harassment training at least three times in my career. It amazes every time that some of my co-workers, 30- and 40-somethings, who should know better have lost their jobs for inappropriate conduct.

Ryan could hire Bill Clinton and let him teach what NOT to do if Ryan wants House members to avoid engaging in sexual harassment. It would definitely be hands-on learning! Put a film and an online quiz with it, and you would have "BLENDED" learning. Ah diversity!

Too little, too late, Ryan!

This latest arrest could revoke Rodman’s three-year probation and force him to serve prison time, TMZ reports. Rodman was reportedly cooperative with police.
