The New York contingent of plotters gathered in the Times building so they could use the company’s considerable communications resources to monitor the coup. In Washington, the plotters were spread out – the State Department, the FBI headquarters (the new Director was under arrest and his Obama holdout deputies were overseeing the arrest of key Republicans, conservative Supreme Court justices, and other appointed officials). The Pentagon was paralyzed – the plotters had enlisted enough officers to prevent an effective counter response. And, of course, the NSA had ensured that all comms out of the besieged White House were down. Elsewhere,
Comments: Dissent has morphed into criminality, indeed.
Why go to all this trouble when the GOP, the elected Marxists, the Deep State complex, and news-education-entertainment complex are making it all happen now without a shot fired, just like Kruschev said?
Trump-Russia fake story with real investigation to impeach Trump 24/7/365 vs Hillary crimes, DWS crimes in broad daylight with cricket sounds from the GOP and everyone else? Hellllooooo?

It´s a little jumpy, the premise is sketchy (terrorists in WH goes on too long to be believable) and the conclusion isn´t satisfying but do read. Gives you an indication of how deep the Obama corruption in the military may have gone.
It´s not entirely far fetched! But not without the help from the so called GOPe.
Ya know, it´s about time for the people who supposedly vote Republican, to START ACTING LIKE IT!
I´m sick of the elite in DC and NYC thinking they have to keep telling us "told ya so" on Trump. Most of the stuff they "told ya" is of their own creation anyway! Trump would be perfectly happy going about his job to MAGA, without all the drama and political crap he is constantly having to combat. True he should just ignore most of it, but who could? He is not only human with a rather large ego, but because he is not a part of the political club of thinking, he doesnt know how. To all the pols, its politics first. To the never Trumpers... WE voted for him. Support him and what he is trying to do, or at least shut up about him! There is certainly enough outrage that could be covered going on in the DIM party!
The other fun read by Kurt is "People´s Republic". Kurt tosses in little hilariously funny Libtarded treats like, "Responsible Soup" serviced in these crazy leftist cafes. It´s super fun to read his adventures in Liberal Fantasy Land. He really is brutal to them in his books. I love it.
Unlike Obama, who did everything he could to force military officers committed to their oaths of office out, President Trump seems to appreciate them.
The character of Generals the President has chosen for high positions in his administration, Mattis, Kelly and McMaster, shows that he understands and appreciates the difference!
A major advantage is that whether Academy graduates or graduates of other universities who managed to escape progressive academia with their minds intact, they remember the oath they took when commissioned.
And like us lesser officers, who took the same oath, they were not relieved of that obligation to the Constitution when they left military service.
There may be some generals who would do something like this but the company grades who actually fly the aircraft and command the troops would remember their oaths "to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign or domestic" and the "coup" would find itself overwhelmed quite rapidly.
Might get that far, but the author and I agree in how it would go if it did.
I said yesterday that at least 20 to 30 governors would bring their full Nat Guard (tanks, artillery, aircraft) into play for the President, and that any local pols who publicly expressed support in most of this country would be unlikely to survive the day, at the hands of American patriots who are well armed and will NOT stand for this.
Clearly, the upper levels of the Enemedia and their leftists pol friends living in isolation in NYC, LA, SanFran and a few other places are very, very out of touch with the country. But, I doubt that they are so out of touch as to imagine that this could work, and actually try it.
Hope they are not that stupid. As the author said, "But in red America, the response was different. Patriots watched Hillary on their television, then unlocked their gun safes."
Yes, we would not let a coup stand and we outnumber them 10 to 1, or better, and most of us are armed and trained, supporting the duly elected President. I dearly hope we never have to raise arms against other Americans. The events of the 1860s should never be repeated. But, as they say, ´the enemy gets a vote´.

I also believe that NYPD, NYFD and their fellow officers and brass in surrounding counties would not stand down to rioting as depicted here. Warren Wilhelm aka DeBlasio and his charming wife might find themselves under house arrest or stowed on a subway stuck under the East River. Check their reactions to assassinated officers.
Can´t guess for LAPD. SF and Oakland would burn. San Diego still has enough military and retired to be OK.
I believe however that NJ in the usual urban areas and in the northern suburbs would be bad news, as would Suffolk County where MS 13 has a big presence. Cuomo would call out the Guard to protect HIM.
President Trump gave his first official speech to the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday morning, and was immediately berated by the New York Times (Trump´s "characteristically confrontational message") and the Washington Post ("Trump´s menacing United Nations speech, annotated"). Sen. Dianne Feinstein lambasted him for words that "greatly escalated the danger" from Iran and North Korea. And the foreign minister of Venezuela´s socialist dictatorship, Jorge Arreaza -- apparently trying to formulate some sort of supreme insult -- compared Trump in 2017 to President Ronald Reagan in 1982. With that kind of reaction, you might just start to suspect that Trump
President Trump’s total vindication over his wiretap claim reminds me of one of the most important things I have discovered over the past couple of years: If the national media loses its ever-loving mind and launches a campaign to brand Trump a liar, that can mean only one thing — that Trump is not only telling the truth, he is telling a Big Truth, an inconvenient truth, a truth the MSM does not want the American people to hear. Almost exactly two years ago this sick pattern developed over then-candidate Trump’s assertion that he had seen “thousands” of American Muslims celebrate
Last week, CNN revealed (and excused) one phase of the Obama spying operation on Trump. After lying about it on MSNBC, Susan Rice admitted unmasking the identities of Trump officials to Congress. Rice was unmasking the names of Trump officials a month before leaving office. The targets may have included her own successor, General Flynn, who was forced out of office using leaked surveillance. While Rice’s targets weren’t named, the CNN story listed a meeting with Flynn, Bannon and Kushner. Bannon was Trump’s former campaign chief executive and a senior adviser. Kushner is a senior adviser. Those are exactly the
“In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate,” a terrorist declares on the Flight 93 cockpit recording. That’s followed by the sounds of the terrorists assaulting a passenger. “Please don’t hurt me,” he pleads. “Oh God.” As the passengers rush the cabin, a Muslim terrorist proclaims, “In the name of Allah.” As New York firefighters struggle up the South Tower with 100 pounds of equipment on their backs trying to save lives until the very last moment, the Flight 93 passengers push toward the cockpit. The Islamic hijackers call out, “Allahu Akbar.” The Islamic supremacist term originated with Mohammed’s massacre
So what does the GOP establishment do in 2018 when it comes before us dirty, nasty normals and tries to make the case that its members deserve being reelected to Congress instead of being tarred and feathered? After seven years of solemn assurances, it couldn’t even get its act together and keep its promise to put a stake through the heart of the abomination that is Obamacare. But hey – when Donald Trump kept his promise to undo DACA, that sure spurred the True Conservatives to action. The deductibles my employees pay just went up two grand a year because
It was early, very early in Los Angeles. Dawn was just beginning -- the horizon was a pure clear blue, the sky still dark enough that the constellations could be seen. The freeways were full, but the traffic was flowing well, and people on the road were congratulating themselves for their early start, or grateful their night shift was over and thinking about home and bed. Most people, though, were still asleep. Hardly anyone was worrying about North Korea -- China and Russia had finally come around on greater sanctions, and the common opinion was that a military coup was coming
What happens to a country whose most important police force — and its key investigators — is no longer telling the truth to the citizens of that nation? Nothing good, I´m sure most would agree. There´s almost no point in going through all the analogies to despotic regimes. Writers from George Orwell to Arthur Koestler have already done it for us. But those analogies come immediately to mind following two revelations regarding our Federal Bureau of Investigation that surfaced this week. In one instance, the FBI refused to turn over documents regarding the Hillary Clinton emails because of -- wait
The left has been pushing the notion that masculinity is “toxic” and must be rooted out. Classes of college students are propagandized to this point of view, often mandatorily imposed. “Feminist“ speakers and books for young girls promote it and women’s magazines are full of such drivel. This week it’s apparent that it’s this kind of nonsense that’s toxic, not masculinity. Often it’s a cover for jealousy and a corrupt search for power. Vogue Skunked Beginning with the less overtly significant, we have the Stiletto war. When stunningly gorgeous Melania Trump headed off for Texas to comfort the residents beset
Now we know why the FBI made the absurd claim that it would not release its files on the Hillary Clinton email investigation for alleged lack of public interest. The FBI was covering up its obstruction of justice in the, er, “matter” knowing full well that former Director James Comey had already exonerated Hillary Clinton before the alleged investigation was complete and all witnesses had been interviewed and months before Comey falsely claimed in his announcement that no competent prosecutor would take Hillary’s case. In withholding the files sought under Freedom of Information Act requests, the FBI forgot that it and
President Trump announced a decision on DACA will be Tuesday. Will this finally begin the “Big Ugly” confrontation? Possibly, but one thing is certain, right now he’s probing. CTH is not a seer of Donald Trump, and anyone who would claim they are should be necessarily dismissed. President Donald Trump is the only entity who knows specifically what he’s going to do in the moments leading up to what he’s going to do; no-one else. However, that said, CTH does have a pretty good sense of what evaluation processes Trump takes prior to action. There are indications Tuesday might be the
How many flood victims in South Texas have been rescued by the Antifa navy? Just asking, because on TV this week I’ve been watching the “Cajun Navy” pull one Dunkirk after another all around the Gulf Coast. And those good old boys look like they just came off the set of “Duck Dynasty.” They could be wearing MAGA hats. Hell, I’ll bet one or two of them may have even been falsely accused of committing a fake hate crime or two since the election by some unhinged Social Justice Warrior. They are, to coin a phrase, deplorables. Hell, a Chick-fil-A franchise
The Grand Old Party is about to commit suicide. All this talk about Trump this, and Trump that, masks a far bigger political controversy. The Republican Party leadership in Washington, D.C., has fundamentally betrayed its constituents and they are about to learn that they’ve been double-crossed — for years. Every Republican candidate’s stock speech sounds the same, the thunderous roar about a government out of control, federal spending out of control (insert charts and graphs and why, if you stack hundred dollar bills, they will reach the edge of the universe), federal taxes out of control (insert comparisons to socialist countries),
A Texas woman has been getting ridiculed online for being “too sensitive” after she blasted the arts-and-crafts chain Hobby Lobby for selling faux raw cotton stalks — which she found offensive. “This decor is WRONG on SO many levels,” Daniell Rider posted on Facebook this past Thursday, along with a photo of the phony textile plants. “There is nothing decorative about raw cotton…A commodity which was gained at the expense of African-American slaves,” she said. “A little sensitivity goes a long way. PLEASE REMOVE THIS ‘decor.´” Rider, who is black, appeared to take the picture of the cotton herself
Hillary Clinton told host Terry Gross on NPR’s “Fresh Air” Monday that she may challenge the results of the 2016 presidential election. “No, I wouldn’t rule it out,” Hillary said in a response to a question asking if she would “rule out questioning the legitimacy of this election.” Clinton stated that she believes the Russian government influenced the election in favor of Trump, and that this could make the outcome illegitimate. “[Trump knew] they were trying to do whatever they could to discredit me with emails, so there’s obviously a trail there… There’s no doubt they influenced the election: We now know more
Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports,” while reacting to President Donald Trump’s speech at United Nations, former White House press secretary for the Obama administration Josh Earnest said the overall speech lacked “coherence,” and Trump mocking North Korea’s leader Kim Jong-un was “foolish.” Earnest said, “Having sat in the hall of the United Nations where the president of the United States delivers an address for gathered world leaders — that’s something I did for the last three years—what you know world leaders are looking for in that room is a coherent strategy for taking on the biggest challenges around the
Climate change poses less of an immediate threat to the planet than previously thought because scientists got their modelling wrong, a new study has found. New research by British scientists reveals the world is being polluted and warming up less quickly than 10-year-old forecasts predicted, giving countries more time to get a grip on their carbon output. (Snip) The discrepancy means nations could continue emitting carbon dioxide at the current rate for another 20 years before the target was breached, instead of the three to five predicted by the previous model. “When you are talking about a budget of 1.5
Special Counsel Robert Mueller´s team is reaching back more than a decade in its investigation of Paul Manafort, a sign of the pressure Mueller is placing on President Donald Trump´s former campaign chairman. The FBI´s warrant for a July search of Manafort´s Alexandria, Virginia, home said the investigation centered on possible crimes committed as far back as January 2006, according to a source briefed on the investigation. The broad time frame is the latest indication that Mueller´s team is going well beyond Russian meddling during the campaign as part of its investigation of Trump campaign associates. Manafort,
United Nations - The Latest on President Donald Trump and North Korea (all times local): 8:00 a.m. Former Secretary of State John Kerry says President Donald Trump´s United Nations speech may have put America in isolation and danger. Appearing on MSNBC´s "Morning Joe" show Wednesday, Kerry criticized Trump´s harsh rhetoric against North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. Kerry said, "You have to ask yourself: Is America safer because of ´rocket man?" He was referring to Trump´s characterization of Kim. Kerry said that kind of harsh language will make it harder for the United States to engage in diplomacy on
Union — A violent brawl over the weekend between two couples at a local Walmart was captured on video showing punches being exchanged as children watched and attempted to intervene. The video appears to show the two couples fighting Saturday near the jewelry section in the store on Springfield Road in Union. (Snip) The two men can be seen exchanging blows as the two women brawl at the same time. A third woman can be seen attempting to break up the fight between the two women with two young children also trying to intervene. Dozens of customers looked on at the ensuing
Democratic Gov. Jerry Brown of California compared President Donald Trump supporters to prehistoric cave dwellers Monday during a New York climate event. Brown, an outspoken Trump critic, issued an usually harsh derision of Trump supporters after dismissing the president’s rhetoric on climate change science and U.S. policy toward North Korea as “stupid and dangerous and silly.” “They’re both kind of very similar,” Brown said. “You should check out the derivation of ‘Trump-ite’ and ‘troglodyte,’ because they both refer to people who dwell in deep, dark caves.” Brown attended the climate event, which coincided with the U.N. meeting in New York,
Hillary Clinton´s "What Happened" had a big debut. Clinton´s book about her stunning loss in 2016 to Donald Trump sold more than 300,000 copies in the combined formats of hardcover, e-book and audio, Simon & Schuster told The Associated Press on Wednesday. The book´s hardcover sales of 168,000 was the highest opening for any nonfiction release in five years, according to NPD BookScan, which tracks around 85 percent of retail print sales. Mark Owen´s "No Easy Day," a 2012 memoir about the killing of Osama bin Laden, sold more than 250,000 copies in its first week. Sales for "What Happened"
Liberal Brown University is set to offer segregated dinners for black and Muslim students on the tail of recent Antifa protests that have turned violent over the last few months. Purporting to offer “racial reconciliation,” Brown administrators took a $300,000 grant from the Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) to “break down racial hierarchies and create a positive narrative about race in the community,” the College Fix reported. The money was supplied by donations by liberal organizations such as the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, and Newman’s Own Foundation. There will be two separate segregated “dinner discussion groups,” one for African
U.S. investigators wiretapped President Trump’s campaign chairman Paul Manafort, according to a report by CNN that vindicates the president’s earlier claims, which were mocked as a conspiracy theory. President Trump had tweeted on March 4: “Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my “wires tapped” in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!” (Tweet) Breitbart News editor Joel Pollak had reported the day before Trump’s tweet that the Obama administration “sought, and eventually obtained, authorization to eavesdrop on the Trump campaign: continued monitoring the Trump team even when no evidence of wrongdoing was found.” Trump’s claim,
Hillary Clinton on Monday would not rule out the possibility of challenging the results of the 2016 presidential election, saying it’s clear the Russians influenced the outcome and that the legitimacy of President Trump’s victory could be called into question as congressional and independent probes into Russian involvement move forward. (Snip) “I wouldn’t rule it out,” she said, though she quickly admitted there’s virtually no legal path forward, and that challenging election results at this point would be unprecedented. “There are scholars, academics, who have arguments that it would be [possible], but I don’t think they’re on
