Netanyahu Praises Trump’s U.N.
Address: ‘Never Heard a Bolder
or More Courageous Speech’

Washington Free Beacon, by Jack Heretik

Original Article

Posted By:Hazymac, 9/19/2017 1:54:10 PM

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lauded President Donald Trump´s address to the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday, calling it "bold" and "courageous." "In over 30 years in my experience with the UN, I never heard a bolder or more courageous speech," Netanyahu tweeted. "President Trump spoke the truth about the great dangers facing our world and issued a powerful call to confront them in order to ensure the future of humanity." In over 30 years in my experience with the UN, I never heard a bolder or more courageous speech. (Snip) Netanyahu watched Trump´s speech enthusiastically from Israel´s seat

Comments:
Israelis know that Obama is their dedicated enemy until he breathes his last; Trump is Israel´s unapologetic ally. Much good for both Israel and the USA will come of this alliance.

It was an excellent speech, what I like most is that it is understandable none of that political speak that says one thing but means another.

Wait, I thought Trump was an antisemitic neo-nazi. The MSM told me so!

What´s the Prime Minister of Israel doing praising Trump? Israel must be antisemitic, too!

Rising up in defiance to Richard Spencer, hundreds of University of Florida students sounded off in a deafening chant. "Go home, Spencer!" they shouted, as the exasperated white nationalist paced the stage, pleading to be heard. Were the students exercising their fellow First Amendment rights? Or were they breaking the law by taking his event off the rails? That would be up for debate under a new "campus free expression" bill filed in Florida this week. The part that may attract attention is the proposal that no student, faculty member or staffer can materially disrupt a scheduled campus event. That would include a student

An explosive report has revealed that close associates of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and officials of his AKP Party are funding and arming criminal gangs in Germany. This information reportedly was leaked by German intelligence to several media outlets, which subsequently published the allegations. German-language outlet ZDF reported that German intelligence wiretaps revealed AKP Party officials transferring money to leaders of the "Osmanen Germania" (Ottoman Germany) biker gang. The money was for purchasing weapons and directing attacks on critics of Erdogan´s increasingly tyrannical regime in

Has the first year of the Trump administration been a retreat from the global agenda or paradoxically fueled its expansion? Superficially it resembles a retreat. Former rising star Elizabeth Shackleford recently resigned from the State Department over what she characterized as the administration´s failure to promote "US values and interests overseas: advancing democracy ... human rights, and ... a more secure global order for the American people. “With each passing day, however, this task grows more futile, driving the Department’s experienced and talented staff away in ever greater numbers,” she wrote.

Talk of the “higher education bubble” has been around for a while, but two news items today make me think it is starting to pop—and remember, bubbles usually don’t pop instantaneously. The housing crash of 2008 was signaled by visibly deteriorating conditions in the summer of 2007. Likewise, the higher ed bubble is going to resemble the old line about how some rich person went bankrupt—first slowly, then all at once. Item 1, from the Wall Street Journal: "Nearly 5 Million Americans in Default on Student Loans: Number surges in recent years despite strengthening economy The number of Americans severely behind on payments

The remedy: more power to the U.S. government, naturally. Funny how that recommendation never seems to change no matter what the problem. "Trying to

TIME Magazine announced last week that its 2017 Person of the Year was “The Silence Breakers,” beating out runners-up Donald Trump, Xi Jinping, Robert Mueller, Kim Jong Un, Colin Kaepernick and Patty Jenkins. “The Silence Breakers” are women who have “summoned extraordinary personal courage to speak out about sexual harassment at their jobs.” No political party, industry, or ideological group is immune to problems of sexual harassment. Even with the significant advances made in civil rights and equal opportunities for women in the past half century, being a woman is still a disadvantage in many workplaces and situations where outright harassment

WASHINGTON - Confident congressional Republicans forged an agreement Wednesday on a major overhaul of the nation´s tax laws that would provide generous tax cuts for corporations and the wealthiest Americans - Donald Trump among them - and deliver the first major legislative accomplishment to the GOP president. Middle- and low-income families would get smaller tax cuts, though Trump and GOP leaders have billed the package as a huge benefit for the middle class. The measure would scrap a major tax requirement of Barack Obama´s Affordable Care Act, a step toward the ultimate GOP goal of unraveling the law. "The cynical voices

Robert Mueller’s investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election has been plagued with scandal. In one notorious episode, the FBI agent who was perhaps most critical to the Hillary Clinton email investigation as well as to Mueller’s inquiry, Peter Strzok, turned out to be a rabid anti-Trump partisan. Moreover, he was conducting an extramarital affair with another anti-Trump zealot, Lisa Page, who is an FBI lawyer and also worked on the Russia investigation. Both Strzok and Page have been dismissed from Mueller’s team, but Mueller apparently has tried to cover up the circumstances surrounding their respective transfers. It has

A mountain of evidence points to a single fact: Russia meddled in the U.S. presidential election of 2016. In both classified and public reports, U.S. intelligence agencies have said Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered actions to interfere with the election. Those actions included the cyber-theft of private data, the placement of propaganda against particular candidates, and an overall effort to undermine public faith in the U.S. democratic process. Members of Congress, both Democrats and Republicans, have held open and closed door hearings to probe Russia’s actions. The congressional investigations are ongoing. The White House decision was criticized on many grounds not in the least as being a violation of international law. But as Ralph Peters noted, a strange thing happened. By and large the streets stayed calm. "Instead, the largest demonstration anywhere this weekend was the funeral procession for Johnny Hallyday, the ´French Elvis.´ " Peters thinks non-rage occurred because the assumptions underlying the predictions had changed and the

After Kevin Spacey was excised from the upcoming movie All the Money in the World (his scenes to be reshot with Christoper Plummer), I modestly proposed that Hollywood remove and reshoot Spacey’s scenes in Beyond the Sea and The Usual Suspects, and destroy all copies of American Beauty — that hackneyed attempt at a takedown of suburban America. This expungement, I said in jest, was the required remedy for Spacey’s sexual assaults and related misconduct. Now I learn that Minnesota Public Radio has expunged Garrison Keillor — also accused of sexual misconduct, albeit vastly less severe than Spacey’s. According to this

She continued saying the song’s “blackface and racist origins have been subtly and systematically removed from its history.” (Tweet/Video) Hamill

Conventional wisdom is that Attorney General Jeff Sessions is asleep at the wheel – from recusing himself unnecessarily from the Trump-Russia collusion investigation to doing nothing about the politicization and weaponization of the Department of Justice. He also gave free rein to his deputy A.G., Rod Rosenstein, who is in turn allowing Special Counsel Robert Mueller unlimited time, money, and jurisdiction to investigate President Trump´s entire life. Last summer, Trump expressed disappointment in Sessions, calling him "beleaguered," wondering why Sessions wasn´t looking into Hillary Clinton´s emails and true election chicanery. Rudy Giuliani was floated as a possible replacement. Was Trump truly

Alabama is one of the most reliably Republican states in the country. The last time a Democrat was elected was in 1992, and no Democrat has won more than 40 percent of the vote in a Senate race there since 1996. The closest election in recent memory was in 2002, when Jeff Sessions won re-election by a razor-thin margin of 19 points. Sen. Richard Shelby has won his last three elections by 35 points, 30 points and 28 points, respectively. So it takes a special kind of stupid to pick a candidate who can lose to a Democrat in Alabama.

Scandal: For 18 months, the FBI has been fixated on determining whether President Trump worked with Russia to influence the 2016 election. But explosive text exchanges between top FBI agents suggest it should be looking in the mirror. The text messages sent between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, which became public on Wednesday, provide a rare and illuminating window into just how rabidly partisan putatively nonpartisan law enforcement officials can be. In the exchanges, they called Trump an "idiot," a "loathsome human," an "enormous do-che," and said "this man cannot be president." When not berating Trump, they were praising Hillary Clinton.
