The unlicensed driver accused of drunkenly barreling through a group of cyclists in Brooklyn says he hopes the woman he left in a coma can forgive him. Abel Antonio Pina-Morocho pleaded for sympathy Wednesday during an exclusive jailhouse interview with the Daily News at the Brooklyn Detention Complex, where he’s being held on $250,000 bail. (Snip) Prosecutors said he had a blood alcohol level of .266 — over three times the legal limit — when he slammed his Dodge Caravan into a group of bike riders waiting at a red light in Borough Park, injuring five people. Comments:
Updating a previous article, the drunk driver is an illegal alien from Ecuador who works construction, has been in los Etados Unidos for 18 years, and fears being deported because he likes it here. Are there no out of work Americans who might like a job in construction, or is it easier and cheaper to hire an illegal?

The family of the dead woman needs to sue the construction company that this illegal alien works for because their giving him a job enabled him to live in the US which lead to her death. When these enablers are made to pay they will not hire illegals.

He is only sorry because he fears deportation.
If he is deported he will return again and again.

A Brooklyn principal accused of bringing grade-fixing to new heights has resigned, but was given another six-figure job, city officials said. Marc Williams, after less than two years as principal of the Secondary School for Journalism in Park Slope, quit amid an investigation of course-credit schemes exposed by The Post in July. A teacher said Williams turned a blind eye when a student got a passing grade in a course by taking online tests — with help from a classmate. The psychologist who helped pull off the biggest Social Security fraud in U.S. history was sentenced Friday to 25 years in prison. Alfred Bradley Adkins was part of the fraud ring orchestrated by Eric C. Conn, one of the country’s most prominent disability lawyers, and David B. Daugherty, a Social Security judge who rubber-stamped at least 1,700 bogus applications for benefits. All told, the scam would have cost the government at least $600 million in fraudulent lifetime benefits, according to the government’s conservative estimate. Some $93 million were already paid out before the scam was stopped, the government said.

He dropped the ball. The Rev.
