If NFL fans continue to turn away from football, the TV networks could lose as much as $200 million in earnings, according to a new report. After ratings for Week Two crashed, adding to the angst already felt by a poor showing in Week 1, industry insiders and analysts are sounding the alarm. A new report claims that CBS, ESPN, Fox and NBC could take a $200 million hit to their estimated $2.5 billion in NFL advertising earnings if fans continue to turn off the TV, the The Hollywood Reporter noted recently. The worries over earnings are not allayed by

Actually the retards "taking a knee" are employees. Their employer could solve this problem by simply telling the offended employee to stay in the locker room until after the Anthem is played, thus not offending the customers of the employer.

Suppose they had a football game and no one came. Suppose they made a movie and no one paid to watch it. Suppose there was a new television show and nobody cared. You´re finding out aren´t you? The deplorables are in control and have decided to wave bye bye.

I think Goddell makes about $27 million a year salary. He´s a complete joke. Neither side likes him. The NFL needs a Trump-like commissioner. Kaeperjack should have been fined the first time he started his idiocy.Goddell let it slide and now it´s become a huge social justice extension.People in this country don´t want politics mixed with sports. Most don´t agree with the leftist agenda feeding the chaos. They´re voting with their feet.I´ll bet 80% of the black NFL millionaies would be lucky to make 50 grand a year without the sport, yet they´re the biggest bellyachers.Meanwhile tebow is the biggest below the radar hero in a all of sports fans and parents love the example he sets..

And it´s going to get even worse for the NFL. They´re clueless and are doubling down on all the social justice preening pre-game displays. They´ll be lucky to get TV ratings as high as the Sunday morning preacher shows. And pretty soon all those abused millionaires will find themselves looking for jobs at the US Postal Service or the DMV.

I will be opting out of my Direct TV Sunday NFL ticket renewal. Screw them. I just want to what football not political correctness or protests supporting BLM!

Funny, once I stopped watching football and basketball (I was pretty much a fanatic)I learned two new languages, became a black belt, got incredibly fit, learned how to play a new instrument, and started a side business that increased my income 15%. Think what I could have accomplished with all that time had I started earlier.

I heard Rush Limbaugh say that the NFL´s players are 70 percent black. Well there´s your sign. It took a ´black man´ eight years to screw up the White House so I don´t seen any hope as this continues in the NFL.
Tattooed, bad haircut, black men chasing leather glad balls on a court or a field is not entertaining when this social justice against the whites who support the games enter into it. You know what direction that is going and it´s in the first stages of it.

Like you, I changed channels.

Let them be activists when the game is over, and let them be football players when the game is on.

Many get paid millions of dollars to play a game with a ball-- I love my Cowboys, but these people are NOT heroes.

Why not use your celebrity for good instead of division? The hurricanes have shown us that this political effort doesn´t wash when faced with taking care of out fellow human beings for the good of humanity.

We watch our favorite team on over-the-air tv, mute button fully engaged unless there is a questionable call, and ignore the commercials. Since we´re not a Nielsen family nobody knows what we have on the tube so no revenue from us. We see a lot of young men black and white who are out there playing a game, not making political statements. That´s good enough for us.

It´s all in the hands of the Team OWNERS. They are the Employers. If they allow their Employees/Players to offend millions of viewers by taking a knee, then they will lose Millions of dollars. If they lose millions of dollars they won´t be able to pay these Thug/Players the insane salaries they get. It´s trickle down economics! Doesn´t matter if the Networks decide not to show the Pre-Game National Anthem Playing. Word will get out what happened on the Sidelines. NO NFL games at our house. College Football, yes for now. If their players decide to make a statement, then they will lose us! It´s us being us! Making OUR STATEMENT!

We watch football games as a sport not a protest venue. As long as the owners allow their America hating players to protest and act out like a bunch of little bed wetters, I will not watch them or support their sponsors.

I will watch certain teams who´s players respect America and our Veteran´s. Jerry Jones of the Dallas Cowboys said my players work for me and they will not be taking a knee during the National Anthem. God Bless the Cowboys...America´s team!

200 million is a big hit but I doubt it will change their direction however, I am not sure if any size hit will wake these people up. I am guessing they will remain in their bubbles of denial and drive the whole organization off the cliff blaming everyone and everything except the real cause.

At this rate it won´t be long until the NFL is regulated to some third party sport networks and those multi-million dollar player contracts are replaced with minimum wage to start.

8%? Only an 8% loss is worrisome to these idiots. You know what, these numbers are phony. The expected loss is probably much, much greater to both the networks and the money grubbing NFL. When I saw that empty stadium on opening day, I knew they were in not just big trouble, but massive trouble. If I know it, they kn ow it and I would betcha panic is setting in. Here´s the funny part of this: they do not have a clue how to stop it because they are so lost inside their little libtarded echo chamber. Reading the sports writers stories on analyzing the problem, there is not one single story that even comes close to touching the reality of their problem. They are like little kids hiding under a blanket they are working so hard to not have to actually face that boogeyman. Well, the Boogeyman will eventually getcha if you don´t watch out.

Before I was kind of reluctant to boycott the NFL. Now, I am more than ever determined because now I know we are succeeding. NFL is probably willing to die altogether than take action to stop this player America hating BS!

Most television programs now contain an over-representation of blacks in an appeasement to political correctness, why would I want to watch entire teams of overgrown cape buffalo bumping each other all over the field and insulting the people who pay their salaries. When football games stop hogging the time slots maybe we can see more international soccer.

Broadband technology has allowed the marketplace to work. These broadcast and cable dinosaurs (broadcast made the NFL what it was - and vice versa) must change their "business models".

Cut the cord - you won´t regret it. With SiriusXM all access, DirecTV Now, Hulu Live TV, and a growing list of a la carte live and on demand streaming options you no longer have to subsidize those exorbitant cable TV carriage fees. Just support what you actually want to watch, and save $$$ in the process.

It´s not in the hands of the owners. The NFL is subject to its negotiated agreement with an exclusive bargaining agent for the players, the NFLPA. The owners and commissioner cannot start disciplining players for something that is not covered by the negotiated agreement, i.e. apparently refusing to respect the National Anthem and flag. Where do the penalties otherwise begin? The player chewing gum and looking bored while standing? They´d be in litigation before the day was out, and likely an injunction would block further league actions.

The teams can start cutting these miscreants, taking a hit on any guaranteed money and possibly diminishing their competitive status regarding "dead money" in out years. And it is likely that other more lenient teams will sign the most talented to improve themselves. Or, if not, the players jump into the courts again alleging "collusion" and "restraint".

This issue needs to be dealt with by the NFLPA, owners and Commish quickly. The problem is the issue is basically racial, and the preponderance of the team rosters are black players who are presumably sympathetic. Now what´s the NFL "family" going to do to "protect the shield", i.e. restore the lost profits and assuage the networks, who are part of the "social justice" nonsense themselves.

But if the NFL pushes this any further, I will be happy to turn off the TV and NEVER watch another NFL game!!!

Actor Tom Hanks is blasting President Trump for his handling of a phone call to the widow of a fallen U.S. soldier, calling it “one of the biggest c**k-ups on the planet Earth.” "I´m only knowing what I read in the newspapers and what have you, and it just seems like it´s one of the biggest c**k-ups on the planet Earth, if you ask me," Hanks said in an interview with CNN. "This is a tragedy of the utmost consequence and it goes much longer beyond who´s going to come out on top of the news story. I think it´s

Perhaps as startling as the revelation that the FBI was investigating the Hillary Clinton/Russia/Uranium One collusion and that key figures like Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Special Counsel Robert Mueller and Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe knew about it and said nothing, is the refusal by Attorney General Jeff Sessions to remove the non-disclosure agreement gag order on the FBI informant who arguably could put Bill and Hillary Clinton and a few others in federal prison. It was said the Jeff Sessions recused himself from all things Russian because of election campaign conflicts but is it really because he thought it

Freelance reporter and political consultant Michael J. Hout tweeted a photo of Hillary Clinton using forearm crutches during a visit to Yale Law School Saturday. Clinton’s use of the walking aide comes after breaking her toe during a UK book tour to promote “What Happened.” Clinton visited her alma mater on the same day she held a book signing event at the Wesleyan R.J. Julia Bookstore in Middletown, CT. The bookstore had strict guidelines for book signing attendees — “She will sign a maximum of two books for each attendee and will not personalize books,” posted Wesleyan R.J. Julia Bookstore

Disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein has completed his one-week sex rehab program. A psychologist taking part in his treatment told TMZ that Weinstein would remain in Arizona for a month or so after his week of outpatient ´intensive therapy´ ends on Saturday. Weinstein was ´invested in the program´ and had focused on ´dealing with his anger, his attitude toward others, boundary work and the beginnings of work on empathy,´ the psychologist told the outlet with Weinstein´s permission. The psychologist downplayed previous reports that the 65-year-old film producer had fallen asleep in group sessions and ranted about conspiracy theories. ´He showed up for all the

Let’s put the Uranium One scandal in perspective: The cool half-million bucks the Putin regime funneled to Bill Clinton was five times the amount it spent on those Facebook ads — the ones the media-Democrat complex ludicrously suggests swung the 2016 presidential election to Donald Trump. The Facebook-ad buy, which started in June 2015 — before Donald Trump entered the race — was more left-wing agitprop (ads pushing hysteria on racism, immigration, guns, etc.) than electioneering. The Clintons’ own long-time political strategist Mark Penn estimates that just $6,500 went to actual electioneering. (You read that right: 65 hundred dollars.) By

Barack Obama claimed at a campaign rally on Thursday for Virginia Democrat gubernatorial candidate Ralph Northam that “democracy is at stake” in the Virginia governor’s race. Obama took to his first day back on the campaign trail to lament the way politics has turned “nasty,” and yet Obama melodramatically argued that Virginians need to vote for Democrat Ralph Northam because “democracy is at stake.” Obama told the Virginia audience, “America is a story of progress. Ralph Northam wants progress. He wants to take us forward, not backward. He wants to reach out for hope, not fear. We need you to

Former Secretary of State John Kerry on Thursday criticized President Donald Trump´s policies, warning that he risks driving Iran towards nuclear proliferation and worsening a standoff with North Korea if he ends the nuclear deal with Iran. “If you want to negotiate with (North Korean leader) Kim Jong Un, and your goal is to avoid war and try to be able to have a diplomatic resolution, the worst thing you can do is first threaten to destroy his country in the United Nations,” Kerry said in a private lecture delivered at Geneva’s Graduate Institute, according to Reuters. “And secondly, screw around with

WASHINGTON – Washington Post Executive Editor Marty Baron said President Trump declared war on the press but the media is not at war with him, despite the “hostile” environment that’s been created. “The president on his first day in office went to the CIA headquarters and he said, I have a war with the press. The reality is we don’t have a war with him: we are not at war, we are at work. We are doing our jobs every day the same way we have always done it. You talk about fact-checking; we’ve had a fact-checker at the Washington

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) is no fan of President Donald J. Trump, but at a recent awards gala for LGBT youth, the bombastic Democrat made a disturbing claim that she would “take Trump out.” Kyle Olson of the American Mirror reported the statement on Friday, but Youtube pulled down the original video. At the Ali Forney Center gala in New York City, Waters jumped right into the liberal audience’s applause by making the off putting, only a mere four months after multiple Republican members of Congress were gunned down by a democrat mad-man who actually wanted to take them out.

n Monday, Sen. John McCain denounced President Trump’s philosophy, agenda, and conduct. On Thursday, former President George W. Bush did the same thing. Neither mentioned Trump by name, but their target was clear. They echoed former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, who spoke out against Trump last year. These three indictments, issued by the men who represented the GOP in the four elections leading up to Trump’s, are more than ghosts of a dead party. They point toward an alternative vision of conservatism.

A plan to quadruple the size of the Alamo with a major restoration project has been attacked by conservatives over worries its history will be sanitized. At a time when Confederate statues are being removed across the country, some Texans are fearing the battle site will become the latest victim of ´political correctness´. Land Commissioner George P. Bush - son of former Florida governor Jeb - is overseeing a 7-year revamp of the shrine where 189 Texas independence fighters were killed by Mexican Gen. Santa Anna´s troops in 1836. The site´s size would quadruple after excavation and restoration of historical
