Hillary Clinton Thinks Moral Of
‘1984’ Is That We Should Trust
The Government And Media

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s campaign memoir includes a questionable interpretation of the central lesson of George Orwell’s novel “1984,” namely that individuals should trust those in positions of authority. Clinton’s memoir “What Happened,” released Tuesday, suggests the goal of the government-sanctioned torture featured prominently in Orwell’s novel is to erode trust in the authoritarian overlords who control all aspects of society. This perspective is diametrically opposed to the central lesson most readers have drawn from the book since it was published in 1949. “Attempting to define reality is a core feature of authoritarianism. This is what the Soviets

This once again confirms, as if we needed more proof, that that pathetic corrupt old hag is psychotic. Steve Bannon is right, she´s not very bright. It really is terrifying to think that she could have been our president. I didn´t think I would ever say this, but she could have been worse than Obama. It is beyond disturbing that there are so many people who actually believe her. And it is even more disconcerting that they are in the government..

It makes sense. Hillary reads 1984 as a totalitarian would, one of the elites, the betters. The individual should be a slave to the state and ignore those who preach liberty and freedom. Only the state can take care of you. Freedom is too risky. The comments are a vivid reminder of who this woman is, an amoral, despot.

A federal court unsealed documents in a lawsuit over Fusion GPS’s bank records on Tuesday, revealing new details of payments made last year to the opposition research firm that commissioned the infamous Trump dossier. The documents also shed new light on requests made by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence about payments that Fusion GPS made to journalists. The records were unsealed in response to a ruling made last week by Richard Leon, a federal judge in the district court in Washington, D.C. The bank documents list 112 transactions involving Fusion GPS. Most are redacted, save for transactions between

Newly filed court documents confirm that Fusion GPS, the company mostly responsible for the controversial “Trump dossier” on presidential candidate Donald Trump, made payments to three journalists between June 2016 until February 2017. The revelation could be a breakthrough for House Republicans, who are exploring whether Fusion GPS used the dossier, which was later criticized for having inaccurate information on Trump, to feed anti-Trump stories to the press during and after the presidential campaign. The three journalists who were paid by Fusion GPS are known to have reported on "Russia issues relevant to [the committee´s] investigation," the House Intelligence Committee
