DONALD Trump could face impeachment after a Democrat representative filed the first official papers calling for the President to be thrown out of office. Representative Brad Sherman claims the firing of former FBI Director James Comey amounts to obstruction of justice. And he believes that doing so while Mr Comey was investigating Russian meddling into the US election strengthens his case. He also highlights the recent news regarding the President’s son Donald Trump Jr, who is accused of meeting with a Russia lawyer over supposedly damaging information about his father’s rival Hillary Clinton.
Sherman is like the Supreme Court when it created the right to kill babies out of whole cloth. There is nothing the president haws done that is illegal or unlawful. Sherman is nothing more than a publicity whore who sees the funds that he gets to redistribute to his constituents being restricted. He needs to have his backside kicked a whole bunch.
The President has the legal right to fire the Director of the FBI. Comey has achnowledged that himself, By definition, a president exercising the Constitutional right to fire a presidential appointee--regardless of motive-- cannot constitute a high crime or misdemeanor.
Sherman was another sleazy pol from the Los Angeles area who managed to get elected to the House from his gerrymandered district. He and Schiff are peas in a pod. Neither saw a presser or a mic or camera that they could resist.
The poster children for troublemaking impotence, they are feeling their oats.
I wouldn’t bother to post any more of what either has to say unless it were “Bye”.
We may be the only Conservative news site that posts more oppo propaganda than Conservative articles.
Impeachment does not require that a legally defined crime be committed by the POTUS. All it needs is the will of the majority in the House. The bet (more like hope) here is that enough RINOs can be scared/pressured into supporting the move. Headlines like this are precisely a part of such a campaign. A lot will depend on Speaker Ryan without whose assent this will never see light of day. They all know it. It is important to know their true motive and keep an eye on your Congressman.
All that remains is if enough Republicans will support this. Its definitely possible with all the lefty RINOs in Washington. If Trump does get impeached, its proof our government no long represents us. More and more, our leadership looks like a group of people after wealth and power at the expense of everyone and everything else.
EXTRA! EXTRA! Read all about it! Get your papers here folks, The Express needs to sell more clicks!! They are desperate for more clicks. Not sure why they didn´t add to the headline: "Hilary Clinton to be deemed President!" That would be an even more sensational headline and just about as probable.
I would hope that the RINO´s in congress are smart enough to realize that, if they were to go along with this fraud, they would all be thrown out of office in the next election. Us deplorables would guarantee it.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said on Sunday the U.N. Security Council has run out of options on containing North Korea’s nuclear program and the United States may have to turn the matter over to the Pentagon. “We have pretty much exhausted all the things that we can do at the Security Council at this point,” Haley told CNN’s “State of the Union,” adding that she was perfectly happy to hand the North Korea problem over to Defense Secretary James Mattis. As world leaders head to the United Nations headquarters in New York for the annual

When President Donald Trump tweeted his approval for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, he lost favor with some of his base. Several people took to Twitter to physically show they did not approve of the apparent flip flopping by setting their Make America Great Again hats on fire. He angered some of his supporters again when he reportedly discussed a deal with Democrats regarding immigration. The official details are still unclear, but AP initially reported this included not building a wall. Trump has denied this. Republican representative Steve King tweeted: ´If AP is correct, Trump base is blown up,
Palmyra, situated about 130 miles northeast of Damascus, is known by Syrians as the ´Bride of the Desert´. It was an important caravan city of the Roman Empire, linking it to India, China, and Persia. Before the outbreak of Syria´s conflict in March 2011, the UNESCO site was one of the most popular tourist attractions in the Middle East and attracted over 100,000 visitors a year. Global concern for Palmyra´s magnificent ancient ruins spiked in September 2015, when satellite images confirmed that ISIS - which took control of the city - had demolished the famed Temple of Bel as part of its campaign
Sept. 15 -- U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley told reporters on Friday that North Korea has been "strangled" by sanctions and that, while it is important to pursue diplomatic options, military options remain squarely on the table if sanctions are not effective. Haley, briefing reporters at the White House with National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster, said tough sanctions and further diplomatic methods are necessarily and being pursued. She said, however, that options for dealing with the regime of Kim Jong Un are not limited to diplomacy. "I have no problem with kicking it to General Mattis because I think he has plenty of
A TEENAGER has been arrested in Dover in connection with yesterday´s bomb attack on a tube at Parsons Green, West London. The man remains in custody at a local police station and will be transferred to a south London police station soon. Deputy Assistant Commissioner Neil Basu, Senior National Co-ordinator for Counter Terrorism Policing, said: “We have made a significant arrest in our investigation this morning. The mother of Huma Abedin advised a Hillary Clinton aide preparing for a 2010 speech, urging that the secretary of state´s remarks avoid sensitive issues like a ban on driving by women in Saudi Arabia. The aide, Chase Button, reached out to longtime Clinton aide Abedin for advice in advance of Clinton´s trip to Jeddah to speak to a women´s college. ´Talk to my mom for sure,´ Abedin, a top Clinton aide, advised speechwriter Case Button on Feb. 12, 2010 after he broached the idea. ´She will have good points for you.´ Her response included a long list of controversial topics not to
(WCSC) - More than 14,000 people remain without power after Tropical Storm Irma pounded the Lowcountry Monday. Early Monday morning, the majority of power outages ahead of Irma were being reported in Beaufort County, one of three counties in the state expected to see some of the biggest impacts from the storm. By late Monday afternoon, more than 125,000 were without power. Charleston County had the most power outages, followed by Beaufort, Lexington, Richland and Aiken Counties. Gov. Henry McMaster said on Monday that the number of outages statewide as of 2 p.m. totaled more than 146,000. Elsewhere, utility officials
Eight Fort Bragg soldiers were injured during a training accident on post today. A spokesman for U.S. Army Special Operations Command said officials do not know the extent of the injuries. He also could not say what may have caused the injuries. “There was an incident that occurred on one of the ranges,” Lt. Col. Rob Bockholt said. “We’re looking into exactly what happened.” The injured soldiers belong to a unit under USASOC’s command, Bockholt said. He said USASOC is investigating the incident.
Hillary Clinton trolled President Trump with a reply to his tweet, recommending he read another one of her books if he doesn´t like her newest tome on the 2016 campaign, What Happened. ´If you didn´t like that book, try this one — some good lessons in here about working together to solve problems. Happy to send a copy,´ she wrote, including a picture of It Takes a Village, the children´s book she wrote in 1996 while serving as first lady. President Trump brought back an oldie but goodie, again labeling Clinton ´crooked Hillary´ last night, as he panned her election loss by
The last survivor of the legendary ´Great Escape´ mission has celebrated his 100th birthday at a party organised by the RAF. Jack Lyon, a Flight Lieutenant in the RAF during the Second World War, was shot down over enemy territory and imprisoned at Stalag Luft III, at Sagan, south-east Germany, at the time of the escape. Mr Lyon kept surveillance on the camp´s Luftwaffe guards during construction of escape tunnels and was waiting to make his getaway in the early hours of March 25, 1944 when the daring mission was discovered. A total of 76 men were able to get out of
Poor Dana Milbank. For all of his life he has been the picture of perfect health. And then Donald Trump was elected President and completely ruined it to the point where he is now dying. Milbank discusses his health crises in his September 15 Washington Post column, President Trump is killing me. Really. President Trump is killing me. No, really. He’s killing me. It wasn´t one of his campaign promises but we´ll take it. I went for my annual physical last month, and, for the first time in my 49 years, I had to report that I’ve not been feeling
Georgia Tech police shot dead a barefoot student carrying a knife late on Saturday night. The student, 21-year-old Scout Schultz, who identified as gender non-binary, was seen walking toward police - who issued several warnings to drop what officers believed was a knife. The tense encounter was caught on camera - in which the student can be seen walking closer and closer to the police officers and shouting ´shoot me.´ (Snip) At Georgia Tech, Schultz was president of the school´s Pride Alliance, which is a student organization for LGBTQ students and allies. Schultz preferred ´they´ and ´them´ gender pronouns and identified
New emails unearthed by Judicial Watch confirm that the Clinton Foundation was in fact a pay-to-play influence peddling operation far more worthy of a special prosecutor than imaginary Russians colluding under Trump Administration beds. It is time for President Trump to keep the promise he made in the presidential debate to indict Hillary Clinton for her crimes: About 20 minutes into the debate, Donald Trump delivered a menacing threat to Hillary Clinton. “If I win,”
While promoting her newly released memoir, Hillary Clinton has placed blame on several factors for her loss to Donald Trump last November — from her own mistakes, to Russian interference in the U.S. election, and the late intervention by then-FBI director James Comey. But Clinton has also spoken candidly about how deep-rooted sexism played a hand in her defeat, and about the double standards she faced as the first woman nominated by a major party for president in America’s 240-year history. In an interview with the New York Times published Saturday, Clinton spoke further about how misogyny is used as
ST. LOUIS -- Protests turned violent for second night near St. Louis following the acquittal of a white former police officer in the fatal shooting of a black man, as a small group of demonstrators refused to disperse, breaking windows at dozens of businesses and throwing objects at police, who moved in with hundreds of officers in riot gear to make arrests. The confrontation took place late Saturday night in the Delmar Loop area of University City, a suburb about 10 miles (16 kilometers) west of St. Louis near Washington University. The area is known for concert venues, restaurants, shops and
The 2017 Emmys Awards ceremony wasted no time getting political during Sunday’s opening segment, as host Stephen Colbert and friends made political jokes within the very first minute — and Colbert quickly accused President Trump of treason. Before his opening song, host Stephen Colbert chatted with Anthony Anderson and Allison Janney, and she complained about the current state of the world. The “Mom” actress mentioned global warming and fighting leaders, and joked that HBO was bringing back “the Confederacy,” a reference to the flap over HBO’s planned new drama series “Confederate.” Moments later, Colbert sang about the virtues of television,
A woman police believe was pregnant was among five people killed and 13 wounded in Chicago shootings Friday into Saturday morning. The woman was one of four victims slain in a rifle attack in the Brighton Park neighborhood Friday night, police said. The quadruple homicide happened about 8:40 p.m. in the 4700 block of South Fairfield Avenue, police said. Three men and a woman were inside a vehicle when someone inside a white SUV opened fire on them with a rifle, police said. Responding police officers found their bodies inside the vehicle and they were pronounced dead on the scene. The
People who claim to be shocked that Donald Trump is prepared to make an amnesty deal for the"Dreamers" -- most of whom are Mexicans who entered the USA at around the age of six -- are being more than a tad disingenuous. The president has been hinting as much for over a year to anyone paying attention. In fact, it´s hard to conceive how he could have done otherwise, considering the (excuse the cliché) "optics" of shipping 800,000 young people back to a homeland they may never have seen. The question is what your definition of amnesty is. It´s a
The silent coup has apparently succeeded. President Trump has been convinced to abandon his revolutionary program of putting “America First,” and has decided to play footsy with globalists like Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi. There have been signs since before Trump took office that he was not dedicated to accomplishing the goals he promised—whether that was building the wall, repealing Obamacare, cutting off funding for Planned Parenthood, lowering taxes, leaving NAFTA, or many more.[SNIP]The final nail in Trump’s and America’s coffin may be his decision to become the stepfather to President Obama’s illegal executive order establishing Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals.
Yes, you read the headline correctly. In the latest example of identity politics taken to its absurd end, three Australian college professors believe that "Playful urination practices – from seeing how high you can pee to games such as Peeball (where men compete using their urine to destroy a ball placed in a urinal) – may give boys an advantage over girls when it comes to physics." The three professors didn´t publish their thoughts on a satirical website like The Onion. Instead, they published on Tes, a website that provides "Educational materials, jobs, news, and courses from the world´s best community
Almost no commentator, no reviewer, has mentioned the most newsworthy fact about Hillary Clinton´s latest memoir—which is the near total lack of anything actually newsworthy in the book. With What Happened, Clinton would at last "let down her hair," Simon & Schuster´s publicists loudly proclaimed before the book´s publication. And that was the line dutifully repeated by reporter after reporter, as though it were a fact. As though, coming from Clinton´s people, it didn´t need to be checked or reported with even the slight distancing of "Hillary Clinton says she´s let down her hair in her new book." But then,
Mike Huckabee warned that many Republicans in Congress, far from trying to further President Trump´s agenda are actually afraid he will succeed and "drain the swamp." "I´m really more and more convinced that there are a lot of the Republicans in Washington who aren´t afraid that Donald Trump will fail. They´re afraid he will succeed and that he really will drain the swamp," the former 2016 presidential candidate told "Fox & Friends" on Saturday. "The Republicans are the ones who are stonewalling everything he´s trying to get done in Congress right now," the former Arkansas governor pointed out. Huckabee pointed
