Hillary: Comey Letter ‘Hurt Me’ Among
Women – It Allowed Husbands to
Tell Wives ‘She’s Going to be in Jail’

During an interview with Vox on Tuesday, former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton argued that without FBI Director James Comey, she could have picked up a point or two more among white women and that Comey allowed husbands and boyfriends to tell their wives and girlfriends that Clinton would end up in jail. Clinton began by saying that white voters have been leaving the Democratic Party since Lyndon Johnson predicted they would. She added that gender isn’t “the motivating factor that race was for President Obama.” Clinton then cited research that Sheryl Sandberg discussed with her about women become less likeable the

Actually, any white woman with a brain and some common sense who way paying attention knew that she was never going to jail.

A week or so before the election I told my husband that I no longer cared if she ever did the perp walk, I just wanted her to be defeated and completely humiliated on election night.

I got my wish and I´m still enjoying the result - watching Illary implode is great fun!

Not one but I bet husbands mentioned Benghazi, the money laundering Clinton Foundation, file gate, Whitewater, 30,000 deleted emails about yoga and wedding plans, stumbling into a van, her pathological lying etc! No real need to mention jail.

If Hillary hadn´t set up a private server or if she had not sent potentially incriminating emails containing classified or possible Clinton Foundation malfeasance emails, if she hadn´t destroyed 30,000 emails using Bleach Bit, if she had been at all forthcoming about what happened (which of course she couldn´t because of potential liability), she might have had a chance to win. Every time she opens her mouth to discuss women and women´s issues and how women cost her the election, she offends me more. What a patronizing and demeaning statement to make that women didn´t vote for her because their husbands told them not to do so. I married a devoted Democrat sixty years ago. It took me about five years to turn him into a good conservative Republican. He wouldn´t have dared tell me how to vote. And that´s probably true for 90 percent of women across the country, Democrat or Republican. Hillary Clinton is a stupid woman who believes none of us would ever notice she has nothing to offer the country except she hitched her wagon to Bill´s star.

WASHINGTON — A growing number of House Republicans are choosing to voluntarily drain the swamp one year ahead of the midterm elections. Nearly two dozen congressional Republicans have so far announced they will not be running for re-election, leaving Democrats enthusiastic about the potential for major gains in the 2018 elections. Nine Republicans are running for a different elected position, while 12 are retiring. And while Congressional retirements are common (on average, 22 House members retire each cycle, according to a CQ Roll Call analysis), the numbers so far are glaringly one-sided. Just two Democratic House members have announced retirements, while six

Roy Moore’s refusal to bow out of Alabama’s special election for a Senate seat is the latest demonstration of the diminished power of congressional leaders and other, once-powerful institutions in Washington. The Republican nominee, accused of sexual contact with a 14-year-old when he was a 32-year-old local prosecutor, brushed off calls for him to stand down as part of plot by establishment figures to “undermine this campaign” before the Dec. 12 ballot. Moore ignored the severing of financial ties by the National Republican Senatorial Committee for similar reasons. He summed up today’s environment in a fundraising pitch to supporters Friday morning: “I

When the House passed a preliminary tax reform bill earlier this month the Republican Senate leadership moved quickly to slow the process. The effort has been led (again) by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. The primary motivation for the delay isn’t coming from a desire for more time to further review the steps toward eventual tax reform passage but rather to muddy the waters and ultimately ensure it is as weak and ineffectual bill that will provide as little political momentum for President Trump. Susan Collins took to Twitter on Thursday to direct a GOP Senate candidate to quit the race if allegations against him turn out to be true.Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore, a 70-year-old former state Supreme Court justice, defiantly denied allegations of decades-old sexual misconduct with minors published Thursday in a Washington Post story. I am really sorry that John McCain suffers from a brain affliction, but he continues to play an active role in politics, and so I must call him out when he does something really outrageous. Yesterday, Sen. McCain called on Judge Roy Moore to "immediately step aside" after unproven allegations of sexual impropriety were published in a liberal newspaper. No waffling about "if true..." That is a standard Senator McCain did not apply to himself under similar circumstances. During his 2008 presidential bid, the New York Times published a story alleging sexual misconduct with a female lobbyist. McCain fought it.

The woman who won a Best Actress Oscar for “The Blind Side” in 2010 now plans to highlight the 2013 anti-abortion bill filibuster that made Ms. Davis — and her pink running shoes — a household name. Ms. Bullock will star in “Let Her Speak,” a retelling of the lawmaker’s 11 hours spent trying to stall legislative restrictions on abortions. Variety announced the project on Thursday, which will be produced by Todd Black and Jason Blumenthal through Escape. Ms. Davis used her newfound notoriety after the filibuster to
