Graham, Booker writing bill to prevent
Trump from firing special counsel

The Hill [Washington, DC], by Jacqueline Thomsen

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R–S.C.) said Thursday that he is writing a bill that will limit President Trump´s ability to fire the special counsel investigating Russian election meddling. Graham said his bill, which he will introduce next week, will block a president from firing the special counsel without a federal judge’s approval if that counsel is investigating the president or his administration, according to The Wall Street Journal. The South Carolina Republican has a Democratic cowriter on the legislation in Sen. Cory Booker (N.J.), who said on MSNBC earlier this week that he had "concerns" about Trump attempting to oust Robert

Comments:
Ah yes, the little crapweasel Miss Lindsey rears his ugly head. He and his buddy McCain are major pains in the backside. Don´t you love how they work with Democrats to hurt Trump. Who needs Democrats when you have him and McPain. The judicial branch that Booker is so concerned about sure doesn´t need a bill passed for them to stop everything related to Trump. This is just outrageous.

Cont´d: Besides, where in the Constitution doe it say that a Senator can eliminate the Constitutional authority of the President?

Maybe if President Trump were to write an executive order (for effect only) that a senator may not write a bill, Graham would get the picture and understand his role in the system!

Three little words come to mind: A quick veto.

One might be forgiven for thinking that these two senators have better things to do than usurp a president´s authority in this matter, especially in light of Mueller´s ever-expanding investigation, which goes far beyond his charter as special counsel.
