Senate Intel Chair Says Russia Probe

The Senate Intelligence Committee could finish up its investigation into Russian meddling in the presidential campaign within the next few months, the chairman of the panel said in a new interview. “I’m still hopeful that we can bring finality to this by the end of the year,” North Carolina Sen. Richard Burr told The New York Times in a podcast interview, adding, “but I also can’t anticipate anything new that might come up that we don’t know today that would extend it by a month or two months.” That’s the most concrete timetable offered yet in any of the investigations

The fact that we aren´t hearing anything concrete coming out against Trump tells me all I need to know about their "findings". If there was damaging info out there, we would already know about it from Warner or other members on the committee and the staff.

And quit covering for Mueller. He is going to take longer because he is trying to find that pony no matter how big the pile!

Did the Russians influence the millions of people who voted in the key states to win the electors?

THAT is the only relevant issue here.

Hildebeest was unlikable, untrustworthy, demeaning, santimonious, and made relationships with groups which much of the public doesn´t like.

With the enthusiastic help of a willing media trying to give the public the slip, a screw job of Bernie Sanders, a sellout of influence to Arab countries who kill homosexuals and wo treat women and children as sexual slavees, and using her office to get rich, this is still being played?

As Der Schlicmeister said, "its time to get to the business at hand".

There shouldn´t be any investigation. The whole Russia angle was thought up as an excuse by the Hillary campaign. Just once I´d like a GOP senator come out and say that Obama himself (not his administration) was the most corrupt president and a vile politician.

However, Mueller´s witch hunt will go on until at least

1. January 2021
2. January 2025
3. Impeachment, Resignation or Death of Donald Trump, whichever comes first.

The best way to finish this charade is for the DOJ to appoint an independent counsel, "above reproach" to investigate the charges against Hillary Clinton and the Democrats (national security, obstruction of justice, use of government agencies including the intelligence services to spy upon domestic political opponents).

And hire Republican donor attorneys and spend dollar-for-dollar what Mueller and his crew are spending (which should be easy to track since they have a month or two head start).

My guess is that Mueller would finish his report by the end of the week.

China is providing Harvard University with $360 million that a former military intelligence analyst says appears to be part of an effort to influence one of America’s most important educational institutions. Anders Corr, a former government analyst who specializes in foreign influence operations, stated in a letter to Vice President Mike Pence that a Chinese military-linked company, JT Capital, gave $10 million to Harvard in 2014, the same year the family of Ronnie Chan, a Hong Kong real estate mogul with ties to China, announced it is giving $350 million to the university. Members of the national media are disputing President Trump´s decision to blame the "alt-left" for engaging in acts of violence, and many say there is no such thing even though the term has been used for months. Trump said in a Tuesday press conference that "both sides" bear some of the blame for the violence at a white supremacy rally in Charlottesville, Va., and asked why reporters were ignoring reports that the "alt-left ... came charging at the ... alt-right." Afterward, some journalists and news organizations delved into his use of "alt-left" as though he had coined it on the spot. "Trump

The national debate about the fate of statues honoring Confederate politicians and military officers has reached a new level, with a black lawmakers´ group saying such memorials should be banned from the U.S. Capitol.
