On Friday, Sean Hannity reignited efforts by enemies of his on the left to take him off the air via putting pressure on his advertisers to dump his show. (snip) At least five companies said over the weekend that they will no longer advertise their products during Fox News’ “Hannity” television show. . . Keurig, Realtor.com, 23 and Me, Eloquii and Nature´s Bounty all pulled their ads from the television show, in response to Fox host Sean Hannity’s coverage of the sexual misconduct allegations against Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore. Hannity, never one to support boycotts, has not specifically called for

Realtor.com isn´t even an advertiser.
I don´t know if other L.dotters saw the Hannity program on the interview, but he aired it in its entirety and chaired a panel with Geraldo Rivera and a woman commentator (forgot her name) that was generally in opposition to Moore and punched holes in Moore´s presentation and denials. If anything Hannity bent over, so to speak, to give them airtime. You could tell he also had his doubts.
Free, honest, and open discussion has no place with the progressives and the RINOs, only persecution and the final rule of the elites on our thoughts, economy, history, and speech.
I despair of the future and cannot see this ending other than badly, but then I double down on positive thoughts, actions, and prayers for intercession by the mighty St. Michael the Archangel, who did a few things about Lucifer back then. Perhaps we are in the beginning stages of the Battle with the Antichrist, as predicted.
When you shoot at the king, you´d better kill the king. Although Rush is still THE King, Hannity has a good-sized audience. The Left is trying to work its way up the food chain to The King. That won´t happen.
BOYCOTT all advertisers who bailed. We have seen that it works. It´s a great tool. Let´s use it!
Somehow I get these popups, even on Lucianne, saying things like “Hannity is done for” or Limbaugh is done for because of something he said about sex or to that effect. I suspect that Mr. Chowka will be done for long before either Hannity or Limbaugh. Assuming that he was ever somewhere to begin with.
And Chowka may be one of the few who have no bio. An archive of his writings here and there, a history of mostly advocacy for alternative medicine. Nothing about where he was born, where he went to school. Largely anonymous.
A survey of his archive at AT showed a number of articles about Fox.
This article and Chowka don’t sound like Lifson’s usual type...
Note to Fusion GPS: If you´re going to mouth off to the media and ignore the public record, you´d better be prepared to have your confidential documents subpoenaed. That´s the takeaway from last week´s ruling by Judge Richard J. Leon, district court judge from the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, denying Fusion GPS´s request for a preliminary injunction against TD Bank. The injunction would have stopped the bank from complying with a subpoena for bank documents served by the House Intelligence Committee relating to the oppo research firm´s financial transactions with media and political clients from the period
Do I really have to explain President Trump’s strategy in reportedly using a vulgar expression to describe countries from which he believes the United States is taking far too many immigrants? (snip) Trump has forced everyone whom he outraged to repeat the words he wants to sink in with the public. The entire chattering class is now repeating that Haiti and some African countries and Salvador and other TPS abusers (changing a visa explicitly labeled as “temporary” into a permanent one) are bleepholes. The best of example comes from Trump’s sworn enemy Jim Acosta, who repeated the vulgarism in its
It´s a shocking claim made by a political insider: the Deep State is so opposed to draining the swamp that it will, if necessary, kill President Trump to prevent it. Roger Stone, a longtime Trump adviser and confidant, certainly knows his way around Washington, having worked as a senior campaign aide to Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, and Senator Bob Dole as well as having held many other political positions. This proximity to the Deep State is what makes his claim, expressed in a recent wide-ranging interview with The New American magazine´s Alex Newman, that much more eyebrow-raising. Stone outlined three plans
Not to worry, all you lovers of racial venom. YouTube still has plenty of material to satisfy even your most vitriolic yearnings. Want to use the world´s largest video platform to watch a Nobel Peace Prize-winner sing about killing white people? No, it´s not Barack Obama, but Nelson Mandela, leading a group of black people in a solemn vow to kill the whiteys. (snip) I do not know why Nelson Mandela and lots and lots of rappers preaching black-on-white racial violence have such a hard time getting kicked off YouTube. It´s easy. I´ve done it four times for way less. The first
A faint odor of desperation accompanies the latest revised plans for the monument to the greatness of Barrack Hussein Obama planned for Chicago. (snip) The failure of the citizenry to unite in praise and awe – there has been a firestorm of criticism -- has led Obama Foundation officials to go and hire as their lawyer Langdon Neal, a man described in 2016 by the Chicago Sun-Times as the “Chicago machine’s $99 million man,” “one of the city’s most politically connected lawyers,” who “has made a fortune helping City Hall and other governments condemn land for schools, police stations, McCormick
There was Oprah Winfrey at the Golden Globes, with her big glasses and 2020 visions of a presidential run, speaking to the greatest collection of sexual predators and their enablers pontificating about the rights of women in an industry where not long ago these same people, led by the pompous and condescending Meryl Streep, gave a standing ovation and an award to director Roman Polanski, child rapist. Oprah didn´t mention Polanski, or Harvey Weinstein, or Bill Clinton, or why she didn´t use the show that made her rich and famous to condemn predators such as these and the Hollywood culture that
The first community organizer to become president has managed to anger community groups so much with his planned personal monument, aka “presidential center,” that part of the plan was just scrapped. (snip) The original plan would have grabbed a treasured part of Chicago’s park system, the Midway (site of Chicago’s World’s Fair) for a two-story garage. The group Save the Midway sprang up to protect the historic public park land from a private developer (the Obama Foundation) appropriating the land for a private purpose (the Obama Center will not be part of the National Archives System) The embarrassment is palpable:
A common theme among progressives is that conservatives aren´t just wrong; they´re dumb. Reagan was dumb. G.W. Bush was dumb. Trump is dumb. "Knuckle-dragger," "mouth-breather," "stupid," and "uncultured" are typical pejoratives hurled at conservatives, who apparently tend to live in trailer parks, require dental care, handle snakes, and marry first cousins. (snip) Any argument that may give them even an inkling that they´re wrong can induce a bit of panic and is thus quickly rationalized away – often as the rambling of uneducated, un-evolved mouth-breathers who just don´t know any better. This phenomenon is exacerbated by two related factors. First, liberals
Like a couple of teenagers blissfully unaware of the watchful eye of their parents, FBI lovebirds Peter Strzok and Lisa Page got caught out for sending text messages showing just what Deep State was up to. Exposed by The Hill´s John Solomon, the messages show a self-satisfied pair egging each other on in leaks, snipes, bitchiness and insults, centered around their copious and potentially illegal contacts with the media. You have to read it to believe it. What it shows is that the whole thing pretty well amounts to a conspiracy against the incoming new administration of President Trump. The other
The left indeed has become a family. Unfortunately, it often resembles the Gotti crime family (hat tip: Larry Schweikart). Let´s face it: Republicans have their share of corruption, but what the left has become is not tinged with the normal shortcomings of humanity. It´s become criminal. Literally. Fully. And seriously. Let´s look at a few shades of leftist criminality. I don´t mean the common finger-pointing, where leftists claim that anything done by the center-right is "criminal." Like being for tax cuts. Being pro-life. Or against illegal immigration. Voting for Trump was criminal. The left thinks anyone to its right is criminal. But most sane
Attorney General Jeff Sessions, someone whom many of us consider asleep at the wheel concerning high level corruption at the FBI and DOJ, has woken up. No longer lurking in the weeds while Congressional committees and intrepid bloggers are peeling back the layers of the onion on deep state corruption, Sessions has moved from the weeds to weed itself. The AG this past week announced very simply that federal law regarding marijuana will be enforced. The left is apoplectic, even distracted a bit from the Trump-Russia collusion narrative and the recent tell-all book about President Trump, which is turning out to
How do Democrats explain to themselves the way they keep getting outsmarted by a man they claim is a moron? President Trump has Democrats exactly where he wants them on the issue of DACA. Even PBS gets it: With a new deadline fast approaching, Democrats in Congress are struggling to adopt a unified strategy to protect hundreds of thousands of young immigrants from deportation. Their inaction has enraged liberal activists across the country (snip) President Trump engineered this dilemma for Schumer by rescinding Obama’s executive order creating the DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) program, but giving Congress until March 2018 to
President Donald Trump, frustrated with America´s continued responsibility for immigrants fleeing Third World natural disasters, asked members of Congress Thursday in vulgar terms why the United States had to shoulder such a burden. ´Why are we having all these people from s***hole countries come here?´ Trump said, according to two people who were briefed on the meeting and then leaked the comment to The Washington Post. Trump was reportedly speaking about Haitians and citizens of various African nations. Instead, he said, the U.S. should seek to assimilate people from countries like Norway, whose prime minister he met with a day earlier. Unlike Haiti
Trump has really done it now. He’s spoken candidly again, referring to several nations a “s—hole” countries, according to media accounts. CNN is having a complete meltdown. Of course, if all of these countries are so wonderful, why is there such an outcry against sending aliens from those countries back home? Meanwhile, we know that Trump’s approval ratings are miserable. He’s lost ground among just about every demographic group, except. . . Wait, what? Who??!! No, this can’t be right. "From Ron Brownstein’s article in The Atlantic today: Among African Americans and Hispanics, reactions to Trump depend more on gender than age
With his newly minted title as the world’s richest person, Amazon’s (AMZN) Jeff Bezos announced on Friday that he is donating a piece of his $108 billion fortune to fund 1,000 college scholarships for “Dreamers.” TheDream.US, the nation’s largest scholarship program for Dreamers, said Bezos donated $33 million in a scholarship grant—one of largest grants in the organization’s history—to give 1,000 undocumented immigrant high school graduates who are part of the Deferred Action for Children Arrivals (DACA) program the opportunity to go to college. “My dad came to the U.S. when he was 16 as part of Operation Pedro Pan,” Bezos
Former Vice President Joe Biden condemned President Donald Trump for using derogatory language to describe African nations, saying that America should expect better from their president and that “we are better than this.” “It’s not how a president should speak. It’s not how a president should behave. Most of all, it’s not what a president should believe. We’re better than this.” Biden tweeted Friday. It’s not how a president should speak. It’s not how a president should behave. Most of all, it’s not what a president should believe. We’re better than this. — Joe Biden (@JoeBiden) January 12, 2018 The Washington Post reported
Former President Barack Obama said during a just-released interview that people who watch Fox News are living on a "different planet" than those who listen to National Public Radio (NPR). Obama joined David Letterman in the first episode of the former late-night host´s new Netflix show "My Next Guest Needs No Introduction." In the interview, which was released Friday but recorded in the fall, Obama talked about his personal life as well recent political and social issues. Letterman asked the former president about "hypothetical" situations in the United States, asking which circumstance would be most damaging to democracy. "Let´s just
Friday on his nationally syndicated radio show, conservative talker Rush Limbaugh dismissed the reaction to the remarks reportedly made by President Donald Trump deeming some nations to be “shithole countries” during a meeting with a bipartisan group of congressional leaders on immigration policy.Limbaugh called it “faux rage” and said much of it was an act for the cameras and microphone. “All I can tell you is I have been there,” Limbaugh said. “I have been in the midst of these kinds of firestorms, folks. And I can tell you this is all faux rage. It is faux anger. It is

Steve Bannon, President Donald Trump´s former top strategist, alleged in journalist Michael Wolff´s tell-all book about the Trump White House that the president´s longtime attorney, Marc Kasowitz, "took care" of 100 women during the presidential campaign. "Look, Kasowitz has known [Trump] for twenty-five years. Kasowitz has gotten him out of all kinds of jams," Bannon reportedly said. "Kasowitz on the campaign — what did we have, a hundred women? Kasowitz took care of all of them."
WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump´s White House physician declared him in "excellent health" after the president received his first medical checkup at Walter Reed military hospital on Friday, undergoing a physical examination amid suggestions in a recent book and by his detractors that he´s mentally unfit. Dr. Ronny Jackson, in a statement released by the White House, said the examination "went exceptionally well. The President is in excellent health and I look forward to briefing some of the details on Tuesday." Trump spent about three hours at the medical facility in Bethesda, Maryland, outside Washington, for the Friday afternoon checkup,
A lawyer for President Trump reportedly arranged a $130,000 payment to a former porn star just weeks before the 2016 presidential election to stay quiet about an alleged sexual encounter with Trump. People familiar with the matter told the Wall Street Journal that Trump’s longtime lawyer Michael Cohen arranged a payment to Stephanie Clifford in October 2016 during negotiations of a nondisclosure agreement. Clifford, 38, has told people privately that she had a sexual encounter with Trump after they met in July 2006 in Lake Tahoe. Trump married his wife, Melania, in 2005. Trump denied all allegations of
President Donald Trump denied making a widely condemned comment railing against accepting immigrants from ´s***hole countries,´ even as he admitted to using ´tough´ language in an Oval Office meeting with lawmakers. ´The language used by me at the DACA meeting was tough, but this was not the language used,´ Trump wrote, using unusually passive language in an effort to walk back the comment. ´What was really tough was the outlandish proposal made - a big setback for DACA!´ Trump tweeted Friday. The tweet came hours after a bombshell report about Trump´s comments, which the White House did not immediately deny. Trump made a public
If we are to believe the transcript of Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson´s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee in August, released unexpectedly by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), the search for a smoking gun in the dossier scandal may lead us to a dead body, at least according to Simpson´s lawyer: During a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing in August 2017, Glenn Simpson was questioned about whether he tried to "assess the credibility" of sources behind information uncovered by Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence agent who compiled the dossier. "Yes, but I´m not going to get into sourcing information," Simpson
