Washington Post finds a way to pee on
the Beijing triumph of Trump’s

In an article that rises to the level of self-parody, a Washington Post journalist with the Dickensian name Simon Denyer turns a touching moment of triumph into a bit of an ordeal. As most readers know, President Trump’s granddaughter Arabella Kushner wowed an audience and the Chinese internet, by singing three songs and reciting classical Chinese poetry. Although shot with low production values (a home video, see?), the performance was expertly scripted to pull Chinese heartstrings, addressing the Chinese leader and his wife as “Uncle” and “Auntie,” as is often done in Chinese culture, when families are close. In fact this can be seen to be a slam on every person in the world who teaches young ones some of their home country language and cultural high points.

The Washington Post has committed a cultural faux pas of unbelievable extent!

Just as Alabama voters are being admonished by their betters from Up North to vote against Roy Moore because the Washington Post published stories about his purported behavior forty years ago, one of that paper´s most prominent writers has been forced by President Trump to admit he was fooled and published fake news. We have a Republican president like no other. Years ago, my daughter Samantha and I were home in the afternoon (she was off school, second grade, and I was home with her) when there was a loud knock on the front door. When I answered, I discovered that there were about a hundred cops, including SWAT (tactical truck and all) at my door and in my front yard. They did not look very happy. "Yes? Can I help you?" I asked, as I got about a hundred hard stares from our new guests. "Daddy, how many cops are out there?" Sam asked. "All of them, I think..." "Sir, there was a bank

Those “experts” who long have warned of “violent chaos” if the US moves its embassy to Jerusalem have been exposed as a bunch of hysterical ninnies at best, in the Age of Trump. (snip) just over one-tenth of one percent of West Bank Palestinians turned out for demonstrations – after a day of cajoling by Palestinian Authority agitators. In Gaza, where even more violent, radical, and fearsome Hamas presumably urged rioters on turnout more than doubled Gaza as a percentage: a massive two and half tenths of one percent of the population turned out. Both turnouts happened right after Friday

Something very strange, and possibly extremely significant, happened yesterday, with no explanation and little notice from the media. But two different writers for the same DC-insider publication rushed to be the first to note this barely-noticed move, suggesting that they know something big is happening. To my deep sorrow, the skills of a Kremlinologist – the people who specialized in interpreting small signs, such as who stood next to whom reviewing military parades in Red Square to figure out the real power structure within the secretive upper ranks of the USSR – are necessary to figure out what is going
