Senate GOP campaign chair:
Moore should be expelled if elected

Politico, by Seung Min Kim

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 11/13/2017 3:43:24 PM

Sen. Cory Gardner, the chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, said the Senate should vote to expel Roy Moore if the Alabama GOP Senate candidate wins the Dec. 12 election. "I believe the individuals speaking out against Roy Moore spoke with courage and truth, proving he is unfit to serve in the United States Senate and he should not run for office," Gardner wrote in a statement. "If he refuses to withdraw and wins, the Senate should vote to expel him, because he does not meet the ethical and moral requirements of the United States Senate." ORIGINAL STORY: Senate

Comments:
I note that the Republicans have moved faster than I have ever seen them move, while Democrats never uttered a word about Mendendez and his criminal charges. They really amaze me how quickly they can move when necessary yet all the things Trump wants done are virtually ignored. I despise those RINOs more each and every day. What would the people of Alabama think about those in Washington invalidating their votes if he is elected and they do this?

Judge Moore needs to take these ladies to court. If the democrats and the establishment gets away with this, then they will use the same allegations against any conservative running for office. It will not stop.

You can thank Mitch McConnell. If he backed Judge Moore this would go away. If I remember correctly, the same thing happened to President Trump.

Then voters will vote to expelled all those who voted to expell Roy. You wanna fight? Fights on. They have declared war on Conservatives and guess what, we will win win win and win bigly. The Progressive Rinos have turned the party into a truckload of cow manure. Time to make the GOP great again and save the country from total destruction by these enemies within. Let’s do this thing.

Notice how the leftards realized after several days that their false claims from 38 years ago didn´t catch fire, especially when the so-called 14 y.o.´s mom torpedoed her story, and 14 was legal age in AL back then - so they dig up someone to claim an actual assault took place. Doubling-down on their attack. Still no proof.

Democratic Senator Menendez is on trial for corruption. Part of his wrongdoing was having sex with underage hookers, the facts of which were seen by multiple people, including a pilot.

Have any of these clods demanded his expulsion?

This could actually give Alabamians reason to vote for Roy Moore and keep both RINO Luther Strange and Democrat Doug Jones out of the seat!

The new standard in the RINO party: guilty of all charges. No proof required. This is the Ted Kennedy playbook, when he went after Judge Bork. Lie, slander, accuse. It was the playbook used on of Justice Thomas. It is always the playbook of the left. "It is the seriousness of the charge."
Remember the secret flight of SR-71 to Iran carrying VP Elect Bush? Never happened, but it HAD to be investigated.
Remember that Romney did not pay his taxes (false, but Sen Reid knew that story was true).
Remember Dubya evading the draft (Microsoft Word document written before there was a Macintosh computer) (Dan Rather)?
Judge Moore is guilty of 1) being conservative; 2) being in favor of the U S Constitution; 3) not being a RINO; 4) not wanting to go along to get along; 5) being a Christian; 6) being popular in his home State. Just to name a few bullet points.
Time after time the football of Lucy (from Peanuts) has been put down in front of the Pubbies, and they have whiffed.
It is the obverse of the Dem playbook: deny, deny, deny.
Any stale assertion of sexual misconduct would have to be thoroughly proved, by documents, photographs, contemporaneous witness testimonies, and other evidence from that time and place. There is no such proof.
All we have here is a smear job.
I was afraid that McYertle was a Dem. Now I know.

Isn´t it interesting that the GOPe runs against their party´s conservative primary winners rather than the Democrat nominee? Herbert Bush votes for the Democrat. GW Bush says he didn´t vote. Now, the GOPe is willing to nullify the election by not seating Moore, even if he wins the general election. Well, this is going to be total war within the Republican Party, and the GOPe is going to find themselves thumped.

This is such an obvious play for the female vote, that it´s embarrassing. They´re willing to tear down another Conservative if they think it´s politically expedient in order for them to stay in office. Clinton and Obama were often criticized for having no principles and basing all actions on what would be politically beneficial. Looks like the GOPe has demonstrated the same.

A federal court unsealed documents in a lawsuit over Fusion GPS’s bank records on Tuesday, revealing new details of payments made last year to the opposition research firm that commissioned the infamous Trump dossier. The documents also shed new light on requests made by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence about payments that Fusion GPS made to journalists. The records were unsealed in response to a ruling made last week by Richard Leon, a federal judge in the district court in Washington, D.C. The bank documents list 112 transactions involving Fusion GPS. Most are redacted, save for transactions between

Newly filed court documents confirm that Fusion GPS, the company mostly responsible for the controversial “Trump dossier” on presidential candidate Donald Trump, made payments to three journalists between June 2016 until February 2017. The three journalists who were paid by Fusion GPS are known to have reported on "Russia issues relevant to [the committee´s] investigation," the House Intelligence Committee

A federal judge on Monday permanently blocked President Trump’s executive order to cut funding from so called “sanctuary cities.” Trump’s order would have removed some federal funds from cities that limit their cooperation with U.S. immigration authorities. U.S. District Court Judge William Orrick rejected the Trump administration’s argument that the measure only applies to a relatively small pool of money. Orrick also said that Trump cannot set fresh conditions on spending that Congress has previously approved. Monday’s ruling came in lawsuits brought by two California counties, Santa Clara and San Francisco.

Over the last few days, I’ve had a number of conversations with both right- and left-leaning friends about the political futures of Al Franken and Roy Moore. Without equating the severity of the alleged offenses (Moore’s are obviously worse), I’ve been struck by the extent to which people across the political spectrum will tolerate misconduct in politicians that they’d never, ever tolerate in their own workplaces. In most functioning corporations, if there’s pictorial evidence that a senior executive groped a woman, then that executive is forced to resign. If there are known, credible allegations that an applicant for a senior

Rep. John Conyers, newly facing sexual misconduct charges from former aides, was praised by fellow Rep. Maxine Waters just last month as a champion of women. During an address to organizers of the national Women’s March in which she lashed out at “rape culture” and President Trump, she singled out the Michigan lawmaker for special attention. (Snip) “He is quiet, he is confident, he is powerful, but he has impeccable integrity on all of our issues. Give John Conyers a big round of applause.” C-SPAN captured her comments and those of others who spoke at the event. In her address she

A second federal judge has halted the Trump administration’s proposed transgender military ban, finding that active-duty service members are “already suffering harmful consequences” because of the president’s policy. The ruling Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Marvin J. Garbis in a Maryland case comes just weeks after another judge in Washington blocked the administration’s proposal that would have stopped military recruitment of transgender men and women and possibly forced the dismissal of current service members, starting in March. The preliminary injunction issued by the judge in Baltimore on Tuesday goes further than the

Donna Brazile said in an interview Tuesday that Russian hackers destroyed “critical data” when they breached the Democratic National Committee (DNC) ahead of the 2016 presidential election. Brazile, who served as interim DNC chair for a portion of last year, made the comments during an interview with Joe Madison on Sirius XM. (Snip) The DNC pushed back on Brazile´s comments, saying in a statement to The Hill, "Her allegation is inaccurate - there is no evidence the voter file was compromised." Brazile stepped in as chair of the DNC after Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) was forced to resign following

Michigan Rep. John Conyers, a Democrat and the longest-serving member of the House of Representatives, settled a wrongful dismissal complaint in 2015 with a former employee who alleged she was fired because she would not “succumb to [his] sexual advances.”Documents from the complaint obtained by BuzzFeed News include four signed affidavits, three of which are notarized, from former staff members who allege that Conyers, the ranking Democrat on the powerful House Judiciary Committee, repeatedly made sexual advances to female staff that included requests for sexual favors, contacting and transporting other women with whom they believed Conyers was having affairs, caressing
