A Consequential President in the
Time of Pygmies

American Thinker, by Clarice Feldman

Once when my son was about 6 or 7 I took him to the circus with some of his friends. The acrobats, clowns, and lion tamer in the center ring enthralled the other kids. Not him. He turned to me and said, “How do you think they make money producing a circus? I think it’s the concessions.” It struck me then that among the people in the world, there are some -- too few, actually -- who are not distracted by spectacles, but, instead, keep their eyes on the bottom line. That’s how I see the President. His stated goals have

If you just ignored all the enemedia noise all week and just waited for Clarice´s article each weekend you´d not only be fully informed but also your blood pressure would be a lot lower. The one thing that still keeps my blood pressure up is knowing that our very consequential President still has a herd of GOPe pygmy elephants trying to stampede him over a cliff.

Ditto to #1 on the blood pressure readings. Nobody on earth explains it like Clarice can. We owe her big time.

Putin may have been focused on destroying the legitimacy of our elections but I still think he would have strongly preferred having Hillary win. He could control her and the dems by using their stupidity and greed against them, not so with D. Trump. But that idea destroys the whole Trump/Russia collusion angle so the dems deny that.

The world tilted on it´s axis the day after the election. Once Trump was elected, everything changed. They dangled the shiny object of Russian interference as the main distraction.

Once the MSM all ran to the light on that, they were busy busy busy covering all the dirt on Hillary and the many dirty tricks the O administration has been doing the last year or so. Brennan, Comey, Lynch, Clapper up to their eyeballs in nothing less than political espionage.

It is a great honor for me that Ms. Feldman frequently responds to my comments in her Facebook threads, and even moreso that she "likes" my postings very often. Of today´s commentators, she and Mark Steyn rule the roost, IMO. :-)

FTA "Is he trying to provoke his firing and a crisis? Or is he continuing the game he and James Comey first played on President Bush with the nonsensical Plamegate investigation, which in both cases were ginned up by false reports from left-wing provocateur David Corn?"

My guess is Mueller will be pleased with either knowing the Republicans already have the vapors over his needed firing by President Trump. The fact that Unconstitutional legislation has been introduced by Republicans to prevent his firing and the Republican controlled Senate is staying in session to prevent any recess appoints by President Trump has given Mueller the green light to go away where look for anything. Mueller and his Democrat lawyers know how to create a crime where none exists and get a conviction in solid Democrat Washington DC! The Republicans are now driving this investigation not the Democrats what a despicable bunch - Ryan, McCain. Graham, McConnell, Flake, and all the rest of the NeverTrumpers in Congress!

Putin had already bribed and corrupted Hillary -- as Crying Chuck the Schmuck Schumer might put it, he had "six ways to Sunday" to blackmail her if she ever became POTUS. His effort to compromise Donald Trump -- the stinking, slippery, steaming pile of schumer known as the "dossier," so palpably false that only John McCain, J.Edgar Comey and the Obama thugs thought it was useful -- has backfired bigly on Putin, as now President (!!!)Trump will destroy the economy and thus the political power of Putin´s Russia, AKA "a gas station pretending to be a nation." In due course, the Putin puppets behind the dossier -- particularly Fusion GPS and its many tentacles, enablers, paymasters and Enemedia publicists -- will backfire bigly on the Democrat thugs and their media wing, the Fake and Fraudulent Enemedia Enterprises, led by the Amazon Washington Post, Carlos Slim´s money sinkhole the New York Slimes, and the Old Faithful of Fake News, CNN.

There are reasons to not like Trump...his crudeness, street fighting lingo, and such,
but in my opinion, the real fear of the establishment is he can disrupt and expose the cozy bipartisan relationships in D.C., republicans and media included. A politician becoming president knows the game and is rather a safe bet in that he is already part of it, or can be coerced to keep those relationships private and whole.

We, I mean conservatives, keep saying government is too big. Let´s just start firing a whole bunch of people maybe 25% of various government entities like the department of justice and replace select few that are in critical positions. Yes there will be a learning curve with little activity, but when that occurs not much would get done which is called small government. Then maybe government will focus on the important aspects of governance.

“In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate,” a terrorist declares on the Flight 93 cockpit recording. That’s followed by the sounds of the terrorists assaulting a passenger. “Please don’t hurt me,” he pleads. “Oh God.” As the passengers rush the cabin, a Muslim terrorist proclaims, “In the name of Allah.” As New York firefighters struggle up the South Tower with 100 pounds of equipment on their backs trying to save lives until the very last moment, the Flight 93 passengers push toward the cockpit. The Islamic hijackers call out, “Allahu Akbar.” The Islamic supremacist term originated with Mohammed’s massacre

But hey – when Donald Trump kept his promise to undo DACA, that sure spurred the True Conservatives to action. The deductibles my employees pay just went up two grand a year because

It was early, very early in Los Angeles. Dawn was just beginning -- the horizon was a pure clear blue, the sky still dark enough that the constellations could be seen. The freeways were full, but the traffic was flowing well, and people on the road were congratulating themselves for their early start, or grateful their night shift was over and thinking about home and bed. Most people, though, were still asleep. Hardly anyone was worrying about North Korea -- China and Russia had finally come around on greater sanctions, and the common opinion was that a military coup was coming

What happens to a country whose most important police force — and its key investigators — is no longer telling the truth to the citizens of that nation? Nothing good, I´m sure most would agree. There´s almost no point in going through all the analogies to despotic regimes. Writers from George Orwell to Arthur Koestler have already done it for us. But those analogies come immediately to mind following two revelations regarding our Federal Bureau of Investigation that surfaced this week. In one instance, the FBI refused to turn over documents regarding the Hillary Clinton emails because of -- wait

The left has been pushing the notion that masculinity is “toxic” and must be rooted out. Classes of college students are propagandized to this point of view, often mandatorily imposed. “Feminist“ speakers and books for young girls promote it and women’s magazines are full of such drivel. This week it’s apparent that it’s this kind of nonsense that’s toxic, not masculinity. Often it’s a cover for jealousy and a corrupt search for power. President Donald Trump is the only entity who knows specifically what he’s going to do in the moments leading up to what he’s going to do; no-one else. As I went through it over the weekend, though, what struck me most was how the wounded Democrat coped after her crushing defeat last November. In short, Clinton has read voraciously and eclectically — for escape, for solace and for answers. The collection of works that she cites across 494 pages showcases a top-flight intellect and would make for a compelling graduate school seminar.
