Costs of green electricity
driving Aussies off the grid

When greenies get their way, poor people suffer. Global warming hysteria tends to be an affliction of the affluent, who don’t have to worry about where their next meal is coming from or how they will keep the lights on at night. But for those lacking the leisure to hypothesize a crisis that keeps getting stuck on pause, the costs of green energy can wreck lives. It is happening in Australia, in the State of Queensland, ironcally rich in coal deposits: The Sunday Mail of Brisbane explains in an editorial: TODAY’S confronting revelation that more than 464 Queenslanders a week are having their

Just a note. Replacing 1 large coal fired power plant (2 gigawatts) with wind turbines requires about 800 square miles of land (500,000 acres) at about 30% efficiency due to weather conditions.

amen amen. the renewables are uncertain power, and you cannot build an economy on them. Canada is an exception bc its hydro is spread over so many many climates that it ends up acceptably steady. smaller countries cannot do that. sentence of poverty.

My advice to our Aussie cousins is to start hanging out with any aborigine frinds you might have, so after the Greenies destroy your grid, you´ll be able to survive by squatting on dirt and eating grubs untill all the Greenies have died off.

Or...you can vote them out now. Take your pick.

Same here.

The title of this column reflects the first thought I had on the news of Steve Bannon´s resignation last Friday as President Trump´s strategic advisor. Although I do not know Mr. Bannon personally, the impression I have gotten from reading biographies of him, as well as my knowledge of his enunciated beliefs, his patriotism, and the pivotal role he played in galvanizing Donald Trump´s presidential campaign, caused me to believe that he was the one individual with the intellectual firepower, intestinal fortitude, and strategic vision to check the unchecked growth of our government. CNN hit a new low – and that‘s saying a lot – Tuesday night in its coverage of President Trump’s speech in Phoenix. The former news channel is now little more than a propaganda mouthpiece for the Deep State. On Tuesday, it used a half dozen anti-Trump panelists, with no one representing a counter view, to introduce a new fake news meme: Not only is the 45th POTUS a racist and a Nazi-sympathizer but an imminent national security threat to the United States. To reinforce this spin, CNN’s Don Lemon, who outed himself as a Trump hater in an out of

When Will New Orleans Apologize

The popular trend of taking down Confederate statues and the resulting controversy and violence was put on steroids by New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu. And now this tactic has predictably attracted mentally-disturbed white supremacists, Neo-Nazis, Antifa anarchists, and outright communists. However, Mayor Landrieu´s virtue signaling only goes so far. For example, when will the mayor issue a formal apology to Italian Americans, who were the victims of one of the largest lynchings in U.S. history in 1891? Of course he won´t, because that runs counter to his leftist narrative. Italians are now grouped in with "white oppressors," but in the late

Something dramatic and important happened yesterday in Boston, but the mainstream provided a counter narrative to mask the shame of it all. The media violated the normal rules of the TV news game – if it bleeds it leads and find a victim -- in order to protect the sacred resistance narrative’s presumptive good guys. The real story of yesterday is that the Boston Police there advised a small crowd of free speech advocates – nary a white supremacist among the speakers – to stop the program early and [I paraphrase] “RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!” I am sure they said it
