Finsbury Park: Several people hurt after
vehicle hits pedestrians as worshippers

Evening Standard [UK], by Tess de la Mare*

A man is fighting for life and several other people were injured when a white van was driven into worshippers near Finsbury Park mosque. About 10 pedestrians were hit when the rented van swerved onto the pavement on Seven Sisters Road shortly after midnight today. A man was then said to have leapt out of the vehicle, and there were unconfirmed reports of at least one of the victims have been stabbed. The nature of the attack drew immediate parallels with the London Bridge atrocity two weeks ago, in which eight innocent people were killed. Bystanders wrestled a suspect to the floor. Officers on

When muzzies murder and maim, it´s called workplace violence and days to declare it actual terrorism. When a non-muzzie does the same, it´s immediately called a hate crime and identified as terrorism.

The government is now officially not just incapable of solving this. The government is now officially terrified.

Notice the pained avoidance of the word "Muslims" or any thing to do with Islam or Muslims or terrorists.

They are in a holy war and do not even realize it. Or they do realize it and are simply ignoring it.

Many, many people are going to suffer for this stupidness.

Christian side is saying this is fundamentally wrong, human side is saying we need to fight back.

But, this is not the proper way. Deport them, don´t run over them.

We are in a war, whether we like it or not. Sadly, we have allowed the muslims to set the rules of engagement. In that light, this can be seen as fair play.

Eid al-Fitr: What you need to know

More than one billion Muslims around the world celebrated Eid al-Fitr on Sunday, as the month-long Ramadan fast ends and the festivities begin. This year´s Eid comes amid ongoing crises in the Middle East -- the civil war in Syria, the diplomatic crisis surrounding Qatar -- but the celebrations mark a time when communities within the Muslim world come together. Muslims celebrate Eid al-Fitr in Mostafa Mahmoud Mosque Giza, Egypt. What is Eid al-Fitr? One of the most important days for Muslims, this is the "festival of breaking the fast." Families and friends gather to mark the end of Ramadan

President Donald Trump broke a long standing White House tradition of hosting a dinner to celebrate Ramadan, a Muslim religious holiday. Hosting an Iftar dinner to mark the end of Ramadan fasting is a tradition that started in the Clinton years and was continued by Presidents Bush and Obama. Over the past two decades presidents have honored the holy day by hosting such a dinner. Thomas Jefferson was the first president noted in history to host Itfar in 1805 with an invitation to the dinner stating ´Dinner will be on the table precisely at sun-set – ´ the invitation read. ´The favour

The Washington firm that commissioned the dirty dossier on President Trump is stonewalling congressional investigators. In a piece for the New York Post, conservative author Paul Sperry writes that the firm, Fusion GPS, which was started by three former Wall Street Journal reporters, is not cooperating with Congress in order to cover up an allegiance to the Democratic party. Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, is spearheading an investigation into the dossier, and wants to know the identities of the people who paid Fusion to dig up dirt on Trump. Congressional sources told Sperry that Fusion GPS´s founders

President Trump´s latest way to defend himself against Russian collusion charges was to go back to his original playbook: attack Hillary Clinton and assign a nickname to someone, in this case Sen. Bernie Sanders. ´Hillary Clinton colluded with the Democratic Party in order to beat Crazy Bernie Sanders. Is she allowed to so collude? Unfair to Bernie!´ Trump wrote on Twitter Sunday morning. Like ´Crooked Hillary,´ ´Little Marco´ and ´Lyin´ Ted,´ the nickname ´Crazy Bernie´ was a moniker Trump had deployed before, in May 2016 as the Republican primary was finishing up, but Sanders and Clinton were still battling for the Democratic

In the early days of December 1805, a handful of prominent politicians received formal invitations to join President Thomas Jefferson for a White House dinner. Such entreaties were not uncommon: Jefferson frequently hosted lawmakers for political working dinners at the White House, almost always commencing them about 3:30 in the afternoon, shortly after the House or Senate had adjourned for the day. But this gathering, scheduled for Dec. 9, would be slightly different. "dinner will be on the table precisely at sun-set - " the invitations read. "The favour of an answer is asked." The end of the Supreme Court term looms, and with it the prospect — the terrifying prospect — of a retirement. Specifically, the retirement of Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, who will turn 81 next month and is the longest-serving current justice, named to the high court almost 30 years ago. So if Kennedy is inclined to retire, it is hard to begrudge him that choice. But his departure would be terrible for the court and terrible for the country. It could not come at a worse time. Any court vacancy these days, under a president of either party, triggers a battle

A feminist magazine is calling on all white women to “do their part to prevent white supremacy” and abort their white babies. This is sick beyond words. The feminist Medusa Magazine reported: In a progressive society, it is often white families that stand in the way of equality and justice. Systemic white supremacy depends, first and foremost, on the white family unit. When white conquerors forcefully penetrated the indigenous, egalitarian homeland of the Native peoples of America, they were quick to replicate their white societies, initiating their parasitism by establishing white plantations, headed by white fathers, submissive white mothers, and,

The police sent 25 squad cars, yet were outnumbered and unable to really do anything. (snip)Obviously, there is no political will to take back control of the streets. There is a place for contempt in our public discourse. We should have contempt for a regime in North Korea that brutalized a young American student named Otto Warmbier. We should have contempt for a regime in Syria that uses poison gas to massacre innocent men, women and children. Or, I should say, “14 lawyers and counting.” According to the press spokesman for special counsel Robert Mueller—yeah, he’s got a press spokesman, too—there are “several more in the pipeline.” Concededly, none of Mueller’s recruits requires Senate confirmation, as do Justice Department officials—notwithstanding that the former may end up playing a far more consequential role in the fate of the Trump administration.
