Conservative student transfers out of

Nicholas Fuentes, an 18-year-old student who attended the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Va., this past weekend, said that he´s received death threats for months over his conservative viewpoints -- enough for him to decide it´s time to leave Boston University. Fuentes said he made the decision to abandon his Political Science degree a month ago after being constantly threatened over his conservative views. He said no longer felt safe on campus, and will not return for the fall semester. Still, despite the intensity of the backlash he´s received, he has absolutely “no regrets” about taking part in the

You cannot imagine what it is like for a conservative in the Boston area. It is truly like being behind enemy lines.

My nephew, who is NOT a conservative, transferred out of bu after one year. Found the students were a bunch of narrow-minded bigots. And that was many years ago.

This leaving from an intolerant liberal university needs to be repeated by the hundreds of thousands across the country. Believe me, thesevarrogant institutions will get the message faster than if there was a federal action. And when they leave, their parents need to write a letter to the Board of Trustees of each place saying exactly why they will no longer be seeing their $55,000 a year any more.

Leftists and Islamists have much in common. One in particular is that they both want conservatives to lay down and die without complaint. Just say no.

Only seven months into his puzzling presidency, Donald Trump has accomplished an odd achievement: He’s made Sigmund Freud relevant again. Although the father of psychoanalysis is no longer fashionable, the Freudian concept of psychological projection is alive and well. “I think he’s crazy,” said Sen. Jack Reed, a Rhode Island Democrat, speaking into an open microphone about Trump. J. Brien Comey, father of fired FBI director Jim Comey, thinks Trump belongs “in an institution.” Conservative columnist Jennifer Rubin has questioned the president’s “mental stability.” These aren’t isolated examples. Many prominent liberals, conservatives, moderates, and libertarians have concluded that the president

Right in character, there was David Duke blaming race for his various election defeats over the years in Louisiana. Bitterly Duke said that he lost because his GOP opponent in one special election “was quite successful in referencing a nostalgia that would give hope, comfort, settle grievances, for millions of people who were upset about gains that were made by others because—” The interviewer prompted Duke to get to his point: “What you’re saying is millions of black people.” Replied Duke: “Millions of black people, yeah.” The interview was typical of Duke’s racial pandering and….oh wait. Hate speech laws are loved not only by the do-gooders who demand them. If I were the Devil, I´d love laws that limit free speech, too. "If I Were the Devil," a famous monologue originally written by Paul Harvey in 1965 that he reworked over a 20-year period, didn´t mention hate speech laws. But listen to his final version, and feel the chill of its truths when you realize just how much Satan has achieved. Then imagine how much more the Devil could accomplish if he could silence, under the banner of a moral imperative to limit speech, not just

When the Trump administration decided two weeks ago to halt DACA (for minor children of illegal immigrants) applications and allow six months for Congress to pass legislation that addresses the issue, a new round of political fighting was unleashed. Utilizing the constitutional process unveiled the sharp divide among Republicans concerning this issue and has shown that the leadership of the establishment are closer to the Democrats than to their electoral base. Donald Trump might still find a way to get immigration off the table as a wedge issue. The media, ever eager to damage Trump, have tried to expose this

Mr Trump issued a moratorium last month instructing the military to stop providing gender reassignment surgeries for transgender troops, and to stop plans to recruit those troops. That decision came following an order from his predecessor that instructed the military to begin considering programmes to allow transgender people to serve openly and without worry in the military. While promoting her newly released memoir, Hillary Clinton has placed blame on several factors for her loss to Donald Trump last November — from her own mistakes, to Russian interference in the U.S. election, and the late intervention by then-FBI director James Comey. But Clinton has also spoken candidly about how deep-rooted sexism played a hand in her defeat, and about the double standards she faced as the first woman nominated by a major party for president in America’s 240-year history. In an interview with the New York Times published Saturday, Clinton spoke further about how misogyny is used as

Almost no commentator, no reviewer, has mentioned the most newsworthy fact about Hillary Clinton´s latest memoir—which is the near total lack of anything actually newsworthy in the book. With What Happened, Clinton would at last "let down her hair," Simon & Schuster´s publicists loudly proclaimed before the book´s publication. And that was the line dutifully repeated by reporter after reporter, as though it were a fact. As though, coming from Clinton´s people, it didn´t need to be checked or reported with even the slight distancing of "Hillary Clinton says she´s let down her hair in her new book." But then,

When Congress hauls in Equifax CEO Richard Smith to grill him, it can start by asking why he put someone with degrees in music in charge of the company’s data security. And then they might also ask him if anyone at the company has been involved in efforts to cover up Susan Mauldin’s lack of educational qualifications since the data breach became public. It would be fascinating to hear Smith try to explain both of those extraordinary items. If those events don’t put the final nails in his professional coffin, accountability in the U.S. is officially dead.

McCain notably was mocked on social media over his questions, which appeared to befuddle even Comey. The senator issued a statement at the time, pinning blame on staying up late to watch the Arizona Diamondbacks game. McCain was also diagnosed with brain cancer weeks later. But as McCain, R-Ariz., would tell it now, he had a list of questions he was ready to
