Report: FBI Documents Show ‘Flawed’
Hillary Clinton Investigation

Breitbart, by Kristina Wong

Original Article

Newly released documents from the FBI’s criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of highly classified materials highlight a “serious, but flawed investigation hindered by a lack of cooperation,” according to a new report. Some of the 42 pages are marked “grand jury material,” indicating that the FBI considered the investigation serious enough to prosecute before a grand jury, according to a report by Fox News. One document shows that one of Clinton’s private attorneys, Katherine Turner, had agreed to turn over one of Clinton’s non-secure Apple iPads and two of her BlackBerrys to the FBI. However, neither smartphone had SIM cards or Secure

The FBI agents certainly thought this investigation was going to a Grand Jury...that was before Saint Sanctimonious Comey stepped in and halted it all. On his own volition or the Lynch dame´s input??? Let´s investigate THAT Adam bug eyed Schiff, crook Schumer, etc. not to mention the new fool Sherman!

They handed over the devices minus the material part that contained the information they were seeking?

Sounds like obstruction of an investigation.

What part of this was "serious?" Does handing the FBI a pile of ashes constitute compliance with an order to turn over documents? How is the removal of SIM and memory cards and bashing devices with hammers any different? Seriously? This investigation served one purpose and one alone, the only mission was to be able to say she was investigated and "nothing was found."

If the DoJ attempts a real investigation the lefties will be climbing out of the woodwork claiming this is old news settled science you name it.

And how about we stop investigating each issue in a vacuum? There´s always an excuse to excuse the Clintons one transgression at a time while missing the big picture. Everything they touch is corrupted there isn´t a scrap of untainted ground they have been near.

I´m with you, #1. Draining the swap is in large part going to be the function of the AG/DOJ. I guess everybody is waiting on Wray. Although, I think the AG´s office, where decisions to persecute are made, is a little, splash that, a lot slow in moving. As Sir Devilhad Comey so enlightened us in the prelude of his speech to not prosecute (whoever heard of a fbi director deciding whether to prosecute?).

Fundamental justice requires that the entire thing be done over from the start, without the Dimmi stumbling blocks thrown in at every turn.

The DOJ/FBI was subverted and weaponized by the America-hating Dimmis.

In other words what they are saying is that the FBI investigation targeting Hillary Clinton was designed from the get-go to fail as FBI leadership is not that stupid.

What the Democrats, and some Never-Trump Republicans are doing with the so-called Russia investigation is attempting to defect attention from and conceal what amounts to large scale liberal Democrat and Uni-Party corruption during the Obama era.

I´m with #7. All this "collusion" nonsense is to set up a firewall and a warning to Trump not to reopen the Clinton investigation (oh, excuse me, "matter")

The misconduct of Lynch and Comey is sufficient reason to reinstate the investigation. Sessions needs to be very clear that their actions are the reason the investigation is starting over. Comey laid out all the charges. All that needs to be done now is to convene a Grand Jury.

If high level officials aren´t fired then there´s a reason to dump them from the top down. Dump the DOJ lawyers associated with this investigation as well.

Every functional citizen in the USA knows the Clinton´s operate a crime syndicate from their "Foundation," which is nothing but a false front for illegalities. It´s time for Washington DC to wake up and smell the stench of the filthy rotten Clintons, and eliminate it!
No past President should be allowed to engage in political discourse, especially anything involving foreign interests. Make it law!

Democrats tried attacking Donald Trump as unfit for the presidency. They’ve made the case that he’s ineffective, pointing to his failure to sign a single major piece of legislation into law after eight months in the job. They’ve argued that Trump is using the presidency to enrich himself and that his campaign was in cahoots with Russia. None of it is working. Data from a range of focus groups and internal polls in swing states paint a difficult picture for the Democratic Party heading into the 2018 midterms and 2020 presidential election. It suggests that Democrats are naive if they believe

As airlines pack seats tighter than ever, the tests supposed to show that passengers can get out alive in a crash are woefully out of date. The FAA won’t make the results public, and a court warns there is “a plausible life-and-death safety concern.” For years the airlines have been allowed to steadily shrink the size of coach class seats and the space between seat rows without regulators considering the impact of this on safety. A Daily Beast investigation has found: • The tests carried out to ensure that all the passengers can safely exit a cabin in an emergency are dangerously

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — In a state built on air conditioning, millions of Florida residents now want to know one thing: When will the power be back on? Hurricane Irma’s march across Florida and into the Southeast triggered one of the bigger blackouts in U.S. history, plunging as many as 13 million people into the dark as the storm dragged down power lines and blew out transformers. It also shattered the climate-controlled bubbles that enable people to live here despite the state’s heat, humidity and insects.

In the beginning of the 2016 presidential race, most conservatives like myself, had their own favorites and very few considered Donald Trump as one. Mine was Rick Perry followed by Marco Rubio once Gov. Perry dropped out. As the race proceeded and Trump continued to mow them all down, I was dismayed at how the debates seemed to be fixed by the GOP establishment and the media. Then a strange thing happened. I started listening to what Donald Trump was saying during his campaign. My brother Joe who was battling late stage cancer called me up one night speaking enthusiastically about how

WASHINGTON — Donald Trump Jr. told Senate investigators on Thursday that he set up a June 2016 meeting with a Russian lawyer because he was intrigued that she might have damaging information about Hillary Clinton, saying it was important to learn about Mrs. Clinton’s “fitness” to be president. But nothing came of the Trump Tower meeting, he said, and he was adamant that he never colluded with the Russian government’s campaign to disrupt last year’s presidential election. During five hours of questioning, investigators for the Senate Judiciary Committee pressed Mr. Trump on numerous topics related to the

The Justice Department announced this week that there was no evidence that Trump Tower was wiretapped, as President Trump alleged. OK, that almost settles the issue. I’m still waiting for the New York Times — the self-proclaimed “paper of record” — to explain its Jan. 20 front page story that had the headline “Wiretapped Data Used in Inquiry of Trump Aides.” Times reporters were already embarrassed when former FBI director James Comey testified before Congress that one of the paper’s major stories was dead wrong. Hurricane Katia is the furthest west of the ‘canes, and was strengthening early Thursday in the southwestern Gulf of Mexico, where it’s expected to hover, battering Mexico. East of Katia, Hurricane Irma was rampaging through the Caribbean while Hurricane Jose was furthest east, out in the open Atlantic Ocean, where it is not expected to cause much damage. CNN Weather reported that it is the first time since 2010 that three hurricanes are active in the Atlantic.

In the most significant escalation yet in the wrangling between Congress and the FBI over the Trump dossier, the House Intelligence Committee has subpoenaed the bureau and the Justice Department for documents relating to the dossier, the FBI´s relationship with dossier author Christopher Steele, and the bureau´s possible role in supporting what began as an opposition research project against candidate Donald Trump in the final months of last year´s presidential campaign. Almost no commentator, no reviewer, has mentioned the most newsworthy fact about Hillary Clinton´s latest memoir—which is the near total lack of anything actually newsworthy in the book. With What Happened, Clinton would at last "let down her hair," Simon & Schuster´s publicists loudly proclaimed before the book´s publication. And that was the line dutifully repeated by reporter after reporter, as though it were a fact. As though, coming from Clinton´s people, it didn´t need to be checked or reported with even the slight distancing of "Hillary Clinton says she´s let down her hair in her new book." But then,

When Congress hauls in Equifax CEO Richard Smith to grill him, it can start by asking why he put someone with degrees in music in charge of the company’s data security. And then they might also ask him if anyone at the company has been involved in efforts to cover up Susan Mauldin’s lack of educational qualifications since the data breach became public. It would be fascinating to hear Smith try to explain both of those extraordinary items. If those events don’t put the final nails in his professional coffin, accountability in the U.S. is officially dead.

On Thursday´s Morning Joe, former senior campaign strategist of the unsuccessful 2008 Presidential campaign of John McCain and current MSNBC Political Analyst Steve Schmidt decided to tap deep into his political bloodlust. Although the general tenor of the discussion involved Joe Scarborough repeatedly invoking a recent Politico/Morning Consult poll as evidence that roughly 90% of American voters want some form of amnesty for the DACA “dreamers,” Schmidt decided to take it one step further. He labeled those who support deporting “dreamers” as “extreme,” purveyors of “cruelty,” and “loons screaming out there on the fringes” who are “gonna have no impact.”
