The ridiculous campaign by virtually every media outlet, every Democrat and far too many squishy Republicans to label Trump some kind of racist and Nazi sympathizer is beginning to have the stink of an orchestrated smear. The conflagration in Charlottesville is beginning to feel like a set-up, perhaps weeks or months in the planning. Planned by whom? Time may tell. We know that Michael Signer, the mayor of Charlottesville, declared his city to be the "capital of the resistance" just after Trump´s inauguration. We know that Gov. Terry McAuliffe is a corruptocrat, joined at the hip to the Clintons. He
Set-up? Would the same pondscum who´ve orchestrated The Coup, The Resistance, and the myriad attempts to cause violence - and yes, death - at Trump rallies, would these paragons of virtue, principle and patriotism sink so low as to have orchestrated the Charlottesville mayhem? Banish the thought, though the question answers itself.
It is obvious to the common man that the actors in these "events" are paid and the event is set up and manufactured by the left. Why not to the media, the Rino´s and Democrats? Or, perhaps they are all in this together.
FTA " Liz Crokin, an entertainment reporter and no fan of Trump, wrote in 2016 that she had covered Trump for over a decade and in all that time, no one had ever suggested he was racist, homophobic, or sympathetic to white supremacists. That all began after he announced his campaign." Of course and supported by the Rinos and NeverTrumpers.
The Democrats may have set the trap but certain Republican Senators and Representatives gladly rushed to the msm to assist the Democrats by denouncing President Trump and implying he is a racist, a Nazi sympathizer and a white supremacist. What a bunch of despicable Republicans and I don´t need to name names all the posters here know who they are. They should be tarred and feathered and run out of Washington DC but unfortunately that is illegal now.
Bathhouse Barry and his slimy little friends have been working in his basement for the past few months. They must talk about something besides basketball. Hillary just gave $800K to this resistance effort, possibly to replace the war chest they just spent on the hired goons. The usual suspects had their talking points ready, Trump didn´t even hint at being what they labeled him but the smear campaign went on as planned. Since the Russia collusion thing fell apart they are trying desperately hard to make white supremacy stick. Why does that term bother them so much? Could it be...?
NO DOUBT! I am sure the Clinton´s are behind this, using their Putz Gov. Terry McAuliffe. Who told the cops to "Stand Down"? Not the Mayor that came from the big corrupt cheese Terry. This is all about politics and a payback on Trump from the Clintons. Google Terry McAuliffe about his corruptions with money from Unions and his involvement with Chinese campaign money. I believe he is still being investigated on the latter.
Give anarchists enough money (Soros) and easy access to communication (social media) and a sympathetic media and you have the perfect storm for chaos because they are already willing and able. Take the most emotionally charged issue of the day, race, and use it as a tool to enrage and incite.
Race is only a superficial issue to the backers of the anarchy. The main target is a sitting President who rejects globalism and is determined to end the death grip it has on this country. Freedom and liberty are at stake here and the globalist cabal almost had the United States wrapped up until Trump came along. Then the American people found a champion who was with them and for this country. Ultimately, this is why the President is under sustained and vicious attack. He represents the will of patriotic Americans and has to be driven from office. They went the corruption route with Russia and it did not pan out for them. They have switched to racial division which has always been a winner for the democrat party. The whole mess from Ferguson to Charlottesville has been a set up and they aren´t done yet.
Oh yeah it was a setup. We were shown video of a group of men, carrying tiki torches, at night and possessing no weapons, who had obtained a permit to do so. Then, we are shown very shaky and super brief clips of two groups of people fighting in the DAYTIME and the media wants us to think that these are the same people. It was like they spliced two different reels together. Are people who protest statue removal really white supremists? No, thats just media spin. Maybe they should just be called preservationists or historians.
Note the amazing silence by Obama and Hillary on Charlottesville. They usually love to have their "see and say" strings pulled to run their mouths and give an opinion. That´s probably because they are the head of the snake.
The entire incident was provoked and instigated by the left, and the entire reaction has been orchestrated by the left. The orchestration is blatantly obvious in that the media has expanded its allegations to everything right in this country. Now the msm charges that it is racist to be white, it has gotten so ridiculous.
FACT: Antifa was issued a permit but was supposed to be a "Few blocks" away. Last minute C-ville allowed them to be on market street right in front of Unite the Right. They allowed the police to form a "U" whihch allowed only on way in and out of area. Top of the "U" put Antifa and UTR face to face with no polce. These are Facts whihch implicate C-ville and Gov coimlicit in murder.
You have no choice folks, the democrat media will decide when to stop covering Charlottesville. It will be here until they find something else on Trump. They´ve had an agenda a week from day one. Flynn, Russia, Comey, Bannon, Spicer, McCain, McConnell, Trump Jr., Charlottesville
Those who have eyes see, and those who have ears hear.
And, if not, all the above amply point it all out. #2 is spot on. Time to investigate.
Otherwise why have an FBI and DOJ? Are they not supposed to investigate our homegrown American Taliban?
This behavior continues to recur because there is no cost to the ones orchestrating and enabling it. Sure the useful idiots pay. People like the Soros family, the Clintons, the Bezos, Zuckerburgs and Buffetts and more will be found financing this through their tax deductible donations to various foundations. And don´t forget the Vichy GOPe of Romney, McCain and Corker etc. Follow the money.
We went after those who financially backed Al-Queda, why not do the same with those financing our American Taliban?
Of course it was a set-up! As soon as it became known that the whole thing was spearheaded by a scum from Occupy, any one with a brain should have recognized it. It´s all continuation of a pattern: the first was all the false accusers claiming Trump sexually assaulted them. That didn´t hold water, so they moved on to the Russia hysteria. That house of cards has collapsed (Comrade Mueller´s lead investigator just quit), so now they´re trying to smear POTUS as a white supremacists. That too will fail, and it already looks like the string is starting to unwind on it, so they´ll undoubtedly move on to something else to try to undermine hiss presidency. Any bets on what the next smear will be?
One huge factual error in the article: the claim that Terry McAwful pardoned 60,000 felons to ensure his re-election. Wrong. In my state of Virginia, governors cannot serve consecutive terms, so McAwful is guaranteed to be gone next year. No, he pardoned the felons to guarantee that Hillary carried Virginia. It worked.
There is a mistake in the first paragraph which needs to be noted. Virginia has term limits on the governorship - one term only. When McAwful allowed those felons to vote it was to help elect Illary and he didn´t partdon them.
He tried to issue a blanket order which would allow all felons who had served their time the right to vote. The state Supreme Court disallowed his blanket approach and told him that he had to review each case individually. But the Clinton bagman and renter of the Lincoln Bedroom found a way around the court´s order...
He had his staff sign individual orders with an auto-pen and attach them to each felon´s file. It did slow him down to only 60,000 out of about twice that number who would have been allowed to vote under his blanket order.
And guess how many votes Illary won the state by. Yes, that´s right.
Otherwise, a great article. Of course it was a set-up and I believe that it will backfire in the left´s faces just as Ferguson, Baltimore, NYC and all the others did. Despite what Gruber and Illary say, Americans are not stupid. Nor are we in denial. We can easily see what is right in front of our faces.
Sessions lacks the cojones to become the disruptive force that effective AG´s must be to be effective. Too many years of ´commity´ and ´co-operation´ as a Senator have rendered him neutral if not neutered.
He fails both as Trump´s shield and as his sword.
Get him out of there now, Donald, or risk going out with this tide of Marxist collusion and criminality.
If?....... IF you say?..... We, ladies and gentlemen, are in a war not of our own starting. This war, as most do, began with gathering intel at all levels many years ago. Even minting a new term "Geoint" and a brand new shiney Agency for its gathering, use and dissemination. It was born of a smaller, much lesser know agency, renamed, repackaged with a brand new state-of-the-art compound and launched with much fanfare - only within the in "community". There was gnashing of teeth over how to name this new entity because it was to be given the ultimate in a government identifier as a power broker - a three letter acronym. After much discusiion and wrangling as only the establishment does, it was decided that a hyphen, that simple unifier of often overlooked in the English language. Walla!! Problem solved! An actual four letter agency was made into a powerful three letter agency. Whom would lead this newly minted shiney Congressional toy? Why the man who championed it´s concept, birth and stature Gen. James Clapper (Ret.).
Yes, a lot of things have been going on for a looong time. Much of which we know nothing about - yet.
I´ll take it one step further. It´s a setup, I´m done being reluctant to face the obvious, but here´s the real problem. This isn´t a radical fringe "Altleft" or whatever they are supposed to be. This is the mainstream democrat party and their media ministry of propoganda. This has the direct involvement in and support by the "resistance" which is being directed just blocks away from the white house from the Obama residence. Obama is an agent of the New World Order one world communist quest for global domination.
It´s high time we take the left at their word. They are so confident they don´t try to hide their intentions. When Obama spoke of his civilian army as well funded as the DoD we just let it go, isn´t he articulate you know. Stop and think about what he was really espousing, then place it in the context of our founding and why we loathed the concept of any standing army. He made no secret of his socialist beliefs. Do the math.
There, I said it now they can cart me off to the reeducation camp.
They will stop at nothing. Now is the monuments, then the books, then the flag, then the national anthem, then they will demand that American history is NOT taught in schools. They are at war with us and the president. Unfortunately, this will have to be stopped by force if necessary. Sessions should start putting people in jail. Obama and Clinton silence says it all.
I live in Virginia and have neighbors who are local PD or retired and have connections with other jurisdictions. Per them - 600 VA state troopers assigned to Charlottesville the Friday night before and they did nothing the next day. None of the usual pre-protest security precautions were taken: removing newspaper stands, etc.
McAuliffe flew to Charlottesville on a Fairfax PD helicopter -they have recording devices for all comms and apparently he was in constant communication with the Mayor of Charlottesville.
AG Sessions isn´t going to hotly pursue what took place in Charlottesville - not with his background as a Southerner and middle name of Beauregard. No, his investigation will quietly go nowhere.
DINGDINGDINGDINGDING!!! This entire episode has stunk to high heaven since the beginning. I´ve noticed a lot of alt right tweeters distancing themselves clearly from racist/white nationalist rabble. I do the same. They sicken me.
Never let a crisis go to waste. If you don´t have one; create one.
Let´s start at the beginning...SOMEONE applied for a permit to demonstrate...there´s a record...so, WHO? Who exactly was it and what organization do they represent? Unite The Right is progrssive astroturf, its "organizer" a well-known master installer of the stuff.
Someone´s civil rights were violated here, AG Sessions...let´s have an investigation by your vaunted "Civil Rights Division" and all its ultra-honest careerists to get all the facts out. Oh, wait, "Ol´ Beauregard" needs to wash his cat again.
FTA: "We know the left is skilled in all manner of dirty tricks. That sort of thing was Robert Creamer´s job for the Hillary campaign, hiring thugs to incite violence that could then be blamed on Trump supporters. Think of Ferguson, Baltimore, Berkeley, etc. Antifa and BLM are every bit as fascist as any of the supremacist groups; they are more violent and there are more of them..."
At OC/Costa Mesa Rally, friends could not get out of their car because of the violence which also kept me home; we saw the Philadelphia Rally cancelled; the attacks in San Jose with another police stand down thanks to the mayor; DT and team walk behind barriers on SF 101 to speak to an event...
Just found this undated disclosure of Soros-supported organizations and projects. Long, detailed.
ORGANIZATIONS FUNDED BY GEORGE SOROS AND HIS OPEN SOCIETY FOUNDATIONS
The upper portion of this page is devoted to organizations that are funded directly by George Soros and his Open Society Foundations (OSF). The lower portion of the page focuses on organizations which do not receive direct funding from Soros and OSF, but which receive money from one or more groups that do get direct OSF funding.
The same thing popped into my mind when I heard -I think on Hannity´s radio show- that the ´Unite the Right´ organizer was an ´Occupy Wall Street´ participant. Also heard NY City police officials saying that THEIR (NYC) procedure is to keep opposing groups separated, and the VA state troopers in Charlottesville ´stood down´.
At that point it popped into my head: -The so-called ´Antifa´ group answers to some unknown leftist controller (Soros type) -The ´white supremecist´ group in Charlottesville is headed by a leftist. -The state police are commanded by Gov. McAuliffe, ex-Clinton left-hand man.
Now I understand that the Mayor of Charlottesville has declared C´ville the ´Center of the Resistance´ or some such, so he is another leftist extremist.
I agree that the people protesting the removal of the statue were set up. By the way, I also state EMPHATICALLY that the KKK/National Socialist types are repugnant. The near-unanimous media condemnation of President Trump- regardless of what he said- ......
Mixing an another factor..... the press announcing that several heads of big companies quit Trump´s ´manufacturing council´ supposedly because of C´ville..... but these are Multinational companies, and Trump has ordered ´a better deal for America; NOT ´a better deal for multinational companies´.... I think these CEO´s joined the council to sway the policy toward what favors THEM.... NAFTA discussions have JUST started...and the US negotiators are following Trump´s policy. The CEO´s failed to sway the policy in their favor, so they quit and used C´vill as an excuse.
I never heard if anyone was even arrested in this riot. It was interesting that only white guys were brawling and that no shots were fired, even though some of the gun rights guys marching had weapons.
Was the reason the cops were withdrawn so that they wouldn´t have to arrest anyone? Arresting someone would mean we could research their past actions/crimes and determine motive. The only one we know for sure was the organizer, who must have had a "Damascus Road Experience" and switched sides from "Occupy Wall Street" to "Unite the Right"... a catchy slogan a leftoid might make up for his enemies.
It´s time to throw the evil George Soros out of our country. Maybe North Korea would welcome him with open arms. He continues to do great harm to America, while amassing billions using illicit business practices that damage the economies of decent countries.
When Jason Kessler is exposed as an Obamabot OWS supporting Leftist, I would agree that set up is indeed the term of the day. Unite the Right has mysteriously vanished from the media as well according to other sites I have been keeping up with.
This has Obama´s fingerprints all over it, and Soros as well.
FTA: "...the media and the Democrats in Congress seek to overthrow an elected president in order to impose their vision of some sort of socialist utopia which of course will never exist. What will result if they get their way is a Venezuela-style two-tiered class system, the ultra rich and the very poor who are kept in their place by economic and social control."
While I agree with the author on Charlottesville being a setup, without the "what if" qualification, I disagree that a communist media and democrat overthrow of Trump would result in anything remotely resembling Venezuela. In fact, I seriously doubt that the "victors" of the coup, and huge numbers of their communist supporters, would live long enough to celebrate another birthday, much less implement the government of their choice over a beaten down, docile citizenry. I can only surmise that the Vietcong would appear to be choirboys compared to what would likely befall the "victorious" coup leaders and soldiers of the ever-violent, psuedo-American left - or - Americans-in-name-only (AiNOS).
Students at San Diego State University have the opportunity to earn extra credit by determining their personal level of “white privilege.” Sociology professor Dae Elliot of San Diego State University has offered her students the opportunity to earn extra credit by filling out a form that reveals their unique level of “white privilege.” The form was inspired by the work of educator Peggy McIntosh, who helped popularize the concept of “white privilege” in the late 1980s. McIntosh famously compared “white privilege” to an invisible knapsack of social advantages that often go unnoticed by those who benefit from them. The examples
A federal appeals court in Seattle ruled Tuesday that police can only use force “proportional” to the threat they face, seriously damaging the Seattle Police Department’s ability to use firearms. The ruling from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the use of force reforms put in place by federal mandates under the Obama administration that required police to use only “objectively reasonable force, proportional to the threat or urgency of the situation,” the Associated Press reports. The unanimous ruling strikes down a lawsuit filed by a group of more than 120 Seattle officers in 2014 who claimed that the strict reforms infringe on
The Washington Post reports that President Trump’s statements to the U.N. about North Korea unsettled China and Russia. Trump said that “the United States has great strength and patience, but if it is forced to defend itself or its allies we will have no choice but to totally destroy North Korea.” China, through a state controlled newspaper, complained that Trump’s threat will “likely worsen the already volatile situation.” It called Trump’s posture an obstacle to “other countries’ efforts to persuade the two antagonists to talk. Russia moaned that “any military conflict means the deaths of civilians.” Russia should know, given
In the hours following President Trump’s speech to the United Nations Tuesday, the media frantically wondered if Trump wasn’t inviting nuclear war by condemning North Korea. Some networks like NBC, even sympathized with the American-hating regime of Iran while condemning our own president. MSNBC was no different, with anchor Brian Williams panicking on The Eleventh Hour September 20, that by Trump calling America “sovereign” he was sending a “dog whistle” to the UN that we didn’t need them anymore. Williams was joined by a panel of liberal guests who shared his negative take on Trump’s speech.
No sooner had President Trump finished his United Nations speech on Tuesday than the media had already latched onto its most colorful phrases. Naturally, when a U.S. president refers to Kim Jong Un as "Rocket Man" and threatens to "totally destroy North Korea" if it attacks, that´s the part of the speech that everyone is going to dwell on. In fact, it would surprise us if this doesn´t become Trump´s "Rocket Man" speech in future history texts. But Trump did much more than rattle that saber in his speech. Probably his more important contribution was to restore a sense of realism in U.N. diplomats who have in many cases lost
Armed FBI agenst with guns drawn busted into Paul Manafort’s home as Manafort and his wife lay in bed. The FBI agents insisted on searching Kathleen Manafort for weapons — after they barged into her home. This is Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ FBI. Sessions needs to go now. (Tweet) The New York Post reported: Gun-wielding FBI agents busted into Paul Manafort’s home as he was asleep in bed and even searched his wife for weapons, it was revealed Tuesday. Agents took an unusually tough approach in executing a search warrant, dealing with potential financial crimes by President Trump’s former campaign chief,
SEOUL/TOKYO- U.S. President Donald Trump´s speech to the United Nations, where he warned he would "totally destroy" North Korea if threatened, reinforced the need for Pyongyang to realise it must give up its nuclear weapons, South Korea said on Wednesday. In a hard-edged speech to the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday, Trump mocked North Korean leader Kim Jong Un as a "rocket man" for his repeated ballistic missile tests. "We view the speech as portraying a firm and specific stance on the key issues regarding keeping peace and safety that the international community and the United Nations are faced
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton implored federal employees to remain in their posts despite their political opposition to President Donald Trump Tuesday night on her first book tour stop in Washington, D.C. Clinton urged federal employees to “Stick it out, stick it out, because the tide has to turn,” during a book signing event at the Warner Theatre, Politico reports. She asked that they not resign despite the “disregard, even contempt, among many in this administration about what federal workers know and what they’ve done, and the advice they can give.” Clinton cited the heightened tensions between the U.S.
Former Obama communications director Jen Psaki said Tuesday that Sen. Robert Menendez´s (D., N.J) excuses for failing to repay a major gift "didn´t really pass the smell test." Menendez is currently standing trial in federal court on 12 corruption-related charges, including six counts of bribery. His case stems from his long and seemingly lucrative relationship with mega-donor and Florida ophthalmologist Dr. Salomon Melgen. Psaki appeared on CNN´s "The Lead," where host Jake Tapper played a 2013 clip in which CNN reporter Dana Bash asked Menendez why he took so long to pay back $60,000 for multiple flights with Melgen. Menendez
The Washington Post reports that a "chilling new study´ shows that large numbers of college students are hostile to free speech. They believe that shouting down speakers they don´t like and committing violence against them is acceptable. They fail to recognize that ´hate speech´ is protected by the First Amendment." According to columnist Catherine Rampell: A fifth of undergrads now say it´s acceptable to use physical force to silence a speaker who makes "offensive and hurtful statements." That´s one finding from a disturbing new survey of students conducted by John Villasenor, a Brookings Institution senior fellow and University of California
Angry parents expressed outrage after actress Janine Turner’s “conservative” presentation on the Constitution to fifth and sixth graders at Eubanks Middle School in Southlake, Texas. Turner, the founder of “Constituting America,” spoke to the middle schoolers on Sept. 12 about patriotism and the meaning of America’s founding document. She gave a lecture to promote “civic engagement and understanding of constitutional rights,” the mission of her nonpartisan organization. “‘Constituting America’ seeks to promote the Constitution for students of all ages,” according to its website. (Tweet) “The program itself was great as she talked about love for country and being a good
In his first speech to the United Nations on Tuesday, President Trump put the rogue regimes of Iran and North Korea noticed by calling on the world to stand up to their threatening ways. But NBC Nightly News took acceptation to Trump’s targeting of Iran and defended them in an interview Anchor Lester Holt had with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani. “And minutes before President Trump ripped Iran in that nuclear deal in his speech today, I sat down with Iran´s President Hassan Rouhani who pointed out U.N. watchdog in charge of policing Iran’s nuclear activities has thus far found Iran
A Texas woman has been getting ridiculed online for being “too sensitive” after she blasted the arts-and-crafts chain Hobby Lobby for selling faux raw cotton stalks — which she found offensive. “This decor is WRONG on SO many levels,” Daniell Rider posted on Facebook this past Thursday, along with a photo of the phony textile plants. “There is nothing decorative about raw cotton…A commodity which was gained at the expense of African-American slaves,” she said. “A little sensitivity goes a long way. PLEASE REMOVE THIS ‘decor.´” Rider, who is black, appeared to take the picture of the cotton herself
Hillary Clinton told host Terry Gross on NPR’s “Fresh Air” Monday that she may challenge the results of the 2016 presidential election. “No, I wouldn’t rule it out,” Hillary said in a response to a question asking if she would “rule out questioning the legitimacy of this election.” Clinton stated that she believes the Russian government influenced the election in favor of Trump, and that this could make the outcome illegitimate. “[Trump knew] they were trying to do whatever they could to discredit me with emails, so there’s obviously a trail there… There’s no doubt they influenced the election: We now know more
Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports,” while reacting to President Donald Trump’s speech at United Nations, former White House press secretary for the Obama administration Josh Earnest said the overall speech lacked “coherence,” and Trump mocking North Korea’s leader Kim Jong-un was “foolish.” Earnest said, “Having sat in the hall of the United Nations where the president of the United States delivers an address for gathered world leaders — that’s something I did for the last three years—what you know world leaders are looking for in that room is a coherent strategy for taking on the biggest challenges around the
Climate change poses less of an immediate threat to the planet than previously thought because scientists got their modelling wrong, a new study has found. New research by British scientists reveals the world is being polluted and warming up less quickly than 10-year-old forecasts predicted, giving countries more time to get a grip on their carbon output. (Snip) The discrepancy means nations could continue emitting carbon dioxide at the current rate for another 20 years before the target was breached, instead of the three to five predicted by the previous model. “When you are talking about a budget of 1.5
Special Counsel Robert Mueller´s team is reaching back more than a decade in its investigation of Paul Manafort, a sign of the pressure Mueller is placing on President Donald Trump´s former campaign chairman. The FBI´s warrant for a July search of Manafort´s Alexandria, Virginia, home said the investigation centered on possible crimes committed as far back as January 2006, according to a source briefed on the investigation. The broad time frame is the latest indication that Mueller´s team is going well beyond Russian meddling during the campaign as part of its investigation of Trump campaign associates. Manafort,
United Nations - The Latest on President Donald Trump and North Korea (all times local): 8:00 a.m. Former Secretary of State John Kerry says President Donald Trump´s United Nations speech may have put America in isolation and danger. Appearing on MSNBC´s "Morning Joe" show Wednesday, Kerry criticized Trump´s harsh rhetoric against North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. Kerry said, "You have to ask yourself: Is America safer because of ´rocket man?" He was referring to Trump´s characterization of Kim. Kerry said that kind of harsh language will make it harder for the United States to engage in diplomacy on
Union — A violent brawl over the weekend between two couples at a local Walmart was captured on video showing punches being exchanged as children watched and attempted to intervene. The video appears to show the two couples fighting Saturday near the jewelry section in the store on Springfield Road in Union. (Snip) The two men can be seen exchanging blows as the two women brawl at the same time. A third woman can be seen attempting to break up the fight between the two women with two young children also trying to intervene. Dozens of customers looked on at the ensuing
Democratic Gov. Jerry Brown of California compared President Donald Trump supporters to prehistoric cave dwellers Monday during a New York climate event. Brown, an outspoken Trump critic, issued an usually harsh derision of Trump supporters after dismissing the president’s rhetoric on climate change science and U.S. policy toward North Korea as “stupid and dangerous and silly.” “They’re both kind of very similar,” Brown said. “You should check out the derivation of ‘Trump-ite’ and ‘troglodyte,’ because they both refer to people who dwell in deep, dark caves.” Brown attended the climate event, which coincided with the U.N. meeting in New York,
Liberal Brown University is set to offer segregated dinners for black and Muslim students on the tail of recent Antifa protests that have turned violent over the last few months. Purporting to offer “racial reconciliation,” Brown administrators took a $300,000 grant from the Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) to “break down racial hierarchies and create a positive narrative about race in the community,” the College Fix reported. The money was supplied by donations by liberal organizations such as the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, and Newman’s Own Foundation. There will be two separate segregated “dinner discussion groups,” one for African
U.S. investigators wiretapped President Trump’s campaign chairman Paul Manafort, according to a report by CNN that vindicates the president’s earlier claims, which were mocked as a conspiracy theory. President Trump had tweeted on March 4: “Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my “wires tapped” in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!” (Tweet) Breitbart News editor Joel Pollak had reported the day before Trump’s tweet that the Obama administration “sought, and eventually obtained, authorization to eavesdrop on the Trump campaign: continued monitoring the Trump team even when no evidence of wrongdoing was found.” Trump’s claim,
Hillary Clinton on Monday would not rule out the possibility of challenging the results of the 2016 presidential election, saying it’s clear the Russians influenced the outcome and that the legitimacy of President Trump’s victory could be called into question as congressional and independent probes into Russian involvement move forward. (Snip) “I wouldn’t rule it out,” she said, though she quickly admitted there’s virtually no legal path forward, and that challenging election results at this point would be unprecedented. “There are scholars, academics, who have arguments that it would be [possible], but I don’t think they’re on
President Trump disturbed some in the press after vowing in his United Nations speech to "destroy" North Korea should the country attack the U.S. In his speech, Trump referred to North Korean President Kim Jong Un as "Rocket Man" and said he was on a "suicide mission" in advancing the country´s nuclear weapons development. "The United States has great strength and patience, but if it is forced to defend itself or its allies, we will have no choice but to totally destroy North Korea," he said. On Twitter, MSNBC host Lawrence O'Donnell said Trump "threatened to commit a war crime" by threatening North Korea.
