The terrified British PR man at the center of the Russian White house scandal has cut short his luxury European tour to hold urgent meetings with his lawyer in LA, MailOnline has learnt. Rob Goldstone, 56, has been on an extended holiday that he referred to as his ‘gap year’ with his partner, David Wilson, documenting their travels on social media. But amid fears that he would be assassinated for setting up a meeting with Donald Trump Jr and some Russians – one of whom had worked in counterintelligence – Goldstone caught an emergency flight from Athens to Los Angeles

I dont want these nasty and probably fake allegations to be used as a reason to get Trump, Jr to testify under oath.

They need to remember Scooter Libby.. under no circumstances will the Dim´s not try to catch him in an untruth. It´s already being used that way. He must resist. This is all playing out just as the Dims want. Whether he has done anything illegal is beside the point! All he has to do is miss speak on one minor point, and they have him!

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin indicated Sunday night that he did not want offensive tackle Alejandro Villanueva to stand for the national anthem, instead of sitting it out with the rest of his teammates. Villanueva, a former Army Ranger who served three tours in Afghanistan, was the only Steelers player to stand for the anthem. While Villanueva stood in the tunnel, hand over his heart, the rest of the team remained in the locker room in protest of President Trump’s comments that players who kneel during the national anthem should be fired. President Trump said Sunday that his criticism of NFL players taking a knee during the national anthem “has nothing to do with race,” but rather is about respect for the U.S. and the flag. “This has nothing to do with race. I never said anything about race. This has nothing to do with race or anything else. This has to do with respect for our country and respect for our flag,” Trump said on the tarmac of Morristown Municipal Airport, per White House pool reports. CBS "Face The Nation" host John Dickerson expressed doubts Sunday to Rep. Adam Schiff (D., Calif.) over what impact the Russian-linked ads on Facebook had on the election. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced this week the company was turning over more than 3,000 Russia-linked ads to congressional committees that are investigating the extent of the Russian 2016 election interference campaign. Facebook disclosed on Sept. 6 it had identified $100,000 in advertising bought by a shadowy company tied to the Kremlin. Colin Kaepernick and Roger Goodell hate Donald Trump. Whose side are you on? One of the differences between political and gridiron strategy involves picking one’s opponents. In the latter, the schedule dictates; in the former, guile does. The president manipulated some of the most hated people in America to hate him. He chose his enemies wisely. They unwisely fell into his trap. Maybe next time, Trump should call out Skelator, Cobra Commander, or Moriarty. Alas, one judges those villains not dumb enough to get all of their sinister friends to publicly denounce their denouncer the way Kaepernick and Goodell did.

His pre-dawn raid was meant to intimidate Manafort, not just to collect evidence. Robert Mueller’s sprawling special-counsel investigation is playing hardball. It was not enough to get a search warrant to ransack the Virginia home of Paul Manafort, even as the former Trump campaign chairman was cooperating with congressional investigators. Mueller’s bad-asses persuaded a judge to give them permission to pick the door lock. That way, they could break into the premises in the wee hours, while Manafort and his wife were in bed sleeping. They proceeded to secure the premises — of a man they are reportedly investigating for tax and financial crimes, not gang murders and Mafia hits — by drawing their guns on the stunned couple, apparently to check their pajamas for weapons. Mueller’s probe more resembles an empire, with 17 prosecutors retained on the public dime. So . . .
