Drip, drip: Bill Clinton’s reckoning nears

Another thought-leading progressive publication has connected the dots, and realized that Bill Clinton cannot be allowed to skate on his abuse of women. In The Atlantic, Caitlin Flanagan writes a political history of the feminist movement and Bill Clinton’s sexual predation. The sub-headline says it all: Feminists saved the 42nd president of the United States in the 1990s. They were on the wrong side of history; is it finally time to make things right? (snip) The feminist wing of the progressives is on its way toward applying the new standards to Bill and eventually his enabler, Hillary. It will take a

Above all, murder, rape, is the treasonous sellout of our country for campaign funds and personal gain. Not just once mind you but the Clintons are serial offenders.

I really don´t understand why the ´rats are so upset about the allegations against Judge Moore. They idolize bill clinton, a man credibly accused of molesting and raping a dozen or more young women and they gave another convicted rapist and pedophile, Roman Polansky, a standing ovation at the Oscars a few years ago.
I would guess that Judge Moore´s one mistake was not to run as a democrat. He would have won in a landslide.

Lifson is usually dead-on correct, but I believe wishful thinking has gotten the better of him here. Feminists don´t care about sexual predation, except as a political tool to be selectively used against their ideological opponents.

What they care about is abortion, pure and simple - on demand, retroactive, mandatory, you name it. The more the better, please!

If Bubba ever has a day of reckoning it will be in spite of the feminists´ best all-out efforts to protect him. Don´t look for that day to come in this life.

The PC, ´feminists(D!!!),´ the press, LV and Hollywood excused Bill Clinton(D!!!) back at the time and the world changed in an ugly denial, ...until now. He can run, and he has for a long time, but now times have changed for both Clintons(D!!!) and neither can, ´hide,´ any longer. Their shield has dropped them. The ensuing beltway political circus may not hold them accountable but public opinion reflects acknowledgment of what they are all about. Even some dems seem no longer in denial.

Character still counts. The dem party has basically ignored that reality since the ´60s.

Friendship is a beautiful thing, and it´s really good to know that Robert Mueller, Comey, Brennan, and Clapper have known each other for many years. They´re loyal friends. Mueller is a former top FBI dude, who helped to clear Bill Clinton after that impeachment mess, and like Mr. Comey, he did his very best. Clapper was the single most powerful man in the "intelligence" "community," a centralized directorate (as the Soviets used to call it), which was George W. Bush´s principal response to 9/11/01. The irony. So rich it could give you gout. At a fundraiser on September 9, 2016, Hillary Clinton made a soul-baring gaffe. With uncharacteristic candor, she stated that half of all Trump supporters are a "basket of deplorables," that they´re "irredeemable," as well as "racist, sexist homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic – you name it." Naturally, with her epic lack of self-awareness (see What Happened book tour, 2017) and a blind spot about herself that rivals a covered wagon´s, she said this adjacent to a banner pimping her slogan, "Stronger Together." Because Hillary Clinton is all about the unifying. I checked. Page 1 of How to

That sinking feeling Al Franken is experiencing is the realization that his career is now a pawn in the fanatical efforts of Democrats to get President Trump out of office. The Democrats would not lose his seat, since Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton can be expected to appoint a Democrat to serve out his term. Franken is not well liked for reasons that should be self-evident: he is as big a jerk in regular life as the infamous picture of him and Ms. Tweeden on the C17 would seem to indicate. Budding Hollywood actresses do not have to rely on semi-naked fat dudes in expensive hotels for acting tips. Not anymore. Real-life examples of real-life emotions such as despair, abandonment, anguish, and betrayal are easy to find if you know where to look – e.g., local stories of black-on-white violence. Let´s start with some backstory in Chicago. During last year´s election for the Chicago version of district attorney, Kim Foxx was not hiding anything. It is worth noting that when he went overseas as a USO performer accompanied by Leann Tweeden in December 2006, Al Franken was not professionally identified as a “comedian” – as virtually every current media account has branded him. He was preparing for a run for political office by conducting the flagship program for Air America, the vanguard of the Left’s plan to deprive conservatives of their talk radio dominance. Something metaphorically like that sort of pitch has come AG Jeff Sessions’s way, thanks to a Department of Justice Inspector General’s Report.
