Stephen Miller solidifies
influence in White House

The Hill, by Jordan Fabian

Original Article

Stephen Miller is a survivor in President Trump’s White House. The young policy aide has solidified his influence, even as would-be allies such as Stephen Bannon have been forced out of the West Wing. In just the past month, he played a key role in developing the administration’s new travel ban, pushed Trump to scrap an Obama-era program for young immigrants living illegally in the U.S. and argued for a historically low refugee cap. He has also helped write the president’s major speeches, from the inaugural address to Trump’s response to the mass shooting in Las Vegas, and is among

Very good. Miller is terrific, and his mentor was David Horowitz.

I suspect that The Hill is trying to raise Miller´s public profile so he´ll be easier to take down. They are only really interested in this guy because they are threatened by him. Notice how quiet things were kept about Valarie Jarret? That was due to the media wanting not to raise her profile so she could quietly influence Obama in all things leftist. Raising someone´s profile like this article is to place a target on their back.

#2- They certainly were not quiet about Valarie Jarrett the first few years. The fawned and drooled over her. She was on the cover on every left wing magazine and had numerous profiles written about her. Then they calmed down later. When people started saying she was running things.

Great news. Miller is a very intelligent, quick witted, dedicated conservative. No wishy washy spinelessness with him, unlike Ryan and McConnell.

Couldn´t hope for a better advisor to the President.

Stephen is a brilliant thinker, writer, strategist and spokesperson, and we Americans are grateful for his service to our POTUS!

If you follow free-speech controversies for any length of time, you’ll understand two things about public opinion. First, an overwhelming percentage of Americans will declare their support for free speech. Second, a shocking percentage of Americans also support censoring speech they don’t like. (Snip) For example, 81 percent agree with the statement that “words can be a form of violence.” A full 58 percent of students believe that colleges should “forbid” speakers who have a “history of engaging in hate speech.” And what is hate speech? The definition the students liked was staggeringly broad. Two-thirds agreed that hate speech is

To be a normal American is to constantly be scolded, to be lectured, to be treated as a morally bankrupt simpleton in need of the guidance and direction provided by an urban elite ruling class notable for its empty academic credentials, its track record of incompetence, and its idolization of people who erotically abuse the foliage. If we are to have betters, is it so wrong for us to demand that they actually be better? Many people seem shocked by claims from a former New York Times reporter who says the newspaper sat on her 2004 information exposing alleged sexual misconduct by Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein. (The Times told Newsweek they would have only withheld information for good reason.) The Weinstein question aside, I can tell you that every day, in newsrooms around the country, stories are killed because powerful people know how to get them killed. Recently, a former managing editor of Time magazine said that the only bias reporters have is their bias to get a great story on the front page. That may be

The New York Times last week broke the story of Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein’s long record of sexual harassment. Actresses including Rose McGowan and Ashley Judd came forward to detail Weinstein’s depredations, and so did former employees of the man who founded one of the most important independent film companies of the last 30 years, Miramax. The details were so jarring and the trail of abuse so long, that it was impossible to read the story and not come away wondering: How did no one know what he was doing? But of course people knew about Harvey Weinstein. Like the New

Could the story behind the “Trump dossier” be the Rosetta Stone of Russian manipulation of our electoral process in 2016? There is a strong and justifiable suspicion that the dossier was the critical bit of evidence that persuaded the FISA Court to reverse itself and permit monitoring of American associates of Donald Trump. The dossier was originally begun as an opposition research project for Republican rivals of Trump, then funded by Democrats, and allegedly, finally funded by the FBI. We already know that some of the wild accusations in it were demonstrably false. The House Intelligence Committee long has been looking

Las Vegas authorities now acknowledge mass murderer Stephen Paddock may have been “radicalized” before his bloody rampage Sunday at the Route 91 Harvest Music Festival but they won’t say what species of radicalism the shooter may have embraced. The deadliest mass shooting in modern American history has been cravenly transformed into anti-American propaganda by the Left, as Democrat commentators race to ghoulishly disparage white men, gun rights and the NRA, Republicans, and President Trump, blaming them for what otherwise looks like a Muslim terrorist atrocity. Islamic State continues to claim responsibility for the massacre. The terrorist group also claims Paddock converted

Canada was the last industrialized country to officially commemorate the Holocaust and only last week dedicated its National Holocaust Monument in Ottawa. Presumably, the wording used by the PM in a public exhibition went through several rounds of staff review and approval, yet nobody working for Trudeau noticed this? How is that possible? The bad news is that the final year of the Obama administration brought the private-sector costs of its reign of regulatory excess to $122 billion a year. And that’s the low-ball figure. On the other hand, the Trump administration, in its first six months, launched a multifaceted reform agenda that has slowed regulatory output. Here´s how constitutional law expert Lessig lays it out: If number 1: If Trump is definitively found to have colluded directly with Russia, he would be forced to resign or

Jane Fonda made it clear she is not proud of America. During a recent interview with the BBC, Fonda was asked, "Are you proud of America today?" The actress was very quick to reply with a hard "no." "But, I’m proud of the resistance," she elaborated. "I’m proud of the people who are turning out in unprecedented numbers and continue over and over and over again to protest what Trump is doing. I’m very proud of them, that core." During the same interview, the 79-year-old was asked if she had a "sense of regret" for her visit to North Vietnam in 1972. The

This will not only tell them what the league lawfully can do; it also will reveal something about American values. There has been some confusion about the law and the anthem protests. Because the First Amendment generally treats government and corporate power differently, allowing a business to impose on its workers what the government
