Trump is blasted for ´repugnant´ request for voter
records to ´indulge his fantasy that he won the
popular vote´ as 41 states refuse to comply

President Trump has been blasted for requesting sensitive voter data as 41 states ruled out handing the information over. So far just three states - Colorado, Tennessee and Missouri - have agreed, while three more are considering it and another three say they have not received the request. Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh was particularly scathing in his refusal, calling the request illegal and ´repugnant´. Brian Frosh, the Maryland Attorney General, said the request was ´designed only to intimidate voters and indulge President Trump´s fantasy that he won the popular vote´ In a statement, Mr Frosh said the request was ´designed only to

FTA: "´There is no evidence that the 2016 election in Maryland - or any other state - was compromised by voter fraud.´" Maryland AG Brian Frosh

And by refusing to provide public records of voter registration to a federal commission, 41 states intend to ensure that no evidence is found.

This self-fulfilling prophecy prevents the facts regarding voter fraud (either confirming or refuting) from being made public.

Why are they so afraid of providing public information?

THIS is going to be the biggest fight of the Trump presidency. The Dems can´t get elected without voter fraud. Stealing elections has been their bread and butter for the last century.

But the Democrats must be eager to look at the Russian interference with these voter records, aren´t they? I audited for decades, and when they refuse to even show you the records, there is a very big reason.

There is no need for a federal oversight and gathering of state voter rolls, voter information and voters´ voting records. Give the states a deadline for cleaning up their rolls and punish those who fail to meet the requirements. I have a real suspicion about how a nationwide database of everything pertaining to those who are voting would be used. It would be available to not only those we might trust but to those who don´t deserve our respect. It´s a terrible idea.

It is a federal election. There is voter fraud in the federal election. To fix it, the federal government needs the data. For those of you wringing your hands over this, you are the problem. We can not allow states like California to hide this information from the federal government.

If states do not wish to comply, there are 3 options to access data.
1. Buy it. I believe all states sell this data.
2. Withhold federal funds until the request is met.
3. Buy it, deduct the cost from federal funds distributed.

It´s pretty clear that the Democrats are hiding what a lot of people figure is massive voter fraud. There are tens of millions of non-citizens living in the USA these days, both in illegal and legal status. Over the years the Democrats have made it very easy for non-citizens to register to vote and to fraudulently vote. A prime example are the Clinton era Motor-Voter laws that provide that a US driver´s license holder can register to vote no questions asked in that local voter registrars under provisions of the Motor-Voter laws are prohibited from verifying the citizenship of anyone who shows up to register to vote or who registers by mail. Those laws essentially made the voter registration procedures in all the States honor systems. The vast majority of non-citizens today in the USA hold US driver´s licenses either in their true name or an alias and California has reported that they have issued over a million driver´s licenses to known illegal aliens, other States are also doing so. A couple of weeks before the election Barack Obama appeared on Spanish language TV and essentially told the audience that if they "considered" themselves to be "citizens" that they should vote for Hillary Clinton and that after she won that nobody would check them out and deport them for doing so. Listening to Obama you would have to be a moron to believe that he was not encouraging non-citizens to fraudulently vote. If the Democrats have nothing to hide when it comes to voter fraud why would they not cooperate with the Presidential Commission?

The right to vote is our sacred right and our only protection against tyranny. We need an all out effort to validate every ballot and to ingrain in every citizen their need to protect their God given rights.

These are open records. Have at it and God speed!

#11, technically, it is not a federal election, in voting for president, House, and Senate. Those offices are filled by state elections.

After the 2000 presidential election, Geporge Soros invested time and money to elect State secretaries of state. Those people are responsible for elections.

Refusing to provide public infromation seems silly to me. Do it, and if there are problems, fix them.
Snow birds, with dual voter registrations in NY and Florida exist. I have seen estimates if up to 100,000 of these. That practice should end tomorrow.
I posted last week about a medical appointment at a local hospital. I had to provide my fingerprint for identification.
Why not the same for voting?

The Constitution gives the States the right to determine the manner in which its citizen may choose a President. One caveat - it must not violate any provision or protection of the US Constitution such as Equal Protection etc. It could be argued that letting non-citizens vote, intentionally or not is such a violation.

Clearly there are people who vote that should not - whether they are illegal aliens or felons or whatever. So then the question is what´s the magnitude of the fraud? Me thinks we should start out with about 5 states - start the legal process to sue and get this information - and take it from there...

Feds have the list of non-citizens and ALL valid SSNs. THAT is the database Preezy44 would not allow States access to clean voter Rolls.

If there is no voter ID required to vote, then how would you prove fraud? How would anyone know someone voted ten times or voted across state lines or simply sat down in their living room and filled out 400 fake absentee ballots and mailed them?

The way to do it is to advertise "$5000.00 reward for tips leading to the successful prosecution of anyone who is fraudulently voting." Enhance Federal Voter Fraud investigations units to follow up on the tips and then viciously prosecute the people - no matter who they are- who not only vote fraudulently, but who aid and abet them- Unions, Democrats, Republicans, Mommies, Grannies- anyone. And make Federal voter fraud laws that carry heavy fines and jail time. All you would need do is create the feeling that voter fraud is not a safe thing to do and about 90% of it would stop almost immediately.

The reason it happens is because there is practically no chance of being prosecuted for it even if you are caught red handed.

Unions keep a tally of its members who vote. The union members will even drive to a fellow members house and take a person to the poles to vote. And there is info available at every polling place that lists who has voted. It´s in plain site for everyone to see. So what´s the big secret here. now that the government wants states to comply with info it´s all of a sudden not right. Come on people. It´s all about Dems hiding voter fraud.

If this is public information in all the states, and they are able to sell it, I’d love to see an explanation of where the danger is in the fed’s having it “centralized”.

Obama insured that the fed had our medical records = where do some think that data that goes into the doctor’s laptop goes? Those reports that are filled out that are intended to determine if a person is suicidal and now ask if there is a gun in the household? (The ones that show in tiny print that the form is a government form.)

The federal government already has everything about us through the IRA and our social security. I believe the request for this is to expose all the fraud, not get some bigger power over us. If Obama wanted all this information I would be worried. I do see how this could be used against people in the wrong hands. But these types already seem to have our info in each state and do use it already.

Is there not a 17 football fields long data collection center in Utah?

There has been documented voter fraud going back decades. Both parties, all levels of government. We would probably be surprised at the extent of it. Anyone remember Acorn? Any AG proclaiming there is no voter fraud is lying.

When I registered as a Republican, I got all sorts of mailings asking for donations. Privacy was compromised long ago.

Our ruling establishment is trying to cover up voter fraud. I expect the states to find a way to provide the information asked for.

Heck, I was asked to give my fingerprint when I entered Universal Resort in Orlando recently. Why, I asked? So, no one else uses your ticket, I was told.

Hmmm... fingerprint technology, which can be scanned across state and county lines so no one is voting more than once, or is legally eligible to vote.

The overwhelmingly Dem legislature recently unleashed the otherwise toothless state attorney general to do exactly this sort of thing. It´s the Maryland way. Frosh is a crazy, and likely, like so many others here, is looking at Hogan´s gubernatorial seat. In the meantime, Hogan is a Republicrat squish hoping a dollop of "progressive conservatism" is enough to keep him in office. It´s the best Republicans can do in this soon-to-be minority-majority state.

What should happen is for the DOJ to make an official visit to each of the 50 States, Secretary of State office and demand to see their voting policies laid out, along with the safeguards put in place each election to ensure voter fraud does not take place. Once the Sec of State lays that out then the DOJ Attorney should make them sign a statement to that effect to put the fear of God into them to not miss one iota of those details in 2018.

I fail to see how verifying that a citizen is eligible to vote would in any way "intimidate" them. Just the opposite. When government certifies that you meet all legal requirements for some action, it encourages you to proceed without fear of consequences.

Besides, it is a function of government to assure that the vote of citizens is not being nullified by the illegal votes of others.

Remember a government issued "photo ID" in the form of a US driver´s license is not credible evidence that the holder is a US citizen eligible to vote in US elections.

There are tens of millions of non-citizens (aliens) in the USA who hold US driver´s licenses.

A credible voter ID is one that is individually issued after the applicant shows credible and verifiable evidence of US citizenship like a US birth certificate, or a certificate of US citizenship issued by the federal immigration authorities.

Voters who want their votes to count really need to pay more attention to their votes for their Sec. of State because they are entrusted with securing fair elections & legitimate vote counts in their state. However, over the years, some have proved to be biased, disinterested, or etc. and so unmerited for that job. The resulting elections have been tainted by sloppy voter record keeping or even allowed illegal votes. Missouri has had that problem in the past.

Kris Kostner, a merited, honest & trustworthy Ks. Sec. of State, tackled that increasingly serious problem in his state and did an admirable job of finally updating & cleaning the voter records. We appreciate that Pres. Trump has now asked him to clean up the voter records in our national elections. BRAVO!!! Kostner has already proved what he can do in his own state, despite strong opposition by the dems´ unions etc., and now he will get the job done at the Federal level votes so that the votes cast are secured & legitimate, which SHOULD be the priority & vital goal for every American citizen.

To those posting that they fear a national database containing our private information. Do you really believe that one doesn´t already exist? That´s terribly naive considering that for 16 years years Bill Clinton and Barack Obama were heading up Washington. PDT is finally trying to do something about the fraud and immediately you read something sinister into his reasons. You must really not want the swamp to be drained.

There really isn´t a need for data from all 50 states, only states that have have cities with large black and Hispanic populations, but that sort of request would be racist.

The biggest voter fraud comes long before the illegal vote is cast.

It begins at the voter registration stage. I.e., when non-citizens are allowed to register. Illegals are often encouraged to register by Soros-funded "community activist" groups.

It´s true that a state´s voter registration form might have a little box that you´re supposed to check ... if you are not a legal citizen.

But how many illegals actually check that little box, and admit they´re illegal? A few do, surprisingly. But even those registrants are often allowed to vote.

Doctors have warned that plans for "brutal " NHS cuts are shrouded in secrecy and will cause uproar once revealed. The British Medical Association (BMA) says health service leaders have refused to publish details of the proposals that could extend waiting times, reduce access to services, cut down on prescriptions and treatments, and even merge or close hospitals and facilities. The proposals are being discussed under the capped expenditure process - which was introduced this year to cap NHS spending in some areas in order to meet so-called "control total" budgets in 2017/18. THE US House of Representatives has approved legislation to provide £1.2billion ($1.6billion) down payment to start building a wall on along the Mexican border. The border wall, one of Mr Trump´s key pledges during his election campaign, has caused huge controversy. Despite claiming the wall would cost around £9.6billion ($12billion) during his victorious election campaign, a report has estimated it is set to cost up to £17.3billion ($21.6billion). The bill passed 235-192 in the House, with most of the votes along party lines. It comes as the House of Representatives approved a £52billlion ($68billion) military build up next year. The US President has claimed that

Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., stepped up his own rhetoric as President Trump continued his one-sided feud with Attorney General Jeff Sessions, a move that has put the president at odds with Republicans in Congress. ´If Jeff Sessions is fired, there will be holy hell to pay,´ Graham warned Thursday, during an interview with CNN. ´This is not draining the swamp, what he´s interjecting is turning democracy upside down,´ the South Carolina Republican added. Members of Trump´s own party have voiced their displeasure with the president throughout the week, as he´s talked smack on the attorney general during interview and on Twitter.

TRENTON, N.J. — Officials have now closed 15 beaches in New Jersey because of elevated bacteria levels. The state Environmental Protection Department found high levels of bacteria Wednesday. Seven beaches in Atlantic City alone were closed. The series of shutdowns come after three beaches were closed for water quality issues Tuesday. Environmental officials say heavy rains that result in runoff water containing chemicals and bird droppings is responsible for the spike in bacteria. Atlantic County public health officer Patricia Diamond tells the Press of Atlantic City (http://bit.ly/2u15YUp ) heavy rainfall on consecutive days puts a burden on the ocean. President Trump scolded a female reporter who asked him about his three tweet announcement this morning to ban transgender servicemembers. ´She´s very rude,´ Trump said, as he entertained more than 100 American Legion boys and Auxiliary girls at an afternoon White House Rose Garden event. Trump blindsided his Pentagon Wednesday morning when he announced the policy change, with the White House saying later that he had made the decision yesterday. At Wednesday´s press briefing, Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said upon Trump´s decision, Secretary of Defense James Mattis was immediately informed, along with the rest of the president´s national security team.

The moderator lauded Michelle Obama for her achievements over the past eight years and touched on the former first lady’s plans, but Tuesday’s conversation also veered into uncomfortable territory. It was Obama’s largest public appearance since the 2016 election — speaking in front of more than 8,000 people at the Women’s Foundation of Colorado’s 30th anniversary celebration — and she touched on personal attacks that she faced again and again. Many had the same theme. “The shards that cut me the deepest were the ones that intended to cut,” Obama said, according to the Denver Post. “Knowing that after eight

A transgender former Navy SEAL has spoken out against President Trump’s ban on transgender military members, saying he is preventing soldiers from doing their service. “Let´s meet face to face and you tell me I´m not worthy,” Kristin Beck, a retired SEAL Team 6 member who has fought in Iraq and Afghanistan, told Business Insider. Beck was awarded the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart and the Meritorious Service Medal during her time in the service, when she kept her gender identity a secret, according to a 2015 profile in GQ. On Wednesday night, I received a phone call from Anthony Scaramucci, the new White House communications director. He wasn’t happy. Earlier in the night, I’d tweeted, citing a “senior White House official,” that Scaramucci was having dinner at the White House with President Trump, the First Lady, Sean Hannity, and the former Fox News executive Bill Shine. It was an interesting group, and raised some questions. Was Trump getting strategic advice from Hannity? Was he considering hiring Shine? But Scaramucci had his own question—for me. “Who leaked that to you?” he asked. I said I couldn’t give him that information.

President Donald Trump’s Wednesday announcement on Twitter that transgender men and women will not be allowed to serve in the military “in any capacity” was not a complete surprise: Last month, Defense Secretary James Mattis announced that the military was hitting the pause button on an Obama-era plan to welcome openly transgender people into the military. But the announcement was a legal land mine. The Trump administration may soon learn that singling out a class of people for exclusion violates the constitutional guarantee of equal protection under the law. And as to those transgender soldiers already serving openly, any effort

Let’s review a few recent developments. Last week, Sean Spicer, the White House press secretary, resigned. This was part of a “White House shakeup” to get the Trump administration back on track. The new communications director, Anthony Scaramucci, would fix the White House’s “messaging problem.” Within 24 hours of Scaramucci’s appointment, the president returned to Twitter and unloaded another torrent of political bombshells, including talking about his power to pardon, even as his attorneys were denying that Donald Trump was thinking about pardoning anyone.

President Donald Trump has been attacking his attorney general, Jeff Sessions, daily. There have been brutal attacks on Twitter, in media interviews, and during speeches. Conventional wisdom is that Trump is getting ready to fire Sessions or hoping Sessions resigns. Conventional wisdom also assured everyone that Hillary Clinton would win in a landslide, the only question being by how large a margin. Trump´s complaint is that his attorney general should not have recused himself from the Russia hacking hoax and that he is dragging his feet on long overdue investigations and prosecutions: Deep State leaks; unmasking; DNC and Clinton collusion

President Donald Trump’s dramatic decision to exclude so-called “transgender” people from the military is a direct rejection of the progressives’ revolutionary demand that Americans’ society should be remade to eliminate all civic recognition of the two different-and-complementary male and female sexes. (Tweets) The Wednesday decision was greeted with anger from the left, which had hoped that the military’s 2016 endorsement of the transgender ideology would push the Supreme Court and legislators nationwide to impose and establish the unpopular claim that a person’s changeable choice of “gender” is more legally important than their biological sex. If endorsed by the courts, that

Senator John McCain fired away at Donald Trump´s decision to ban transgender people from military service – and also for announcing a 180 degree turn on a complex issue via Twitter. The Senate Armed Services Committee chairman said in a statement that the military should welcome capable people ´regardless of their gender identity.´ He made the statement hours after his own dramatic return to the Senate for an Obamacare repeal vote, after getting a brain cancer diagnosis. Trump praised the former Vietnam POW for his action, although he went after McCain´s time as a POW during the campaign.
